***Tim here, you listed the wrong episode. I've fixed that.***

I loved having my legends back. I re-watched S4 to get ready.
This was a great episode, and we follow it from Crisis, Sara is still mourning Oliver's loss. But, I believe this episode is set AFTER the series finale of Arrow which airs next week since Sara is guest-starring in that.
No Legends next week, due to the finale of Arrow.
So Mona is gone, I noticed the actress was downgraded from regular to special guest star. Also, I can't wait to see how different Zari is now.

Oh.........my........God!
First of all, Gregory Rasputin was killed in 1916, not 1917.
Second of all, there was NO affair between him and the Tsarina Alexandra. That was a smear campaign made by their enemies.
Third, was Russia of 1917? Where was the First World War? Where were the protesters? Where were the revolutionaries? The writers did know that the Russian Revolution (both of them) happened in that year, right?
Fourth, was supposed to be Russia in January. Just look at all that green grass and those tress in full bloom!
Fifth, there would have been no formal dinners or balls at this time. Russia was facing hardships in the war with Germany, and any such events would have made a bad political situation much worse.
Sixth, Nicholas II was not even in St. Petersburg at this time, he was in Stavka, commanding the military forces.
And, finally, I can think of better candidates for bad Russians from Hell. However, I think that Stalin not have fit on such a light hearted show.
The Legends save the Romanovs, only for them to be murdered by Bolshevik thugs on July 17th, 1918.
Oh, and the real Felix Yusupov lived until 1967. No mention of fixing that change.
I don't have to say that this subject, bugged me, as someone who has studied this period in Russian History. All those mistakes, YE-IKES!
And how is a TV camera able to transmit in 1917, with no relay towers or satellites in existence?
However, there were parts that I did like...
Sara still dealing with Ollie's death and not wanting to lose anyone else close to her.
So an alternate version of Zari exists, and Nate is going to look for her. She won't even know who he is!
Where did Charlie nip off to?
Constantine trying to take that possessed kid into a bar, and they get booted out!
Loved how the Legends debunked their own movie!

I wrote my review and completely lost that once realized I had no internet when I posted it which bugged me no end.
Anyway wondered about the historical inaccuracies of imperial Russia too when saw this thing especially Nate being a historian and everything.
My favorite parts also were Constantine and dealing with the effects Astra had last season finale whom will be this years main villain obviously.
Matt Ryan plays him so well no-one else could do I think.
Garry being his assistant was funny.
Understood Sara's grief over Oliver's death knowing him a long time and Ava trying to help but not knowing how to till the end.
And Charlie wandering off suddenly.
I wonder what Nate will make of male Zari when he finds out then and will female Zari be back bringing the doppelganger thing post Crisis has churned up like Batwoman and Supergirl obviously?
Didn't think much of Mona here because I've not thought about the character really so having Rory make her Rebecca Silver and her going off allows Legends to bring in a new person if she wasn't received well previously.
Nora should be back next episode or the one after I think and we'll find out where Charlie went probably.

That was, IMO, the best part. Sara has lost someone close to her and she doesn't want to lose any more of her friends. And especially not Ava, the woman she loves. That was why she was so reluctant to get them involved.
Still, they were all there for her to help her in the end.
I didn't mind her. And, since she wasn't killed off, she could return.

I didn't mind Mona. She was okay, and I'm sure she'll be back. Maybe they downgraded from a regular which she was last season, as they thought they had too many characters to service. She'll be back, I'm sure.
I loved seeing Sara mourning Oliver. And, we'll be seeing Sara in next weeks Arrow finale, why Legends is taking a break next week.

You can see why Sara was being so overprotective of everyone. She doesn't want anyone else to die under her watch.

Which being a superhero is always a possibility so of course, Sara would be protective of her made-up family.

Not to mention her girlfriend.

I love how protective she was of her family.
Looking forward to the Arrow series finale this week. Why no Legends this week, but understandable. Because once it ends, Flash will be back next week too.
Of course, still, Sara's story is happening as she attends Oliver's funeral in this week's finale. It might carry over into Legends next week.
