Arrow's 150th episode brings back old characters – and delivers a killer twist. Some familiar faces popped up. SOURCE: Digitalspy.Com. BY SAM WARNER 05/02/2019. www.digitalspy.com/tv/ustv/a26139464/arrow-season-7-episode-150-old-characters-killer-twist/Note: this article contains major spoilers for Arrow's latest episode 'Emerald Archer'. Arrow certainly pulled out all the stops to mark its 150th episode, bringing back a host of familiar faces as well as a big twist. For the large part, the episode took the form of a documentary about Oliver Queen, with a number of interviews from characters past and present. Among the stars featured were Paul Blackthorne (Quentin Lance), Willa Holland (Thea Queen), Bex Taylor-Klaus (Cindy 'Sin' Simone), Joe Dinicol (Rory 'Ragman' Regan), Caity Lotz (Sara Lance) and The Flash himself, Grant Gustin. However, the story itself delivered a big shock for fans as vigilante hunter Chimera stole the masks of a number of our heroes. Among them was the new Green Arrow Emiko Queen, leading Oliver to search for his sister, discovering that he had also taken the masks of Huntress and Ragman. Emiko was saved, though later on it was revealed that searches for Huntress and Ragman had brought up nothing, suggesting that they may be gone for good. That wasn't helped by the fact that their fates were left up in the air after the episode had aired too. However, we never see their apparent deaths on screen – and the Arrowverse has been known to bring back characters whose demises haven't been shown to viewers in the past. Arrow airs on The CW in the US and on Sky One in the UK.

Makes sense that Sara would be included, this was the show she started on (and has anyone told her that her sister is apparently back, I think she'd like to know that).
And, here in Canada, it airs on Space (at the same time as the CW airs it).

Tim, the Laurel you see in Arrow now is not Sara's sister, she's actually the Black Siren from Earth-2 who first made an appearance in the 2nd season finale of The Flash, she's a great character though.
Honestly watching this episode really made me miss all the older characters like Thea and Quentin.

Yeah Laurel's going through a redemption arc at the moment if I understand correctly?

Yeah, this Laurel who used to be the Black Siren was riddled with guilt over the bad things she's done, she's trying to make a new life for herself and be a better person.

Did this Laurel have a sister named Sara?

No, she doesn't according to her Arrow bio. Just that she had an unnamed father on Earth 2 and was Oliver Queen's girlfriend there before he died then got her canary cry subsequent to Earth 2's particle acceleration explosion which she used for evil due to losing her father and Oliver.

Did this Laurel have a sister named Sara? It hasn't really been made very clear, she alludes to having parents and specifically losing her father at aged 13 in a car accident which differs from Earth-1 Laurel considerably, she knows of the Sara we know but I'm fairly certain she has never mentioned a Sara of her own from her own Earth, so until then I suppose we can assume that she either a/ doesnt, or b/ just hasn't felt the need to talk about her, maybe they aren't on good terms since this Laurel turned to evil.
What I think is more lilely is that her Sara died on the boat crash that started the whole Arrowverse off. On Earth-1 Oliver was cheating on Laurel with Sara, and convinced her to come on a boat trip with him and his father, unfortunately we all know what happened there, the boat exploded, Oliver ended up on an island for five years and Sara managed to survive and ended up with the League of Assassins.
But in Earth-2, Laurel says that her Oliver died on that boat, and instead, his father Robert Queen survived and became the Earth-2 Green Arrow, so since Oliver died in that accident on her Earth, I'd be willing to bet if Sara even existed, she probably died as well on Earth-2 on that boat.
So her history differs quite a bit from her Earth-1 counterpart, her father died at aged 13, her boyfriend and sister (if she had one) probably died some years later, and then she turned to evil and joined up with Zoom.

That's a pretty good explanation. And it makes sense, given what we know about the Multiverse.
