Season 2 first spoilers and new characters

According to TVLine, while Alastair Caine (Craig Parker) was vanquished by Macy (Madeleine Mantock) in "Red Rain", we haven't seen the last of his villainous children. Their report notes that Season 2 will see the introduction of Alastair's daughter who will come to town looking for revenge. This unnamed Caine daughter won't be alone when it comes to new faces in Hilltowne, either. A "sexually fluid witch named Kat, as well as a sexy boxing instructor named Jordan" will both be making their debut.

Of course the sisters get new love interests right away.

LOL a typo. Meant to type pure demon. As in just a full pure demon not another half like Parker. Must have hit the reply button too fast before I noticed it, so I could edit.

I agree their story is done. Why add a daughter. When they killed off the Caine's so laughable and easy.

I hope S2 is good. These spoilers are not helping.

I thought we're over the Caine family and new love interests. *sigh* S2 is already off to a horrible start it seems. I thought we'd be lucky to have a sisterly start to S2, and one sister would be single for even more than 5 seconds.

Of course, these might not be actual spoilers, but only rumours. 

Remember, there were a few Season One rumours that proved to be false in the end.

If this is true although rumors can happen then I won't be happy.

The show should be about sisters who are witches with relationships coming second obviously.

I'd rather learn more about the sisters, their family and other things etc. Even seeing more of Harry's former life before he was a Whitelighter appeals to me.

As I said, these could only be rumours that are floating around. 

I mean why bring in new showrunners if they are just gonna revisit the Caine debacle.  Makes no sense to me.

Yeah could be, but since it came from a very big news outlet that reports spoilers like TVLine or Deadline, I think these are true, BUT that doesn't mean, the characters can't be altered, e.g different names and backgrounds.

Also, they sometimes give out different backgrounds and names to stop the real purpose of characters from leaking. They do this all the time. On Supergirl I remember, Lena and Mon-El were cast under a different alias, to stop spoilers.

So we'll just have to wait and see.

I'll hope, they change their minds, like you said, the new showrunners should know better than this. Makes no sense.

Perhaps that's the case here too. 

They are deliberately misleading us as to not give away too much.
