LoL. Every Halloween anything happens for Rex and Hannah, and this time with a WWI U-boat. Interesting that they came from Germany here.

Me:

I wondered that myself when I came up with the idea, why would this crew be hanging around San Francisco. I came up with the idea of the Iron Cross, that the Kaiser himself had given them. Such an award would have been a big thing to a WWI German crew.

After that, the story all fell into place.
