Love the pics, Katherine. The elephant mural is gorgeous and I especially liked the tigers and farm animals, the last time I went to a real zoo when I was working at a nursery school and we took the kids on an outing to Turtleback Zoo.

The elephants were real. They're African ones's which the Zoo is one of the few places in the UK to conserve them.

Those are great pics, especially the boats on the water. For some reason, I pictured the Broads as a giant swamp but it’s actually quite pretty. I like the boats and the sunshine, it reminds me of the marinas on the New Jersey shore

Yeah, the Broads is good Vanessa. It stretches for miles from Great Yarmouth to Beccles and beyond.
The bit we sailed on was just the area in Wroxham up to Sailhouse and back.
People can hire boats and go up and down the Broads for however long they want although 2 hours is usually the minimum for people who've never visited the area and want to try that out.
Prices start at £80 upwards depending on party size and boat.
Instructions took place by a professional who teaches folks how to steer forward and backwards using a lever on a test run before leaving them alone or some companies drive the boat themselves at an extra cost.
Families can also holiday on boats for a week or 2 which has bedrooms, shower room, living room and kitchen as well.
They moor up in different towns usually and look around.
Great Yarmouth to Beccles by boats a weeklong jaunt whilst only 1 hour and a half by car.
My friend would drive a boat himself if he was up that way which he's never been to before because that interests him of course.
Mum, Dad, my sister and I vacationed on a boat when I was younger which he drove up the river.
It was a long medium blue coloured boat if I remember.
Like driving, you have to adhere to river speeds and where you can and can't moor up of course.

That sounds cool, Katherine. I didn’t know you could rent a boat on the water, here in NJ the owner would have to pay a lot of insurance in order to rent it out because of liability issues. But it looks like you had a great time, that part of England looks pretty

Sounds like someone could live on one of those boats!

People do live on boats Tim I mean you only have to take the rich in Monaco on those grand boats out there to see it.
England's the same in some people own canal-type boats which they live on going up and down rivers across the country which's a good way of seeing things then.
