Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg

This is a thread dedicated to the Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg. The monarch is currently Grand Duke Henri (who is married to Grand Duchess Maria Teresa). The next in line to the throne is Hereditary Grand Duke Guillaume (who is married to Hereditary Grand Duchess Stéphanie). 

Guillaume and Stéphanie have one child, Prince Charles of Luxembourg (b. May 10, 2020). Charles is second in line to the throne in Luxembourg. 

The Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg are Roman Catholics and absolute primogeniture is observed in Luxembourg. In fact, Luxembourg has already had two female monarchs - Grand Duchess Marie-Adélaïde (whose reign was from 1912-1919) and Grand Duchess Charlotte (whose reign was from 1919-1964).

Are they related to the Borbón's, who once ruled France?  The names are similar.

I think not. They're related to the House of Luxemburg that existed during the Holy Roman Empire, however.

They're much closer to the Habsburgs than to the Bourbons.

Yeah, the Hapsburg Empire is the one that replaced the Holy Roman Empire.
