Season 10 Episode 01: "Return To Oz"
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are enjoying some rare down time in the bunker, when a portal opens and Charlie (Felicia Day) steps through. She tells the boys that Dorothy needs their urgent help. Sam and Dean accompany Charlie back through the portal and find themselves in Oz.
Soon after, they head to the Emerald City and meet with Dorothy (Kaniehtiio Horn) who informs the boys that Oz is on the brink of war with the neighbouring land of Wonderland (Lewis Carroll got his inspiration the same way L. Frank Baum did, namely his daughter had travelled to Wonderland). Dorothy suspects that there is more going on and wants the boys, and Charlie, to investigate.
The trio arrive at the Oz-Wonderland border and see that both sides are indeed ready for war.
However, they soon discover the true culprits behind the scheme, a recovered Wicked West Of The West (Maya Massar) and the Queen Of Hearts (Adrienne Barbeau) had cast a spell on the soldiers of both sides, urging them to fight. The plan is that, once the war is over, the Witch and Queen plan to set up a totalitarian state and rule over the survivors of both lands.
Needless to say, Dean, Sam and Charlie confront the evil pair and wacky hi-jinks ensue. Of course, our heroes come out the winners.
The Witch and Queen end up banished to an empty dimension, with no one to rule over besides each other. Dean comments that it's a fitting punishment for the two would-be dictators, no one to boss around except themselves.
With the evil trio defeated, the evil spell is broken, and the war is averted. Dorothy and the ruler of Wonderland, Alice (Emma Watson), sign a permanent peace treaty.
Later, back in Emerald City, Dorothy thanks Dean and Sam and opens a portal for them to return to Earth. When Dean asks if Charlie plans on coming back as well, she says no. Charlie reveals that she and Dorothy are now married and that Oz is her home now. Before leaving for Earth, Dean and Sam congratulate the pair.

Season 10 Episode 02: "The Defrocked One"
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are contacted by Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) who informs them of an interesting development. Seems that children are mysteriously disappearing in the town of Kane, Oregon. Furthermore, the town itself seems to have a dark secret that may be connected to it.
When the Winchester boys arrive in Kane, Jody briefs them on what she knows. Seems the trouble started when the town tore down an old church to make room for a new one. Jody suspects that might have stirred a spirit up.
The group gets to work. While Dean and Sam handle the spirit stuff, Jody investigates the dark secret the town is keeping.
Using their EMF detector, the Winchester boys detect ghostly activity. The trail leads them to a mountain cave, where they find the missing children, unconscious, but alive. At that point, the ghost, a priest, appears and tells the boys that the children will pay for the sins of their fathers.
Meanwhile, Jody's investigation uncovers the facts about that same priest, Father William O'Toole. Back in the 1920's, O'Toole had been the town pastor, when children started coming forward, accusing O'Toole of molesting them. O'Toole was arrested and put on trial. However, due to lack of evidence, he was acquitted. Needless to say, the people of Kane were not happy at that verdict. Several of the men then grabbed O'Toole, took him out into the woods, tied him to a tree, and burned him alive.
When Jody relays this information to Dean and Sam, they realize that the kidnapped children are descendants of the men who took the law into their own hands in regards to O'Toole. They further speculate that the demolition of the old church, where O'Toole once preached, is what woke his ghost up.
They now have to find whatever object is anchoring the ghost to our world and destroy it. Jody volunteers to do that.
Dean and Sam return to the cave and see O'Toole leering over the unconscious children and realize that the accusations were true. O'Toole was indeed a child molester and it seems he's planning on resuming his former sick practice. Breaking out the rock salt and such, they manage to fight the evil ghost off and free the children, whom they return to their grateful parents.
Meanwhile, at the site of the old church, Jody finds the anchor object, a mini cross that one belonged to O'Toole, which she destroys. The evil ghost is thus expelled from the world of the living.
The job done, the boys and Jody head back to their respective homes.
Meanwhile, O'Toole arrives in Hell and is greeted by Crowley (Mark A. Sheppard) who tells O'Toole that there is a special place in Hell for child molesters: Perpetual castration, and no anesthetic!

