A great teaser, I got an alert for this and had a read. Off to a great start. I especially love that the parts that I disliked Prue sleeping with Andy right away were cut, and found a way to make it a much better opening. Especially having Phoebe's subplot with her lottery ticket being used right away than her using her powers to find men. Very typical of a Kern episode. So I'm hoping the parts of this original episode I hated, Summer is going to fix. So glad Summer, you managed to get your story done, and just in time for Easter next weekend. YAY! And I finally read it. Great start. I was particularly taken by how much more sisterly centric the teaser was and loved it. I can only imagine Prue is still getting over the idea of Roger being a warlock, so why she isn't returning calls from Andy. Love Piper ranting and needing her sisters. Also, Brittany and what happened to her, maybe you'll surprise us yet again and she isn't going to be old Brittany, or maybe she dies. Can't wait to find out.

A great chapter. I'm enjoying all the changes, and especially the Prue and Andy story, much better than how Kern handled it, and Kern as the guy he was making it all about sex. Especially how Phoebe was using her powers to get guys, and Prue slept with Andy right away.
You've made this so much more sisterly centric, with still giving us Prue's struggles, and no doubt Andy too, wonder why he canceled the date on her?
Looking forward to seeing who Emily is. Great twist. I like that we have a female villain already, the original didn't do that until episode 7.

A new chapter is up.
I guess Rex and Hannah won't be turning up after all. Looks like Prue is going to bypass the whole Buckland's thing and jump right into photography.
Ah well, it's an interesting change to Prue's character history.

It is an interesting change. Too bad though, but I guess this series is not be expected to be so true to canon. Who knows, maybe Rex and Hannah could turn up as someone else later on.
I do love the changes to Prue and Andy's story, especially the stuff from Kern I didn't enjoy.

Don't get me wrong, I like the changes Summer has made.
Still, it would have been interesting to see her take on R&H. Would they have been the same as they were on the show, or would Summer have made some changes to them, perhaps expanding their characters a little.

Yes, I do like what is happening with Prue and Andy, and Summer has corrected the worst parts of Kerns episode. I also like that we are apparently getting a female villain. I also like the use of Prue's photography.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
Yes, always want to correct Kern's worst parts. As I'll keep doing. In the Cafe re-watch of S1, most of his episodes, have a habit to have some of the typical things you expect from him, while the episodes he wrote with other writers, they seem to balance each other out, and he does so much better in the ones that are written with others than by himself.
I won't give away any spoilers, but I'll just say you'll have to wait and see. Of course, I'll do what works best for my story.
I'll hope to have the rest of the episode up before Good Friday, and I have a couple more chapters to go. Releasing these every couple of days.

Just saw a new chapter. This one was a great one.
I was left worried for Prue with what Emily was going to do.
I especially love how Summer was able to give more sisterly moments, and think Phoebe helping Piper really improved the episode.
Miles better than what Kern did with his episode.

Yeah, we got a cliffhanger.
Looks like Prue is in trouble here!
I agree, we've got some great sister moments in this story.

I really loved Emily the warlock as the villain for this one, and so love Prue and Andy's story, really better than how Kern handled it, and we learn both were nervous to get back into a relationship.
So is Rex the mystery man and Anna the spy at Buckland?
Love the story with the mystery man being mysterious, and the ending in the manor.
But after Roger, I can see why Summer having Rex and Hannah are villains at Buckland might not work, and she decided to jump right to Claire. We'll see what happens.
I loved this episode, and I think it is miles better than Kern's episode.

So Rex and Hannah don't exist here. Truth be told, I'm okay with that, I've become somewhat protective of those two anyway. Summer took the two bosses that Prue had at Buckland's, Rex Buckland and Claire Pryce, and merged them into one composite character.
A character played by Leigh-Allyn Baker is there, just drop the two h's in her name and you get Anna! Poor Anna seems to be a bit of a klutz though!
And who is this mystery man?
Loved the sister moments at the end.
An excellent episode, Summer.

Wonderful and fantastic episode Summer. Loved it.
Lots of sisterly moments, a much better villain, Prue, and Andy. Loved it.
Yeah, the changes here are okay. I wonder who the mystery man is? What Claire and Anna's role will be moving forward?
The sisterly ending was perfect. So glad they noticed the photo differences.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I'm glad you all enjoyed the episode.
I won't give away spoilers, but as always you'll have to find out.
Yeah, I wasn't nuts on this episode, partly because it was a Kern one, so getting a chance to make it better was fun. I'm very pleased with the finished project.
I'm also glad I got to have it out before Easter as promised.
