Their dad"s name could be Santiago Raymond Vera but he just prefers being called Ray. I would also love an 'All Halliwell's Eve' type episode learning more about their ancestors whether we'll see their version of Melinda Warren and who and how was their book if shadows started.
I'd like to see that as well.
Me too. It is what I'm dying to see. That is the type of episodes, I'm waiting for. We still know little to nothing about their ancestors. I feel like I know more about the Caine family than I do the sisters. I'm still surprised we haven't learned anything yet. I'd be happy if they did do an 'All Halliwell's Eve' type episode, they make it a two-parter, or even a story arc. I'm always been one who enjoys time travel and going back in time. That is the kind of stories, I'm keen for. That would be fantastic. And I agree with a two-part story. I'd find it so refreshing to go into the past with these sisters. How cool would that be. They were some of Charmed's most popular episodes with time travel. Let us see these sisters going back in time and meeting their ancestors. Yes please. They were some of my favourite episodes of Charmed. So I really hope they do it on this show, let us meet their ancestors.

Yeah, they've only done one time travel show so far.
Of course, their ancestors might be in the Spanish Colonies.

Yep, they sure have, hopefully, this next one is a full episode's worth.
That could be interesting seeing the Spanish Colonies. I hope if they do, these writers research properly.

They did too. I forgot, about that one, since it was such a small time travel scene, I'm hoping we get one that is the whole plot of the episode. Good point. Yep, they sure have, hopefully, this next one is a full episode's worth. That could be interesting seeing the Spanish Colonies. I hope if they do, these writers research properly. Me too. I trust they'll do a good job with it. I hate when writers treat history and culture so wrong. Even fanfic writers have done better at making Salem Witch Trials more accurate.

While there, they can run afoul of the Inquisition.

Original Charmed got a lot of things wrong when they dealt with other cultures. If I listed them, we'd be here the rest of the day

We're not getting a new episode this week.
For reasons unknown, Charmed will be preempted for the rerun of a Penn & Teller special (why the CW loves these two 90's has-beens is beyond me).

Of course, Friday is Valentine's Day, but that's not an official holiday.
And what do Penn & Tellar have to do with Valentines' Day anyway?

That's a stupid excuse to take a week off. I believe Nancy Drew is also on break this week, but not Riverdale which airs the same day. The only excuse I'd give for no Charmed on Friday is Good Friday, which is an official holiday. But since when is Valentine's Day an excuse. Not everyone goes out, or has a special someone. I know people who are a couple, and do not believe in it, and do nothing. My grandparents were married for 70 years until they both passed away two years apart five years ago, and told me Valentines Day was just a commercial holiday to get people to spent, they said their anniversary is when you do something special as it is your special day, they never believed in that crap, in their own words. But, I guess this is a thing in America. In Australia, programming is not paused because of Valentines Day. Isn't that what streaming and catch up is for, if people miss stuff. Oh well.

It is.
So they can show an encore of the Katy Keene pilot. Of course, why they're doing that, when the pilot is no doubt available online, well you got me.
Valentine's Day is nothing more than another commercial racket.
