Colvin is the son of Cole and Phoebe! And you'll find out how he survived very soon. I count him as NEW, because he was just a fetus when he was last seen, even though that it would technically make him not new.
He is portrayed by COREY FOGELMANIS.
How he survived is going to make you dislike his character..possibly...but that's how evil is.

I admit I had to go to Wikipedia to look up this chap.
Can't wait to see how he could have survived.

Well, I was introduced to the actor through Disney's GIRL MEETS WORLD (A Boy Meets World Spinoff). And I thought he'd be perfect for the role of Colvin. His surviving is going to be a scream. Though it may not be the most original...it does work for how I have mapped it out. The first part of Part 4 of Act 4..is going to be a dream sequence Pip is having, and it will be a couple flashbacks from Charmed. One of the scenes I've altered and it is GOOD, way better than its original scene in Charmed.

I can say that the altered scene is a bit darker than its original.

YES!!!! You got it!! Cole's human side did not create the baby when Phoebe was pregnant.
However, Colvin is half-human, and that's because he has a part of Phoebe -- the witch part. Colvin used Telekinesis (one of three main Warren powers) to throw Eddie and Bev over the living room couch and Sonia on the stairs (at the Carson House.) So he is a Warren witch by Phoebe's half, just evil and he has taken the Source's place. And we know that he will kill on intention, as he killed Dan and William Gordon and Shannon (Bev's aunt).
I'm glad you liked that one! I only wanted to know what you thought because that's the scene I had talked of before (the one that would turn a bit darker.)

Looks like he's embracing the demon half more than the human one.

Mhm..that's all he knows. He had powers from since being in the womb, all that he has known is evil. Had he not been taken in by the Seer, he would have most likely been Good; and its possible it would have killed the Seer just to birth that much evil.
Colvin could be considered an power opposite of Wyatt, since Wyatt is the spawn of a Charmed One and a Whitelighter; and Colvin is the spawn of a Charmed One and the Source. Whitelighters being pure good and the Source being pure evil. Though he wouldn't be an opposite of Pip because Pip was born from a witch (who's powers were bound at the time of Pip's birth) and a mortal.

Yeah, that makes sense. Colvin is evil because he's always been around evil.

Exactly! And yes, Phoebe carried him in the womb for a short time but lets not forget that his conceiving was even brought about because of the Seer's evil magic. Also the tonic that Phoebe kept drinking made Colvin susceptible to becoming evil as it contained the Seer's blood.

Still, if he'd had the right upbringing, he could have been good. However, that didn't happen here.

Oh yes, that's a very likely possibility. Had the Halliwell Family raised him surrounded by good magic, he would've most definitely been good. However, since I have said in an above post that Colvin was the child of a Charmed One and the Source of All Evilhim being a polar opposite to Wyatt (Charmed One/Whitelighter)----which means that had Colvin been good, its probable that Gideon would've tried to kill him too, turning him evil like Wyatt. So you would be correct on this information of Colvin.

Too bad the Halliwell family didn't raise him then.
