And I start with a surfer/private eye series from 1994 to 1997! Here were aired 70 episodes in total. Two are missing. Cast: Rick Springfield - Mick Barrett Yannick Bisson - Joey Barrett George Segal - Gordon (one season) and many more Some pics again: Episode 1 "Let us prey"
The brothers Barrett are hired by Gordon to save a girl from religious cult where her father believes to be held against her will. Yet as it turned out, she's seen more than she should have, and that the priest is also a weapon dealer. Well, the boys manage to save her and the others and still enjoy surfing.
Note: Rick Springfield was first known to me as a singer ("Celebrate Youth"), then as an actor. First in Battlestar Galactica as Apollo's younger brother Zac in the first movie. Later then this series and his stunt as Lucifer in Supernatural.

I've never even heard of this show.
I know that one of the actors, Yannick Bisson, is Canadian. He now does a show, called Murdoch Mysteries, up here.

Ah yes, Albert (Pops) Solomon from the Goldbergs which is where I know George Segal from. Not sure about the other actors though of course.

*hihi* Guess there are a lot of series around I would never know. Episode 2 "Beauty's Only Skin Deep" After an attack on a model, Mick and Joey still find themselves on the Bahamas by Gordon's wish. Getting hired by a bathsuit agency, Mick enjoys the views whereas Joey works as a bartender yet finds himself quickly in as a model. He's very confident but gets into trouble as well as the lady, Valerie, who's responsible for all, seems to be very eager to ruin everything. Mick finds that out and has to save his little brother again. The next episode wasn't aired in Germany, so I go to episode 4 tomorrow. P.S. Again the problem with the pictures. Not that much around!

It must have been. Looked on IMDB for information. Episode 4 "Party Time" Mick and Joey tease each other about ages but a call from Gordon bring them soon to France where an escort service is having trouble with a killer. Joey befriends with a girl named Ariel whereas Mick wants to leave ASAP, yet after Ariel's murder Joey lands in jail and well, Mick has to help his brother. He got this with Vicky, one of Gordon's German ladies, and the French police. As it turns out, the Inspector was responsible for the murder and his liking for satin. They got him arrested and Joey free again. Tomorrow another episode!

Yeah, well, it's old but good in a way. Episode 5 "It takes a thief" The boys are enjoying the surfing beach in Australia and some cool cars when Joey get the car stolen and they have to pay the fee. Unfortunately, a thief is also on his way there and Mick takes over his role. Not easy with a guy behind them and all, yet the Barretts manage and still enjoy Australia. Tomorrow another one!

New day, new episode. Episode 6 "Hot Rocks" Mick and Joey enjoy surfing (what else?) when a call from Gordon puts them into a very expensive and exclusive sports club. Joey starts as a new trainer whereas Mick as a new member. Both flirt with the ladies, yet Mick wins here with one of the stewardess. But she got murdered and Joey asks too many questions which got him almost killed in a steam room but big brother is there to the rescue. Soon enough they find out that another stewardess, trainer and the owner of the club are involved in the stealing business. Gordon keeps his promise to send them to Australia but Mick refuses. And tomorrow another old one.

Indeed. Episode 7 "Match Point" From the title guessing, we are in the tennis business. A young woman named Sarah Far is threatened by an unknown source, yet her father only thinks about the upcoming match. Her brother Tommy is betting around and takes Joey's money which he had borrowed from Mick. Needless to say, Mick is not happy and sells his little brother's stuff. Yet both get involved in Sarah's case as the threatening continues. Mick as a reporter and Joey as ball boy. Soon they find themselves on the front line as Tommy got killed and Sarah's father still demanding her to play. Mick and Joey go to the big boss in this area and lose some money, a lot of money. Mick is "gently" requested to shoot at the girl whereas Joey stays behind as a hostage. The outcome isn't that way. Sarah still wins the game, yet flees from her Dad finally. Mick and Joey return all to Gordon, almost all. And tomorrow another one.
