The 35th president, John Fitzgerald Kennedy and his family DO NOT belong to Matt.
TEASERTHE UPPER REGIONS - DAY
Elder Roland has gathered several higher Elders and in the Great Room, away from the Whitelighters.
Elder Roland stands in front of the group. “I have sensed a disruption in time..in history.”
Elder Odin’s eyes widen to the size of saucers. “Preposterous! If time has shifted we would all have felt it.”
Some of the Elders agree with him.
“I never said time had shifted. I said I felt a disruption..someone or something has been displaced of their time.”
“Do you know what?” Elder Sandra asks, taking this news seriously. There could be disastrous ramifications of time displacement, even of the tiniest things.
“I don’t know.” Roland replies.
“What about the period of time that’s been affected?” Elder Hannah asks. “You should have been able to identify that.” Elder Hannah asks.
“March 1962.” Roland says. “During the time John Fitzgerald Kennedy served as president.”
The other Elders gasp. “This is bad! The years of 1961, ’62 and ’63, can never be messed with solely because of Kennedy’s presidency.” Elder Hannah says.
“Then we’ll transport the Charmed Ones back in time and they can thwart whatever it is.” Elder Ohaju suggests. “They’ve done it before.” He despised the Blessed Ones and was against putting kids on the mantle of the Charmed Ones. He knew the Blessed Ones would go against them whenever they had the chance.
“No, we promised them a normal future after their destiny was complete.” Elder Istaqa says. “This job is for the Blessed Ones, they must learn how to deal with time travel for future situations.”
Roland, Sandra and Hannah show their agreement with Istaga.
Odin rolls his eyes. “Very well, the Blessed Ones will be informed enough to prepare them for the past.
“We cannot tell them that they won’t have their powers.” Istaga says. “They have to figure those details on their own.”
Hannah nods with him.
“Looks like it’s a majority vote.” Ohaju says and storms off.
“Summon their Whitelighter.” Odin says.
“No. It’s better if three of us go down there. It will show them the severity of the situation.” Roland says. “Istaga? Hannah?”
Elders Istaga and Hannah nod to Roland.
Elders Odin and Sandra look to each other and then at the three Elders across from them, they nod in agreement as well.

ACT 1 - HALLIWELL MANOR - CONSERVATORY - MORNING
“Teacher workdays are the best.” Pip says, picking up a glass of iced sweet tea and taking a gulp. He exhales in delight of the delicious taste the tea has.
“And the best time to finish homework that wasn’t done over the weekend.” Eddie says, sitting criss-crossed in his chair with a textbook in his lap. He flips a page and begins to write something down.
“Where’s Bev?” Phoebe Halliwell asks, carrying a tray with some early brunch sandwiches on it.
“Outside, laying in the sun.” Eddie answers.
“Except there’s no sun, it’s cloudy.” Phoebe says.
Pip and Eddie and look at each other and stifle a laugh. “Mom, look again.”
Phoebe crosses to the conservatory door and sees a bright ball of light hovering several feet above Bev. “What is that?”
“A spell Bev created.” Eddie says.
“What if the neighbors see that?” Phoebe asks. “That’s risking exposure.”
“Don’t worry, only magical eyes can see it.” Pip says.
Phoebe exhales in relief. “That..makes me feel better.”
Pip and Eddie chuckle.
“Eat your sandwiches and do your homework.” Phoebe says. “You cannot let your grades slip.”
Pip nods. “You got it, Mom.”
Blue and white lights form the shape of three people. It’s Elders Roland, Istaga and Hannah.
“Blessed Ones.” Roland says.
Pip and Eddie look up at the arrivals. “You’ve got to be kidding me.” Eddie says.
“Really? Today? It’s a teacher workday.” Pip says.
“We understand that you have a day off from your schooling, but a very important matter has arisen.” Roland says.
“Bev!” Pip hollers.
Outside, Bev perks up in alert. She leaves the lawn chair and comes running into the conservatory. She is greeted in sight of the three Elders. Her first instinct is covering her upper body. She quickly moves behind Pip when she realizes she can’t cover anymore of her body with her hands. “What are they doing here?” She asks.
