Just a short visit: Added two more movies here. Never google out of fun! Never mind. The movies are "Danielle Steel's Kaleidoscope" from 1990 in German and "She led two lives" from 1994. And now I'm off!!

Neither did I, to be honest, though the one in German I may have seen but I can't remember out of the blue. You'll hear from them again when I watch them.

Of course, I was never into Danielle Steel's stuff.
I like Science Fiction and Horror, which was not the genre she writes about.

Indeed. I'll start next Wednesday here again. After the ending of "Houston Knights", and with the earliest movie I have from 1972.

Found a good picture which shows that Perry King has aged well. Just took me so long to find it again! One movie down: "Love's Savage Fury" from 1979. The other one, "Golden Gate" from 1981, is still in progress.
EDIT: Both movies are done. Next month will follow the last one. A mini series. This man made certainly too many TV movies.

All right, I start again with a fascinating and somewhat distraught movie named The Possession of Joel Delaney from 1972! Cast: Shirley MacLaine - Norah Benson and introducing Perry King - Joel Delaney David Elliot - Peter Benson Lisa Kohane - Carrie Benson and many more Story: Norah, a divorced mother of two kids, takes care as well of her younger brother, Joel, yet he seems to be different from time to time, with speaking Spanish and all. Like a different man. Yet Norah still protects him after Joel attacks a man and lands in an asylum. From then it goes slowly down. He doesn't take care of his niece and nephew anymore and just is obsessed. It goes that far with killing people, beheading them and more, and at the very end he even threatens his own family. Making them dance, take off their clothes, eat dog food and more - until Norah sends her kids away and Joel still follows. An officer shoots him, yet Norah leans over him as he died and takes the knife. Is the possession now in her? Wow, what a movie! As said above, fascinating and distraught at the same time. Perry King plays well here. His first big role. No words. Some pics again: To be honest, I wouldn't have played a kid in that movie. *shudder* Since I said, I follow the release years this time, tomorrow then the year 1974!

Well, tonight a movie set in the 1950ies but made in the 1970ies: The Lords of Flatbush from 1974! Cast: Sylvester Stallone - Stanley Rosiello Henry Winkler - Butchey Weinstein Perry King - David 'Chico' Tyrell Paul Mace - Wimpy Murgalo Susan Blakely - Jane Bradshaw and many more Story: A group of four young men form a gang, enjoying their free time together. Yet for Stanley and Chico there's more behind a romance. Stanley got his girl pregnant and well, he's kinda slowly forced into marrying her. However, Chico finds a girl he's interested in, yet can't say the right words in front of her. Both he and Jane are kinda new into it, and well, as for Jane, Chico needs to grow up. There are some disputs within the group but in the end, they all come together at Stanley's wedding. Some pics again: I'll stop now with the pics. Two interesting facts here: 1) Perry King and Henry Winkler know each other from Yale, having graduated there. 2) Chico should have been played originally by Richard Gere, yet he and Stallone "didn't hit off" as Stallone explained. His role was re-casted and Perry King stepped in. Well, Mr King made three movies in 1975. One I saw already. Foster and Laurie, meaning two are left. One tomorrow, the other on Saturday. P.S. The Lords felt a bit like "Grease", but only a bit.

The Fonz and Rocky Balboa in the same movie (although this movie was made before the Rocky movies started).
