The Elders are officially PURE TRASH and I don't know how they can really keep them in the show after this. Wanting to sentence Harry to death. OMG!
But in typical reboot fashion, this is a storyline that should happen in Season 2 or 3, not in your first season. Seriously, I honestly think at this rate, the series should end after the second season. They won't have many storylines left to do with this rushed pacing.
The demon of the week this week was alright, not the best. But I didn't mind it.
Mel's powers are growing, and she is able to freeze through closed doors. Again their powers advance at such a fast stage, and they only activated them 5 months ago. Slow down, It looks like by the end of season 3, all the sisters will have a dozen powers. LOL
Overall I thought this was a pretty solid episode. Better than the last few.
At this rate, with how fast they are moving. I am convinced the Source will show up at the end of season 1, and the sisters we met him in early season 2. I hope not, but this reboot moves fast and rushes, so it is expected.
I see they also borrowed the "angel grace" effect from Supernatural for that little bit we saw and just recolored it something else.
Once again no Galvin and less Parker.
So next week we are meeting Nu-Natalie, and a new whitelighter. I sure hope Harry comes back asap.

Die? No way. In original Charmed Leo temporarily lost his wings after breaking the rules healing Piper he wasn't sentenced to death.
Looks like the Elders need an overhaul me thinks with either new ones brought in who are loads better or none altogether then whatever works best.

Hey, the cult demon was Caleb Rivers! Not sure what to think about this episode. It was so painful to see Harry dying, and I utterly despise everything the Elders did in this episode. These Elders are even more evil than the ones of the original show's later seasons, and that's saying a lot. I hope we're seeing the beginning of the end for both Parker and Galvin. I don't give one iota about either of them.

Obscurus Lupa said it best: The Elders are dicks!
Granted she was talking about the Elders of the original series, but it could easily be this bunch. There is no justification for what they did to Harry. He had no part in Charity's betrayal, he was just as surprised as anyone when the truth came out. The Elders are as bad as the demons.
One thing this episode did show was how loyal the Vera sisters are to Harry. I loved how they were willing to fight for him. He is a cherished friend and mentor, no way in hell that the Charmed Ones were going to just let him die like that, no way.
However, the Sarcana turning the sisters down makes, in my opinion no sense at all. You would think that they would have jumped at the chance to help Harry, I mean they want the Charmed Ones on their side when they move against the Elders. Stepping up to help save Harry, when the Elders had turned their backs on him, would have done just that.
The Vera sisters should just tell Sarcana and Elders to both go f**k themselves after this.
When Fiona made Harry young again, I swear that sound effect was the materialization of the Star Trek TOS Transporter! It was muffled, but I know that sound effect.
Fiona took Harry away with her. I guess that's how he disappears. I wonder where they went?
No Galvin. Is it too much to hope that he's been dropped?

So I really enjoyed this weeks episode. I thought this episode finally gave me a lot of elements that had been missing for a while, namely the sisters working together to take down a demon.
I loved the story surrounding Harry and the girls, you could tell how much he means to them as a mentor, that was some really emotional stuff when Maggie first saw Old-man Harry sitting in the chair, good acting as well.
The sisters, despite their other distractions got straight to work on saving those innocents, it was a welcome sight that they weren't letting Harry's plight or personal issues get in the way of their work, I loved that, gives me hope they will never turn out like the Halliwells.
Has Galvin just been dropped? Four episodes in a row he has been MIA, how long is this trial supposed to take? Very bizarre, I'm not complaining as he's as dull as dishwater, but still seems to be some kind of oversight?
I actualy enjoyed the small portions of the Parker storyline this week, if only because it gave us an insight into demon mythology a little more, with him being in pure demon form, and that with certain outside influences they can gravitate towards demon or human if they have both inside them, I found it interesting.
Jada refusing to help Mel? That was a bit weird, I can only think its because she knew Fiona didn't want to see him and so she thought she was doing Fiona a favor? Time will tell.
Speaking of Fiona, she clearly needs something out of Harry's head, looked like a map of planets or constellations, I wonder if there is a certain planetary allignment she needs to know about that for some reason only he has stored in his brain? Interesting.
Now for the bit I was saving my write-up for, The elders! That opening scene was excellent! Very eerie and foreboding, Harry being at their mercy, them teleporting and using their power to strip him of his, I thought that was very well done, I mean they are obviously total asses, but I'm the type of viewer who kind of loves to have someone to hate, and actually....is it weird that maybe I can see why Charity started murdering them all now? They've probably done far worse than just take away one whitelighter's powers.
I did love the sisters especially Mel throwing their weight around in the Elder chamber, I loved her using their clout as Charmed Ones to prove their point, the sisters stripped Charity of her powers, I can see that maybe the elders would be scared they'd do the same to them, I doubt they would but the threat is there regardless. Which is why I think they let it slide.
I hope this type of quality can be maintained for the rest of the season.

I liked the sisters working together despite the show being started from original Charmed season 4 as it reminded me of seasons 1&2 when as Adam said nothing overtook their goal of helping the innocent.
Loved Mel calling out the Elders which Piper, Phoebe, and Paige never done. Hope that continues there.
Felt sorry for Harry about what the Elders did because it wasn't his fault originally so he shouldn't have been punished for it.
His interactions with Mel, Macy, and Maggie were sadning
He clearly loves the sisters as charges and them he as a foster father figure friend. Will he doesn't go away.
It's clear Mel still loves Niko despite her being engaged and Mel with Jada.
I wonder if as Adam said a big event concerning Fiona will happen and she needs to know the right time to do it or there's a magical object she wants to find which could be in space hence her wanting to know where that maybe probing Harry's mind then.

I knew it
Yeah, I loved that bit too. The Vera sisters were clearly upset about the idea of losing Harry.
I have a hard time seeing this happening with the Halliwell sisters and Leo. Piper and Phoebe would no doubt bitch that the Leo business was getting in the way of their Me time!
I'd love to see the sisters take these arrogant pricks down.
Show how little an impact he's had. His absence really isn't affecting anything. Yes, Macy is worried about him, but that's about it.
Sadly, two Innocents were lost this time (well, the first one died before the sisters even knew what was going on), however, the Vera sisters saving Innocents record is still way better than the Halliwell one.