Season 10 Episode 03: "Hell Ripper"
Dean and Sam head to Chicago after Jo (Alona Tal) contacts them about a baffling case she's working. Over the past few months, prostitutes have been murdered and the police have been left with little clues. However, they have been getting notes from the killer, who is claiming to be the legendary Jack The Ripper.
When the boys arrive, Jo tells them that she feels that there is more going on here than just a copycat killer, which is why she decided to investigate the matter. And she has come up wiht a plan to stop the killer, which is where Dean and Sam come in. Jo tells them that she will disguise herself as a prostitute, in hope of luring the killer out, whereupon, they will capture him. Of course, Dean objects to Jo's plan, but she tells him that she is more than capable of taking care of herself.
The plan goes forward, and the killer does take the bait. However, Jo is not the usual wallflower victim and manages to hold her own until Dean and Sam arrive. Sam fires a gun at the killer, who seemingly shrugs the bullet off and flees into the night. Everyone is baffled as to how the killer could do that.
Deciding that some research is needed, Sam makes a discovery. The nights that Jack The Ripper killed were not picked randomly, rather they coincided wiht certain phases of the Moon. Further research discover similar waves of unsolved murders (including the New Orleans ax murders of 1919 and the Cleveland Torso Slayings of the 1930's) all took place during those same phases of the Moon. Indicating that the same individual is responsible, despite the decades separating the crimes.
The boys and Jo conclude that the killer is, in fact, the Jack The Ripper, and he has found a way prolonging his life. His killings are, in fact, sacrifices to the Dark Gods, as long as the Ripper keeps killing at certain times, he will never die.
With this info in mind, the group determines when the next murder must take place. They barely make it there, as the Ripper is in the process of attacking another prostitute. While Jo gets said prostitute to safely, the boys take on the Ripper. When the anointed hour of the killing passes, the Ripper instantly ages and crumbles to dust.
The trio leave Chicago knowing that, while the crimes will remain officially unsolved, no further lives will be taken by Jack The Ripper.

Season 10 Episode 05: "The Forever War”
Acting on a tip from Ash, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) head for the remote Appellation Mountains to investigate the mysterious deaths of two Civil War historians. Said historians had been shot dead by musket balls, the same kind used during the Civil War.
When the Winchester boys get to the town nearest the murder site, the disguise themselves as FBI agents and talk to the local Sheriff. The Sheriff tells them all he knows, and then directs Dean and Sam to the local library where they can find more info.
Doing research at the library, the boys find out that, during the closing days of the Civil War, an evenly matched unit of Union and Confederate soldiers met up in these very hills. What happened next was a mystery, as neither unit was ever heard from again, and no trace of them was ever found.
Furthermore, over the decades, there have been other mysterious murders in that area, all done by Civil War era weaponry.
Dean and Sam then head for the area where the murders happened. When they get there, Sam finds a Civil War era musket ball, which looks too fresh to have been shot more than 150 years ago. Dean whips out the EMF machine and does a sweep, but there is no sign of ghostly activity.
Deciding to stake the area out, Dean and Sam wait for night. When it comes, they are treated to the sight the Union and Confederate soldiers, no mindless zombies, still fighting the Civil War, night after night.
Dean and Sam realize that the zombies alone couldn't have done this, and figure a god is behind it all. And they're right. Soon the boys find the cause, namely Ares, the God Of War. Turns out that that hatred between these two groups of soldiers was so entertaining to Ares, that, when they all killed each other, he resurrected them as zombies, so they could continue fighting and entertain him. And, as for the murders, Ares explains that was done to silence the witnesses.
Of course, the boys are disgusted that all this was done so Ares could have his fun.
Ares then says that he has to have his zombies kill the boys too, because, now they know too much.
However, Sam had planned for such an eventuality and whips out what he calls the Horn Of Pan. When Sam blows on it, Ares finds himself de-powered, and thus loses control the zombies. The zombies then turn on Ares, and he flees into the woods, with the enraged zombies hot on his heels.
On their way back to the bunker, Dean asks how Sam could have known to bring the Horn Of Pan. Sam replies that information had come his way, but refuses to divulge who sent the information in question. Dean can only puzzle on this.

