Well, now we know, Mary is dead....again.
Of course, Jack tries to bring her back, but he can't do it. Looks like only Chuck or Amara could, but God (no pun intended) knows where they are.
Cas takes a trip to Heaven and sees Mary's door. It has two birth and death dates on it. Cas peeks in, but we don't see what he saw. He only tells Dean and Sam that Mary is there, with John (too bad they couldn't get Jeffery Dean Morgan to cameo, it would have been nice to see them together).
And as for Jack, it's pretty safe to assume that his relationship with the Winchesters is pretty much dead. No doubt the next time they meet, it will be as enemies.
And Jack is having these hallucinations of Lucifer.
Nice to see Rowena again. You could tell that she was scared s**tless of Jack. And one cannot blame her.
Liked the flashbacks with Mary.
Yeah, this was a sad episode.

Err why do they have to keep killing off female characters in this show? Just leave them alone for once will you?
Next will be the Wayward Sisters.

Don't even joke about that!
Odd that we didn't get to see what Cas saw when he peeked in on Mary in Heaven. Was it because they couldn't get Jeffrey Dean Morgan, or was there another reason?

Sigh, of course as was said a while back, Mary is really gone. Of course, she is. When don't they kill off female characters? I was hoping, she'd at least make it to S15.
I really hope they don't kill off anymore, and especially not Wayward. To be honest, if Jack suddenly finds himself good and all is forgiven, I'll be mad, what a cheap way to resolve it and kill Mary. I really would rather a tragic ending for Jack, why kill Mary in the first place, if we are not going to get consequences for what happened. I hope so.
Too bad, because I heard if Wayward Sisters was picked up, characters like Mary and Rowena were going to be recurring on Wayward too, with some plots. If only. I also wonder if Mary was killed off, when they knew S15 was going to be the final season. It just feels odd, to kill her right after
I'm wondering if Jack really killed her and if it wasn't someone else. If they wanted it to be Jack, why didn't they want us to see him kill her?
These are the theories online that someone had on other fan sites:

Yeah, there is much more going on here.
And would Mary be happily in Heaven after this. Woudln't she be kicking butt up there and taking names?

Well, those rumors were true, we lost Mary. I'm actually sad, because it came just after the 300th, and we got little to nothing on how Mary felt after seeing John. And completely dropped the Mary/Bobby Au plot. I think that is just lazy.
Only one season left. They better not dare off any more women.
Odd we didn't see Mary's heaven. I get John couldn't be shown, but like couldn't they just show John's back, or done what Arrow did using CGI, to just show them standing next to her.

Note that almost all the characters that came over from that alternate Earth have now been wiped out (except for Alt-Bobby, Alt-Charlie, and Alt-Kaia). Was this the plan the whole time, or did something happen to change it. Did the decision to make the next season the final one cause the writers to revise whatever original plan there was?
Yeah, I wish we could have seen what Cas saw. As you said, there were ways around the whole "Jeffrey Dean Morgan wasn't available" thing.

Yeah, I wonder if SPN ending and Wayward not being picked up is what caused them to wrap up those stories quickly. Because Alt+Kaia would have been a regular on the Wayward Sisters spin-off, and of course they had plots that connected with what came through from the bad place AU world, plus from what I heard watching some convention videos, Ruth Connell (Rowena) said Mary and Rowena were meant to be recurring characters on Wayward Sisters. Looks like Wayward not being picked up caused lots of stuff to not happen and most likely SPN ending. *Sigh*

Alt-Kaia is still moping around somewhere. I have to wonder, what purpose does she have now? She was after Michael, and now he's gone.
Yeah, it seems that the loss of Wayward Sisters made them decide to drop a few characters.

Yeah, it does look that way, and with SPN on the way out, Wayward was their chance to keep the series going. That means I'll be furious if any of the Wayward crew die in S15.
I hope SPN can live on in spin-off, I mean SPN is ending so they have to keep it going, I mean stupid Vampire Diaries is still going with new shows, to lose SPN's world and fanbase is crazy.

Perhaps SPN ending will make them take another look at Wayward Sisters.
At least I hope so.

Finally saw this episode. So bad that Mary is gone again. Though I appreciate the ways Jack tried to get her back, yet it was useless - just like Rowena. Nice to see her back, though. Nick or Lucifer who whatever Jack had there seems to be like his consciousness. And well, Jack is lost, it seemed. Sam and Dean mourn their Mom again, though by Cas they got to know that she's in Heaven with their father. Nice with all the memories and flashbacks, yet I'd also have a little scene with John and Mary together again. So, only two episodes left of this season. Sad!

Don't be sad. You still have one more season ahead of you.
