The killer of Tiffany Hudson was dead Lucy's brother, Josh.  Only Tiffany wasn't his target, her husband, Ryan, was.  Josh felt that Ryan treated Lucy like dirt and wanted revenge on him.  However, the poison meant for Ryan was accidentally given to Tiffany.

Nice to see one mystery solved.