Season 10 Episode 06: "The Animals Of Crag Rock”
Dean (Jensen Ackles) has been pestering Sam (Jared Padalecki) about revealing his secret source of information, but Sam remains tight lipped about it. To distract Dean, Sam mentions a possible case. Over the past few months, mysterious animal attacks around the Crag Rock Lighthouse, which is located on the coast of Maine.
When the boys get there, they adopt their FBI disguises talk to the Mayor of the nearby town. Although baffled as to why the FBI would be interested, the Mayor does say that animals have been attacking anyone who approaches the old lighthouse. This has been going on since it was announced that the lighthouse would be converted into a Bed And Breakfast.
Doing research, Dean and Sam discover that the lighthouse was shut down in 1926, after the keeper, one James Travers, was attacked and killed by forest animals. After that, no one wanted to work at the lighthouse, and it had been abandoned, until now, when the Bed And Breakfast idea was announced. And while there have been no fatalities this time, the boys know that it's just a matter of time.
Heading over to the Crag Rock Lighthouse, Dean and Sam soon rule out the usual suspects, namely demons and ghosts. However, something is clearly going on, as the attacking animals seemed to be working to a plan.
As they are leaving the lighthouse, the boys find themselves surrounded by forest animals. The animals seem to want the Winchester boys to follow the,, which they do, into the nearby forest.
Soon the cause of the animal attacks is revealed, a wood nymph named Eudana (Jenna Coleman). Eudana explains that she had lived in the area, long before the lighthouse was built. She had no objections, until the keeper, James Travers, began to hunt the forest animals for sport. Seeing herself as their protector, Eudana begged him to stop, as he had no need to kill the animals. Not only did Travers refuse to stop hunting, he tried to capture Eudana and sell her to a circus. It was at that point that Eudana sent the animals to kill Travers and decided that humans were no good. When the plans to turn the lighthouse into a Bed And Breakfast were announced, Eudana decided to stop it, as she did not want humans near her woods again.
Dean tries to tell her that not all humans are scum, while Sam does him one better. He offers himself as sacrifice, to prove humanity's worth. Needless to say, Dean is stunned.
Seeing that Sam is serious, Eudana relents and promises that, as long as humans respect the forest and the animals in it, she will leave them in peace. The Bed And Breakfast will be allowed to go forward with no further interference. Eudana then lets Dean and Sam go.
Later, Dean pins Sam down and asks why he made that offer of sacrifice to Eudana. Sam replies that he knew it was the answer, his mysterious source told him that. Once again, Dean asks just who this source is, but Sam says that he's bound by a promise not to reveal it to anyone, including Dean.
Out loud, Dean says okay. However, he secretly vows to find out just who this source is, one way or another.

Season 10 Episode 07: "The Fountain Of Youth”
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are surprised by the sudden arrival of their cousin, Joseph Winchester (Ted Raimi) at the bunker. Joseph is a modern day Indiana Jones and it often away for years, tracking down old legends and such. The reason Joseph is here is because he believes he has tracked down the legendary Fountain Of Youth and wonder if his two hunter cousins are interested.
Intrigued, Dean and Sam say yes.
Joseph explains that the reason that no one was able to find the Fountain was because they were all looking in the wrong place. The Fountain is not in the Florida Everglades, as Ponce De Leon and others believed, rather it can be found in the Okefenokee Swamp, which is located on the Georgia-Florida line. When the brothers question their cousin on this, Joseph claims that he's spent ages scouring Native American legends and such, and believes his information is correct.
Dean and Sam, realizing that perhaps their cousin is on to something, agree and accompany Joseph on his quest.
Days later, the three of them are deep in the Okefenokee Swamp. By now, Dean is getting frustrated (and the constant attacks by mosquitos isn't making him any happier). However, Joseph refuses to give up.
Soon, they come upon what appears to be a pool of clear water. Joseph is ecstatic, believing that this is, indeed, the legendary Fountain.
At that point, a young woman, calling herself Charity (Amy Acker) appears and says that, yes, this is the Fountain, and that the three of them are free to drink from it. However, there's a catch, the Fountain is linked to the swamp, and if they want to stay young forever, they have to remain in the swamp. Should they leave the swamp, they will become mortal again, and revert to the age they were when they drank the water.
When Sam asks how Charity knows this, she relates a story.
In 1846, Charity and her fiance, William had come to the swamp and drank from the Fountain. A Native American shaman had warned them that they could only be immortal if they remained in the swamp, but they had drank from the fountain anyway. In 1915, William had accidentally crossed the boundary of the swamp and, as Charity watched in horror, aged instantly and died. They then took it upon herself to warn others who came looking for the Fountain of this.
Needless the say, the three Winchesters decline to drink from the Fountain and leave.
A few days later, back at the Bunker, Joseph is all fired up again. He believes he knows where the lost continent of Atlantis is, and asks Dean and Sam if they want to come. Dean and Sam say no, and watch as Joseph races off on his latest quest.

