Just to let everyone know, there won't be an episode next Sunday, probably because it will be Easter. However, Batwoman is back on the following Sunday, April 11th.

Angelique went to prison to protect Ryan. Ryan should just tell her the truth.

I would have thought there would be more people at Kate's "funeral" since I imagine she still had friends, family, and connections during her day job, but since I'm guessing they wanted to tone down background characters/extras due to COVID, I'm just going to go with Jacob only wanting a closed funeral for those closest to her, which would work with Luke, Mary, Sophie, Julia, and himself being the only ones there.
So, first we got Victor Zsasz a few episodes ago, and now we have this show's version of Roman Sionis a.k.a. Black Mask! I guess someone was a fan of the Birds of Prey movie last year.
Peter Outerbridge seems like a spot-on choice for the role and I can't wait to see more of him (especially since I honestly wasn't a fan of Ewan McGregor's more campy take from the film.) Of course, I imagine there will be a lot more to the whole "Batwoman killed by daughter!" thing.
I guess it is nice that Angelique came around to the side of good at the end, but of course it wasn't going to end well for her and Ryan, and she's now going down for the commissioner's death, in order to protect Ryan from Black Mask.
Sophie having a sister this entire time seems to have come out of nowhere, I'm sorry it was so random (I wished the show mentioned her, and I can't remember if they did), but Jordan is cool at least. Hope she pops up again.
Like seeing the "Bat team" starting to take hold officially.
Alice is just off having a psychological meltdown, which might end with her... forgetting Kate ever existed?
Confused by the Julia reveal: is someone pretending to be her or is she forgetting things? Possible mind control?
Roman/Black Mask has Kate after-all. I'm expecting Kate to be under mind control, and not remembering who she is. I'm sure that's the plan, nobody who knows Kate will know its her, and they'll play up until they something has them figure out it might be Kate.

I expected other people to be at Kate's funeral at the start but due to the pandemic that couldn't happen filming wise or Jacob may've just wanted a more personal service in that regard perhaps.
I did wonder if Alice secretly might've attended but away from the crowd by Kate's grave.
Nice to see Ryan plant her Desert Rose in the Bat Cave in memory of her mum and Kate and the diary entry she wrote about the former hero and what she'd done for Gotham although you know someone will eventually find the hideout and take the plant from there.
If only they knew the truth concerning the Gotham socialite.
Nice seeing Angelique wanting to be good although you knew that wouldn't last when she made herself go down for the commissioners death to protect Ryan from Black Mask then.
Who is the black masked man and did he have Kate since the plan crash trapped down in the sewer? Is it the makeup businessman Roman Sionis?
The woman talking to the police commissioner was in reference to Black Lives Matter I'm assuming?
What's happening to Alice? Is she going mad in Cartwright's house seeing young Kate or hasn't she been able to process her sister's death yet and seeing dead Kate is her way of doing that?
Looks like the snake bite drugs still doing the rounds though they weren't the people after Sophie's sister the woman who talked to the commissioner.
It would've been nice knowing about that which seemed out of no where random.
I thought Ryan would tell Angelique she was Batwoman but she didn't.
Will something happen future wise between Ryan and Sophie the way her sister spoke out?
Looks like the Bat team's taking hold now officially.
What happened to the man concerning the saw was gruesome.
Why is it nearly every villain's relative was killed by Batwoman and not someone else?
Is Julia forgetting things i.e. her mind was wiped or is she being controlled by somebody?
Good team Bat want to help Jordan bring her community centre to fruition.
My theory with Kate at the end is she'll be trained by Enigma who's the Riddler's daughter to forget herself before her new faces implanted then go back into the world under a new identity serving Black Mask to destroy Batwoman with a possible Ryan/Kate fight in the future until either faint whiffs of memory start surfacing or Luke, Mary, Julia, Sophie or Jacob recognise her somehow and make Kate remember who she is.
