I understand what you lot are doing, fixing things that need to be fixed.
I did that myself in my early Rex and Hannah stories. I took the character of Kira the Seer, whom Kernus had thrown away, and gave her what she wanted, to become human (Kira ended up with Cole and they now have a daughter named Phoebe Hannah Turner).
In The Troubled Spirit, I gave a proper resolution to the character of Christy Jenkins, another character whom Kernus had dropped the ball on.
Granted I was dealing with guest characters, while you lot are working on the Charmed Ones themselves, but the ideas are more or less the same. Fix what needs to be fixed.

I think I did as well, yet in other ways, mainly regarding to Chris but also other characters in the show.

Of course, my stories take place in Charmed Reality Prime. However, since I'm in the post series time frame, I don't have to worry about being Jossed.

Well we watched Sleuthing With the Enemy, the Saturday group tonight was very surprised to have enjoyed it more than we thought, but we had low expectations. We still hated Phoebe, but we had so many funny moments in the episode, that saved it from being a total dud.
Most were surprised to see Phoebe feel guilt oin the ending for lying, and it was said, they could accept Phoebe being redeemed, if she told them right away in the next episode, dragging the lie out is what turned her into PhoeME. Some thought, that the reason they did the lie was all for the cliffhanger/shock and to keep viewers coming back, but a cliffhanger didn't help, it made it worse for Phoebe's character, and writing such a cliffhanger shouldn't have been done.
Someone pointed out, that this was the first sisterly ending of the episode (most of the endings were all about Cole), and in typical Kern fashion, it had to be the worse one.
We had lots of fun brainstorming ideas in PMs to fix this one, and are looking forward to doing more.

That's one thing I didn't like about Phoebe season 3 lying to Prue and Piper about not actually vanquishing Cole which hadn't that happened I may've liked her more of course but I'm glad still there were episodes afterwards which made her character bearable like 'The Good The Bad And The Cursed', and 'Just Harried' to name a couple of examples naturally.

It was not until Season Five started, that I began to dislike the sisters. Their selfishness was ramped to up eleven.

Yeah, I am finding that the sisters have their touch and go moments, but it isn't the true peak of them being horrible turning into PhoeME and WhinyPiper, It just so happens so far in S3, the newer writers can't write them but then the next episode they are back to being good again, but we still have many and the OG ones and they are the ones we love. I've noticing it is the Piper/Leo scenes that really make me hate Piper in S3, but she goes back to being the Piper I love when it isn't about her relationship drama or Leo isn't around. But at the same time, it's more fun making them the sisters we love in CCDOW.

Well, in Season Three, some of the Connie era writers were still in place. That's why some episodes of that season are loved.
By the time of Season Five, it was all Kernus. And, we all know how that turned out.

Agreed, we still have the Connie era writers here that we love, so still, quite a few episodes left to love and enjoy. Even if, I like S1 and S2 more, I still don't count S3 in the bad era, nope, still, a way to go until we get to that point.

You lot plan to keep going when you get to all Kernus?

I'd love to know what you lot are going to do, and do them all, or even stick to four seasons, but combine episodes from the later seasons and change them into the earlier ones.

Some episodes, like Witchstock and Hyde School Reunion, they can discard entirely. Those two are horrible in that the former took a dump all over continuity and Phoebe and Paige murdered a man in cold blood in the latter!

The only thing I liked about Hyde School Reunion was Chris and Victor's interactions and there talk with Piper later on in the attic about what happens to her when Chris's 14 which can easily be inserted into another episode some point of course.

Yeah, keep those scenes, but move them to another, better, episode.
If the CCDOW lot does do Hyde School Reunion, they can have Paige do what she should have done in the canon episode, orb the bleeping gun right out of Rick's hands. Phoebe then subdues him, and they call Daryl to come and get him. Problem solved!

We'll make that call when we get to the end of season 4. But it has been discussed to call it quits at the end of season 4, or we might go further, or perhaps combine different seasons in S5-S8, into one season. We'll have to see.