They are tracking a wizard named Frederick (Robert Englund), who is dealing in rare and magical artifacts that he has looted from Native American graves. When they confront Frederick, at the ruins of the Alamo, a struggle ensues. During said struggle, Frederick drops a crystal, which Sam picks up. Suddenly, Sam is enveloped in a mist and disappears.
Soon, Sam wakes up and find himself in the Alamo, surrounded by the likes of Colonel William Travis, Davey Crockett, and James Bowie. When he asks the date, Sam is told that it's March 6, 1836, the day the Alamo fell to the Mexican Army. And Sam knows that they Mexicans will leave no survivors.
Back in the present, Dean is ready to throttle Frederick. He asks just what that crystal was. Frederick replies that it was a time crystal, which could lock onto important historical events. Given their location, the Alamo, it doesn't take Dean long to figure out just where the crystal sent Sam. Frederick says that he can write a spell to return Sam to the present, provided he has the right artifacts. Dean say that they will gather then together, and promises to spare Frederick if they can get Sam back.
Back in the past, Sam is beginning to bond with the Texans at the Alamo. He is touched by how much they believe in what they are fighting for, an independent Texas. Of course, Sam knows that Texas will be freed from Mexican rule, and later become part of the United States, but he can't tell anyone at the Alamo that. He also can't tell them that they will all die that very day.
In the present, Frederick has gathered the artifacts and begins the spell, with Dean watching like a hawk.
In 1836, the Mexicans make their final attack on the Alamo. Sam watches as Travis, Crockett, and Bowie all go down, as history says. Never one to run from a fight, Sam grabs a rifle and prepares to face the Mexicans himself. However, before he can do so, he disappears.
In the present, Dean watches as Sam reappears. He asks if Sam is okay, which Sam says he is. However, he fells Dean what he saw and wishes that he could have helped the Texans that day, but knew that history could not be changed.
At that point, Frederick reminds Dean of his promise to spare his life if Sam is returned. Dean says he plans to honour that agreement. Frederick is not killed, but handed over to the Texas Rangers for his looting of native grave sites. As they haul Frederick off to prison, a female Texas Ranger comments that Sam would make a good ranger himself.
As they head back to the bunker, Dean and Sam have a chuckle at the thought of Sam joining the Texas Rangers. I mean what are the odds of that!?

Season 10 Episode 09: "A Christmas Miracle”
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) head to the small town of Winfield, Kansas to investigate the mysterious attack in a mall security guard. Said guard claimed that he was attacked by "an invisible force" while working the night shift at the local mall. They suspect a ghost.
When the boys get to Winfield, they, in their guise as FBI agents talk to the town Mayor, (Dawn Wells). The Mayor tells them that this same force has attacked during the last several years, and always around Christmas. The force seems to target malls displaying Christmas stuff. And while the attacks are annoying, none have been fatal.
Following their meeting with the Mayor, the boys head to a local diner, to get a bite to eat and discuss the situation. When Dean and Sam are seated in the diner, they are approached by a female server. The boys do a double take, because the server is none other than Missy Bender (Alexia Fast), from the psychotic family they had fought in Sioux Falls, ten years earlier. When Missy recognizes who the boys are, she turns and flees the restaurant.
When they get back to their hotel room, Dean calls Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes) and asks if she knows that Missy Bender is on the loose. Jody says that she will look into it and get back to them.
As far as Dean is concerned, this mystery is solved. He believes that Missy is behind the attacks. However, Sam points out that the attacks have been carried out by an invisible force. Despite her background, Missy is human. Dean then wonders if Missy perhaps had cut a deal with a demon, or something like that. Sam replies that, as of yet, there is no evidence to support this, and perhaps they should give Missy the benefit of the doubt. At that point, Dean decides he needs some air and storms out.
Soon after, Missy arrives at the hotel and Sam lets her into the room. Missy then explains that, after the incident of a decade before, she had been remanded to a state psychiatric hospital, where she spent the next eight years. Upon her release, she came here to Winfield to start over, and she has had no contact with the rest of her family since their arrest. Sam finds himself believing her.
When Dean returns, he is amazed to see Missy there and wonders just what the hell if going on. At that point, Jody calls back and confirms Missy's story, she had been deemed cured and released. Despite this, Dean still has his doubts.
The boys then decide to put it to the test. The head to the mall, with Missy in tow, to see if she does have any connection to the mysterious events.
As it turns out, the attacks have been carried out my a mischievous spirit, who just loves playing Christmas pranks. Missy had nothing at all to do with the attacks.
When Dean and Sam realize that the spirit is basically harmless, they decide to leave it alone.
Back at the hotel, Dean apologizes to Missy about misjudging her. Missy says she understand why Dean acted the way he did, but she assures him that she is a reformed woman who has put her horrible past behind her.
At that point, Jo (Alona Tal) calls and asks if Dean and Sam will make to the Roadhouse Christmas party. Dean says that they are on their way. Sam then asks Missy if she wants to come, telling her that this will represent a Christmas miracle, in that someone once evil could be helped. Missy gratefully accepts the invitation.

Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles), along wiht Jo (Alona Tal) are in the Pacific Northwest, tracking a mysterious creature that has been frightening campers in the area of Snowy Mountain. Dean thinks that this might be the legendary Bigfoot, although Sam is not so sure. The creature has been known to steal things from campsites, something Bigfoot has never done. There might be more to this than meets the eye.
Jo talks about the recent Christmas party at the Roadhouse, when Dean and Sam had shown up with the reformed Missy Bender, and how it had surprised them all. However, Jo is happy that Missy had managed to turn her life around, showing that sometimes cases can have a happy ending.
Soon the trio come upon some tracks, which may belong to the creature. They decide to split up and comb the area.
Soon after, Jo comes across the creature, which runs away when it sees her. However, Jo got a good look and is convinced that this is not a creature at all, but is, in fact, a man.
When she rejoins Dean and Sam, she tells them of her suspicions. The three of them intensify their search.
The trail leads up Snowy Mountain, where they find a cave. Dean, Sam, and Jo, slowly enter the cave and come upon the creature, and Jo is proven right, it is a man (William Atherton). The man cowers in fear and can only mumble incoherently.

Back in 1984, had robbed a payroll train in this area and stolen the money in question. After which, he was never heard from again. It had been assumed that he was either dead, or had left the country. His fate had been a mystery for law enforcement ever since.
Jo concludes that, for some reason, his mind had snapped and he had become the legendary creature of Snowy Mountain, living off the land and stealing to stay alive.
The trio debate whether to return Darrow to civilization, but decide against it, Since Darrow has never harmed anyone, they decide to leave him in peace. They also decide to keep this adventure a secret, so the mystery will live on.
Heading back to civilization, Jo makes a surprise announcement, she's pregnant. When Dean asks who the father is, Jo just replies that it's a secret, for now at least.

