With more and more people using the internet on phones and tablets instead of traditional computers, I feel like I have to lay down some new guidelines.
Forums are not like social media sites. They were designed in the era of the keyboard and mouse, and that is what they were designed to be used with. They're places for in-depth discussions, not 140-character soundbites. They're places to share art, share fic, and engage in fandoms on a more in-depth level.
I've opened this site on my phone and tablet before, and it looks terrible. The layout is clunky and less intuitive, and it's far harder to make decent posts.
I strongly do NOT recommend using this site on a mobile device unless it's an emergency. You will not get the full Glued to the Screen experience. Desktops and laptops are the way this site is meant to be used.
I hope everyone understands. I only want people to get the most out of the site and not find themselves in frustration.
