Here's hoping Lex is still alive, so can make the switch to Superman and Lois for guest appearances, or even just flashbacks to the old days.

WOW! Well done and congrats Jon Cryer for the win. NO WAY, CW is going to let him go, I'm sure he'll appear on Superman and Lois sometime, even if it's a guest appearance just for flashbacks. No way, they won't have the Arrowverses Lex and Superman/Clark not sharing any scenes together.

It is Tim. Like Michael Rosenbaum and John, Shea Cryer plays a very good tv show Lex Luthor I think.

IMO, Jon Cryer is the best Lex Luthor since Gene Hackman. 

They need to keep him around for Superman & Lois.