Season 10 Episode 11: "The Lovebirds Ride Again”
We open in a cabin, near Gibsland, Louisiana. A man named Bill Clark (Brian Krause) is working on a laptop computer, writing a book. He says that this will spice up a "silly old legend". Just then, the door to the cabin flies open and Clark screams in terror at what he see.
At the bunker, Dean (Jensen Ackles) is frustrated. He has been bugging Jo to tell him the identity of the father of her baby, but Jo isn't talking. Dean is wondering why everyone is suddenly keeping secrets. At that point, Sam (Jared Padalecki) shows up with a potential case. He has just read about a man named Bill Clark, who has just been committed to a psychiatric hospital, in Gibsland, Louisiana. Apparently, Clark has been babbling about "ghosts coming to get him." Decided that he needs something to take his mind off current events, Dean decides that they should look into this.
Using their phony FBI badges, the boys get into the hospital to talk to Clark. Deans asks him just what does he mean by ghosts coming to get him.
Clark says that he was writing a book about the infamous lovers, Clyde Barrow and Bonnie Parker, even going so far as to use a cabin near the spot where Bonnie and Clyde were gunned down on May 23, 1934. He had barely started when the ghosts came. When pressed for info on said, ghosts, Clark admits that the ghosts were that of Bonnie and Clyde themselves, who demanded that he stop writing the boo at one, or else...
At first, Dean and Sam are baffled. Over the past eight decades since their deaths, plenty of books and movies had been made about Bonnie and Clyde. Why should this one book be enough to anger their ghosts. The boys realize that Clark is holding back information, but he refuses to say what it is.
Using their phony FBI credentials, the Winchester boys sign Clark out of the hospital and take him back to the spot where he saw the two ghosts. They place Clark inside a circle of salt and instruct him not to leave it, no matter what.
At the point, the ghosts of Bonnie and Clyde (Alycia Debnam-Carey and Cole Sprouse) show up in a ghost car (from the 1930's) and vow to get that author that "wrote all those horrible things about them".
Dean then asks the two ghosts what they mean. Bonnie say that he should ask Clark. Which Dean does.
Clark finally admits the truth, he was not writing an accurate account of Bonnie and Clyde, but rather his book would be pure smut, full of lies and half-truths. He was after money and didn't care about the facts.
Clearly this was enough to anger Bonnie and Clyde and they vow that the book will never see the light of day.
Sam then advises Clark to drop the project. Dean says the same thing, because it's clear that Bonnie and Clyde mean business. And since he and Sam don't know what is anchoring the two ghosts to our world, they might not be able to keep them at bay forever.
Realizing that the ghosts mean business, Clark promises to abandon the project. He the destroys the laptop that his notes were on and says that no other copies exist.
This seems to mollify Bonnie and Clyde. However, before driving away, Bonnie and Clyde vow that, should Clark ever decide to write that book again, that they will be back, and won't be so charitable next time.
Taking their own leave of Clark, Dean and Sam advise him to write about safer topics, like politics.
Returning to the bunker, Dean thanks Sam for getting him involved in the case, it has helped him deal with the fact that Jo will not tell him about the baby's father until she is good and ready.

Following a tip from Ash (Chad Lindberg), Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) head to Crete to investigate the mysterious disappearance of a group of archeologists. Before going silent, said archeologists had tweeted that they had found something big.
When the Winchester boys arrive at the site of the dig, in Crete, they find the notes the archeologists made and see that the group had been investigating a new cave that a recent earthquake had uncovered.
Heading into the cave in question, Dean and Sam soon realize that it's virtual maze. Luckly, they came prepared and begin to leave marks on the cave walls.
Before long, Dean and Sam stumble upon human bones. At first they think said bones are ancient, but soon see modern clothes and such and realize that these are the remains of some of the archeologists. Furthermore, the bones look chewed.
Very cautiously, Dean and Sam probe deeper into the tunnels and soon come upon a horrifying site, the legendary Minotaur of Greek mythology. The Winchester boys realize that this system of tunnels is, in fact, the legendary labyrinth in which the Minotaur dwelt. The Minotaur then charges at the boys. Dean first his gun, which drives the Minotaur off, for now.
Making a strategic retreat, Dean and Sam soon come across the surviving archeologists. The archeologists confirm that the myths about the Minotaur were true. Victims would come into the maze, get lost, and would eventually be devoured by the Minotaur. This continued until an earthquake sealed up the maze entrance. And, of course, another earthquake unsealed it again. The archeologists had entered, only for a few of them to fall victim to the Minotaur.
At that point, the Minotaur appears and charges the group. Dean shines his flashlight into the Minotaur's face, and the creature howls and retreats. The Winchester boys realize that is the Minotaur's weakness. Use to darkness of the maze, the creature cannot tolerate bright light.
Using the flashlight to keep the Minotaur at bay, Dean and Sam lead the archeologists out of the maze to safely.
With explosives, Dean and Sam reseal the entrance to the maze, ensuring that no one else will fall victim to the Minotaur.

