You went to the Tower Of London.
Did you run into Anne Boleyn or the two Princes No, I suppose they were concerned about the rain since it rained all day.

Would rain be an issue to ghosts?
Then again, one never knows.

The Tower Of London's good. Been there myself a couple of times and once with YMCA kids when it wasn't so expensive.
Did you visit any other galleries during your stay like the National Portrait in Talfalgar Square or see any west end shows perhaps?
And did you travel to outer London like Greenwich maybe and see the Cutty Sark boat or view the Navel college, Royal Observatory, Queens House or Maritime Museum there?

We didn’t see any other galleries or a show but we did some shopping in Oxford Circus. Today we went to Hampton Court Palace and I posted the pics in the thread

Yeah, interesting, especially Hampton Court with the history of Henry VIII.

I love Hampton Court. All that Tudor era stuff along with the tropical gardens on the side and back garden too which interest me.
Been there 3 times already with the Thames River right next to it.
You can go down that on a boat and come back up which you catch the boat from Westminster Pier that stops at places like Kew Gardens, and Richmond.
I went back to Richmond via boat on my last visit that went through a lock at Teddington.
Kew Gardens is a fantastic botanical place to visit if you have the time and costs around £15.95 per adult if I remember rightly and worth a day there at least being so big.

More places I'll be sure to visit, if I ever make it over there.

I'd also recommend if you ever visited London Tim doing The London Eye, St Paul's Cathedral, The London Aquarium, Madam Tussuad's or London Planetarium, London Zoo, and Westminster Abbey which can be used through The London City or Explorer cards that cost around £60 which can get you into 4 paid attractions genuinely cheaper than individual tickets with up to 2 months usage between places.

I hope you enjoyed your trip Vanessa.
How long did it take for you to get back from London via airplane then?

I hope you enjoyed your trip Vanessa. How long did it take for you to get back from London via airplane then? 7 and half hours, plus 2 hours in customs. My brother had his Nintendo Switch and I was reading SPQR by Mary Beard, it’s a history of Ancient Rome
