CISCO AND CHESTER GO BACK IN TIME – Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Chester (Brandon McKnight) travel back in time and get stuck in 1998, repeating the same day over and over again. The key to returning home is at Chester’s childhood home but he refuses to visit. Meanwhile, Iris (Candice Patton) forges a connection with the speed force.

I liked the villain. Understandable yet petty backstory and not easily swayed by a motivational speech.

I'm really happy to see Nora Allen'S actress getting more time. She's really good, and it's fun to see her getting to have more range instead of just dying or saying motivating things to Barry. And what was the Speed Force thinking planning to appear in her true form of lightning to them? She would've given everybody retinal damage.

"John Boyega." The alias makes me like Chester more. I actually really liked his storyline with his dad this ep.

Special Guest Star:  The Flash.

Liked the episode though, and Chester getting the chance to realize the truth about his dad. 

Loved the looks of everyone when the time wave hit.  Frosty looked like Janice Joplin!

Speaking of Frosty, she ain't backing down when Joe tells her about that lady who's after her.

Barry seems a bit uncomfortable with the Speed Force looking like his late mother.

Fun episode.

Cisco and his friendship with Chester was nice. It was so nice seeing him just geeking out with someone.

Chester was fantastic as well. He needed to get some more fleshing out and we got it. That scene where his dad was teaching him how to dumpster dive and Chester saw the idea he had of his dad all these years was wrong was some great acting.

I laughed at Iris inviting Speed Force Mom home and Barry looking for all the world like he wanted to tell her to sleep at Star Labs.

Another caught up.

Welcome to the 90ies! Nice references to several time travel movies in there. Chester and Cisco are a great time and it felt a bit like "Groundhog Day". To learn a lesson why you can't change the past and maybe realize your Dad is more different than you think, at least that goes for Chester. Cool when the others were hit with that time wave. Big Lol at Frosty and Iris. These clothes were great!

And Frosty might have a great problem ahead of her.
