Consider this story a kind of teaser, a set up for the new direction I'm taking Rex and Hannah in. I hope you enjoyed it.

The character of Richard Pickman, the Dean of Miskatonic University, was named after the character of the same name in H.P. Lovecraft's story, Pickman's Model.

The character of Sonia Greene was named after the lady Mr. Lovecraft was married to, briefly, in the 1920's.
