And you don't have to pay for gas. That's true, although, only downside to biking, is storms, rain and snow. Not a good time to be biking.
I do wish, I lived a good distance from good public transport. I can't afford to not go without a car. Biking wouldn't be possible for me, would take an hour or more to go places.

Never learned to drive, so I never owned a car.

So, my car goes definitely to my car dealer and we shall see what the outcome will be. Sometime this week.

I haven't learned to drive either, I spent most of my life in London which has a great public transportation system, so never really needed to learn.

Same with me.
Our public transport is far from perfect, but it suits me.

Oh man, today it was crazy for an hour and half, I think. Out of nowhere, our payment with debit card didn't work anymore and most customers are used to it by now. For this time, only cash was possible. We only had five functioning cashouts for this and the queues were getting longer and longer.
I think all of us just worked and just looked at the direct customers here. And we even worked one hour longer than originally planned. I was just exhausted in the end.

Yep. I guess we only functioned yesterday.
Regarding the car, the bill seems to be expensive yet again. How shall I save some mone for a new phone (in autumn) when I have to pay here and there some? *sighs*

Didn't come online because of being way too tired and we had a training again this morning. And the following seems to be just as busy with getting my car back, my ordering (finally) and the usual business at home. lol

Ah well, our public transport strikes for more money on Friday, meaning I'd have to walk to work and back home. Would be around 40 min, depending on my speed.

Public transport should not be allowed to strike.

We've had a public transport strike before. Not pretty. Other times no trains we're running due to road works though we did have replacement buses. Longer journey but you could get there. Does your strike including taxi and Ubers or just trains, trams and buses. I'm assuming all public transport includes those too.
