Yeah, and Microsoft can't get it fixed. You have to do it yourself. So not fun!!

Then customers should demand their money back.

So I'm not the only one, I've had a bad week, my internet keeps disconnecting, why I haven't been on all last week. It seems to be okay now. (If it kept up, I'd have used my smartphone to let you all know what was up)
So over Microsoft updates, I think they want to encourage people to use their smartphones. As, they are so quick to fix any Android updates, but not Microsoft and PC update bugs.

After having connection issues, I'm now back with Chrome browser over Microsoft Edge.
I liked Chrome, as my downloading is always so much faster than any of the others, when downloading shows like Lucifer which I can't since don't have Netflix.

I too had issues last week and had to contact Microsoft to sort it out, I'm glad it's alright now.
Microsoft really has been a pain in the butt for so many of us it seems this last week.

Ran into another problem tonight, this Microsoft thing is getting out of hand. I'm just glad I didn't lose a post I was making at the Cafe.

Once again, I've had none of these issues. Could my using Firefox be the reason?

All I can say is -- Firefox and Windows 7 for the win! Yeah, I know Win 7 is EOL now, but they're gonna have to pry it from my dead, cold hands. Win 10 is a crap phone OS that got shoved onto desktops and laptops. Loaded with advertising and spyware, and apparently, borked updates as well. Microsoft needs to just give up on phones and tablets and go back to focusing on PCs. They're never going to compete with Google and Apple in the mobile arena, no matter what they do, so all they're doing is alienating their core desktop and laptop users.

I agree. They should stick with what they do best.

On my mums laptop she got a free update to Windows 10 when it first came out and thankfully hasn't had any problems on that then.
Both laptops I have the second one I use mainly instead of the first one which I got from a friends friend had Windows 10 pre-installed on them which I've not had problems with either obviously.

I also got to install Windows 10 for free, even long after the free year. On my PC and Laptop. I used a Windows Phone at first but soon (after 2 years or so), I had to change to Android, because they lost against the other systems. I agree, Microsoft should remain with the PC and all and stop all other experiments.

All my Microsoft stuff is PC. Perhaps that is another reason I've had no issues.