Dean (Jensen Ackles) and Sam (Jared Padalecki) are surprised when Rowena (Ruth Connell) abruptly shows up at the bunker. She tells the Winchester boys about a younger witch named Sabine (Kat Dennings) that she has taken under her wing. Sabine is somewhat scatterbrained and now Rowena is worried what she is currently doing.
When Dean and Sam press for details,Rowena tells them that she recently learned about the Runestone, a powerful gem alleged to have been created by the legendary Merlin of Camelot. When Sabine found out, she thought it would be really cool to own it, and set off to find it.
Rowena is worried that Sabine is getting in over her head and asks the boys for help.
Worried about a novice getting her hands on such a powerful artifact, the boys agree to help.
However, Dean feels that Rowena is holding something back. When he pressed her, Rowena admits that she wanted the Runestone for herself. However, she tells the boys that she would have never used it for evil. Despite their history, the boys believe Rowena.
Rowena tells Dean and Sam that the Runestone is buried beneath Stonehenge in England, and so the trio set off.
Upon arrival at Stonehenge, they see that Sabine is already there. After casting a spell that put all the tourists and security personnel to sleep, Sabine had dug up the Runestone and is now holding it.
Rowena sees that the Runestone is powering up and worried for Sabine's safety.
At that point, Dean turns on the charm and starts to woo Sabine. He promises her a dinner and a night on the town. Sabine falls for it, allowing Dean to get close enough to grab the Runestone.
At that point, Merlin (Brian Blessed) shows up and claims the Runestone. When Sam asks him where he's been since the fall of Camelot, Merlin enigmatically replies that "Camelot never fell" before disappearing, taking the Runestone with him.
Seeing that the sleep spell is wearing off, the foursome clear off before they are seen.
Back in the bunker, Sabine asks Dean if they are still on for dinner. At that point, Rowena hustles the younger witch out of the bunker, thanking Dean and Sam for their help.

Season 10 Episode 14: "The Caves Of Kairos"
Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) are contacted by Lisa Cook (Leigh-Allyn Baker), the American born wife of Matthew Cook (Neil Roberts), the head of a British Mining Corporation. Lisa asks the Winchester boys to come to Britain, to investigate mysterious goings on in a series of caves that Matthew’s company has just discovered, in the north of England, near the town of Kairos.
When Dean and Sam arrive, Matthew tells them that several of the mine workers have been scared out of the deeper tunnels, claiming that ghosts were responsible, and could they deal with it.
When the boys ask just how Matthew and Lisa knew about them, Lisa comes clean. Back in the 1990's, she herself had been a hunter. However, in 1997, one case had gone south, of the ten hunters that had been involved, only Lisa and one other had survived. After which, Lisa had decided to get out of the business. She had subsequently moved to Britain, where she had met and married Matthew, and they now have two children. Although she has left acting hunting behind her, Lisa still keeps tabs on the hunter grapevine, and, when she had heard about Dean and Sam, she felt that this was right up their alley.
Matthew then tells Dean and Sam about the tunnels in question, and gives them a map, so they can find their way down to investigate the ghosts.
When Dean and Sam enter the tunnels, they find an underground river, which they follow deeper underground. Soon after, they find themselves surrounded, not by ghosts, but by pale skinned humans, who take the brothers to an underground city.
Seeing some drawings on the cave wall, Sam manages to piece together where these people came from. They are the descendants of those that followed the Iceni Queen, Boudicca, in her ill fated attempt to drive the Roman Empire out of Britain, more than two thousand years before. After Boudicca’s final defeat and suicide, these people had taken refuges the caves, and had been here ever since, living off mushrooms and such, while the underground river provided them with water.
Sam concludes that these people are unaware that the Roman Empire had ceased to exist, more than 15 centuries ago, and believe that Dean and Sam are Romans. Furthermore, it seems that Dean and Sam will be killed, to make sure that they will not escape and tells others about the cave people.

When Dean wonders why the cave people would kill them, rather than just scare them off, like they had the miners, Sam suggests that he and Dean had penetrated deeper into the caves than the miners had, and thus were taken as a direct threat.
At that point, the Winchester’s decide it’s time to escape. Using their flashlights and phones, which seem like magic to the cave people and thus spooks them, the boys mange to escape back to the surface.
After hearing what Dean and Sam’s story, Matthew realizes that the cave people would never fit in with the modern world and orders the caves sealed, to leave them in peace.
Before departing, Dean brings up something that Lisa had mentioned about her last case, that led her to retire from hunting. Dean asks who the other hunter, who Lisa mentioned had survived along with herself, is. Lisa replies “Ellen Harvelle”. Dean and Sam can only react with astonishment at this revelation.
