Superman Costumes Over The Years.

Wasn't sure where to put this so posted it here but please do move if incorrect of course.

Replying to the comments in the Superman and Lois set video with Tyler thread about the fact there have been many iterations of Superman's costumes from films, TV, and comics over the years I added them here and what I think are my favourites then. 



Film wise my favourites for style and look are Christopher Reeves, Brandon Routh and Henry Cavill's 2016 suit.

And for TV Dean Cain, Tom Welling, and Tyler Hoechlin although with Tom Welling's black suit my invision of that is actually this which I think looks better obviously.





Comic book wise because I'm so used to his original costume with the red pants and yellow red insignia on Clark's chest so anyone's with that are my favourites then.

Thanks, Katherine for putting this online. I'd certainly be lost with all these customes over the years.

I loved that little through the years. So nice to see them all.

I hope they update it with the 2021 Tyler Superman costume. I know people don't like the Henry Superman, but you gotta admit, the costume is nice.

I didn't mind the Henry Superman.  He just needed a better director.

And better character direction instead of just being brooding, ineffectual, charmless, directionless, brutish, and cynical, which we know the Man Of Steel never was of course.

Same here, not my Superman, but the younger crowd love it so much (as my younger cousins prefer Snyder's Superman to the CW one), and are hyped up for this Snyder Cut of Justice League, the four one directors cut edition, since most hated the Joss Whedon more lighter tone film.

I don't hate Henry, he is a good actor, and looks perfect as Superman, it's the script I didn't like.

Once Snyder was out, Henry's Superman actually smiled. 

Of course, Tyler is a way better Superman.