“That’s what we’re about to find out.” Eddie says.
Phoebe and Coop enter the conservatory with the girls. All alerted when Pip hollered for Bev. “What’s going on?” Phoebe asks.
“Someone or something has went back in time to March 1962.” Hannah says.
“So?” Pip asks.
“So? 1961 through '63 are strictly forbidden for being visited because of John Fitzgerald Kennedy’s presidency.” Istaga says.
“And you want us to go back in time and stop whatever it is?” Bev asks.
“Yes, we assume this revolves around Mr. Kennedy, himself.” Roland says.
“So you must keep a watchful eye on him at all cost.” Hannah says.
“If he dies earlier than he supposed to..the ramifications will be disastrous.” Istaga says.
“So when do we go?” Pip asks.
“Go? They haven’t even given you enough information.” Phoebe says.
“They have enough.” Istaga says as a time portal opens in front of the doors to the garden.
“Wait, do I not get to change first?” Bev cries as she, Pip and Eddie are sucked into the portal. It closes once they enter.
Phoebe glares at the Elders. “Are you nuts? They won’t have their powers when they get there.”
“But they will find someone who does.” Hannah says.
“Trust in your son and his friends, Phoebe.” Roland says. “They’ll go to someone close for help.”
“Enlighten me.” Phoebe says.
“You’ll figure it out.” Istaga says and with that, the three Elders orb out.
“Unbelievable.” Phoebe says. “They didn’t tell them that they won’t have their powers.”
“1962…wouldn’t that be when your Grams and your mom were alive?” Coop asks.
Parker grins. “Grams! Where?” She says.
Phoebe smiles and chuckles. “No sweetie, Pip and his friends have gone back in time and will meet up with your—“ She motions to her three daughters. “Great-grandmother and grandmother.”
“Now he’s going back in time?!” P.J. blurts out. “I better grow up fast.”
“I hope you don’t mean that sweetie.” Phoebe says to her eldest daughter.
“Pip vanish demons.” Brianna says, from Coop’s arms. Her syllables are in development.
Coop chuckles. “Yes, butterfly, your brother does vanquish demons.” He smiles.
“P.J. you’re gonna want to cherish not having to worry about demons and time-travel..for awhile.” Phoebe says. “Once you start the fighting evil, you won’t have much of a normal life and you’ll want it back.”
P.J. looks down at her feet. “It’s just that I feel like I’m missing out on a fun adventure.”
Phoebe and Coop smile at each other. “Ladybug, you’ll have plenty of fun adventures when you get older..trust me.” She walks over to P.J. and squats down to her level. “How about I tell you and your sisters some of the adventures that your aunts and I had.”
P.J. smiles and nods.
“Okay.” Phoebe says, smiling.
She stands up and grabs one of P.J.’s hands. She leads her daughter to the wicker couch in the solarium. They sit down and Parker runs over to join them. Coop, with his free hand, moves one of the wicker chairs closer to the couch. Coop and the girls give their attention to Phoebe.
“Hm, where should I begin?” Phoebe asks to herself. “How about when your Aunts Prue and Piper, and I met Melinda Warren.”
The girls, mainly P.J and Parker, give their absolute full attention to their mother.
“It all started when your Aunt Prue opened Melinda Warren’s locket and released a warlock…” Phoebe says, beginning the story.
SAN FRANCISCO - ALLEYWAY - MORNING - MARCH 1962
A homeless man standing in the alley yelps in fright of the woman’s sudden arrival.
She looks at him and smiles. She runs to him with hyper speed “You never saw a thing.” She then stabs him in the gut. The man moans in pain as his eyes glaze over. The homeless man is dead. She lets his body fall to the ground in a heap.
The woman chuckles to herself. “Loose ends must be taken care of..” She makes the knife disappear with her calling power. She looks to the street where a bunch of hippies are enjoying themselves in the area. Her portal must’ve opened in a hippy zone of the city.
Her outfit would make her stick out like a sore thumb, but she could care less. She had her objective: eliminate the thirty-fifth president during his conference in the city. Then get to back to the present for her reward.
Succeeding meant her name, Vanessa Weathervy, would be known throughout the magical world. She would be the most feared, not those Blessed witches.
She walks through the alley and to the street. The camera pans up as she enters the crowd.
The camera then turns and flies over the city to Halliwell Manor. The pink paint shining from the rays of the sun.
HALLIWELL MANOR - THE ATTIC - MORNING - MARCH 1962
“Uh, we’re in the Attic.” Eddie says.
“Which means those Elders interrupted my tanning session for no reason.” Bev says angered.
“No..wait.” Pip says. “My great-grandmother’s sewing machine isn’t up here.”
“What?” Bev and Eddie ask at the same time.
“I remember Diann, the Urn Guardian, wipe her finger through the dust on a table where my great—well Grams’ sewing machine rested.” Pip says, coming to the realization.
Eddie raises a brow at Pip. “So?”
“So? So it means we’re in the past. My mom and aunts would never get rid of Grams’ sewing machine even it had been destroyed.” Pip explains. “Not to mention that Book of Shadows is much thinner.” He points at the Book on the lectern.
Eddie and Bev looks to where Pip is pointing and see that the Book was indeed very thin but still just a bit thick.
A voice rings through the house. “Patty. Breakfast is ready!”
The three witches turn to the Attic door. “Patty?” Bev asks.
“My grandmother.” Pip says.
“Which would mean the other woman..?” Eddie asks.
“Is my great-grandmother.” Pip says, smiling. He rushes out of the Attic.
Eddie and Bev look at each other. They take off after their best friend.
HALLIWELL MANOR - DINING ROOM
“Are you nuts?” Eddie asks. “You can’t just barge in there, they’ll think we’re demons.”
“I know that.” Pip says. “I just want to hear their voices.”
Bev smiles lightly. The three teens stay quiet so Pip can listen to the voices of his relatives.
“I wish Dad could be here with us.” A young girl’s voice says. It was graceful and sweet. It was also soft…like a lullaby. Pip knew this had to be Patty but her voice was so young…he knew that they were in the year of 1962 so she would’ve been at least eleven years old. She was born in April of 1950, his mother told him this. So the age works out.
“Oh darling…I know. I wish he were here with us too, but there’s a reason for everything.” An older female voice said. Pip figured this was his great-grandmother, Penny. Her voice was stern and strong. He could tell it held years of wisdom and experience. He’d one day summon her from the afterlife along with his grandmother. He wanted to hear their stories. “Your grandmother taught me that, when I lost my own father.”
Blue and white orbs filled the dining room and when they disappeared and older man was left.
Pip, Bev and Eddie look to the new arrival with wide eyes. “Penny! Demons!” The man yells.
“No-no..we’re not—“ Eddie says but he is cut off.
“We’re here to—“ Bev says but is cut off.
“We’re the Ble—“ Pip says but is also cut off.
Patty’s hands are raised. She has used her Molecular Immobilization to freeze Pip, Bev and Eddie.
“That was wonderful, darling.” Penny says, grinning in pride at her daughter.
Patty smiles and shrugs. “I still need work, I can only freeze targets that I can see.”
“And we’ll work on that, Patty. But right now we need to get rid of these demons.” The man says.
“Not just yet, Sam. I wanna know why these demons attacked and how they found us.” Penny says. “The Elders said they removed Patty and I from the radar until she was ready to fight demons.”
“Good idea, Penny.” Sam says. “I'll report it to the Elders so they can seal the problem.”
“Patty go and get the crystals.” Penny says. “I’ll teach you how to construct a crystal cage.”
Patty nods. “Okay, Mom.” She runs off to the stairs.
Penny watches her daughter head for the stairs and when Patty is out of sight, Penny looks back to the three frozen beings.
A close up of Pip, Bev and Eddie’s frozen faces is seen.
