WOW, what a clever twist! Great episode.
Making the viewers and fans believe that the being in the mines is Doomsday by putting it in a suit reminiscent of the one worn by Doomsday in "Superman: Man of Steel #18", then revealing who's truly under those threads: Bizzaro!!!

Really enjoying the season. I'll have to go back one time and review the ones I missed. Clark literally couldn't even get close to the mines because of his visions. WOW! We got some really nice sibling moments with the twins and Natalie. X-Kryptonite just won't leave, will it?! Now people are getting high on it. Not only that but Tegan's replacement is the one selling it to him. Hopefully, this story wraps up soon. Lucy really is becoming a character in the Arrowverse again. We haven't even seen her yet, and I feel like she's already here. YAY we get to meet Lucy NEXT WEEK. SO EXCITED! Looks like Jordan and Sarah are okay!! I'm glad, I didn't want more drama between them. Of COURSE, Jon wants to get into drugs, but even without powers he's still half-Kryptonian, so how's that going to work with him taking X-Kryptonite? So Steel is out of retirement. Not surprised, I knew that would happen. So Lois' enemy is that Allston lady. I hope Lucy will be okay. WHAT? ? We were lied to! We're dealing with BIZARRO, NOT Doomsday!! WHAT. The show loves to surprise us like with Steel last season. I guess I shouldn't jump to conclusions. The producers lied though, they said Doomsday in the press, unless he's showing up later. GRADE: A-

Did they play us and we'RE not getting Doomsday but Bizarro or are they both appearing. The producers said it was Doomsday or he's coming in press.
I wonder will x-kryptonite affect Jon differently because he is half-kryptonian if he takes its and his girlfriend is selling it.
Ok what happened to Tegan because I thought there were going to be a story there with her father.
I like the bonding between Natalie and Jon and Jordan love the scene when John was back as Steel.

WOW! That final scene has me fully hyped! So excited where this is going! SO much better than it just being Doomsday! Love me some Bizarro!
John Henry's suit has a diamond shaped cavity on its chest that definitely needs to be filled in with something right.
Allston being a cult leader is a great nod to her comic book origin as a later iteration of Parasite! I had a feeling Lucy relapsed with the cult, so this is going to get intense for Lois. Hope she'll be okay.
I feel like the Lana running for mayor story is going to be the season's biggest slow burn on how it ties into the overarching story, or if it's just, we need Lana content. LOL
The Jordan/Sarah story is problematic in a few ways, but also my least favorite story right now to care too much about it. Moving on.
I hope there will be more to it than Jon just wanting to get stronger/faster by taking drugs. I'll admit I hate where this is going

I remember Bizarro from my comic reading days. Mind you, he was mostly played for laughs back then.
Poor Clark, a new twist has been added. Every time he got angry, he would lose control of his heat vision. I can't blame him for worry about his family.
And Lois has her own stuff going on, dealing with this cult that almost cost Lucy her life. As we found out, Luis was the one that managed to reach Lucy just in time to save her. And now that Allston lady herself shows up. As others here have said, let's hope Lois can keel Lucy from one again falling under her spell. As we have seen in real life with Jim Jones and David Koresh (look them up), these people can sway others to follow them, no matter how destructive that path will be.
Sam says that he and Lucy haven't talked in years. Another difference from the Pre-Crisis time line.
And Lucy herself will soon be arriving.
Lana had her own drama, when her inability to answer questions caused her to considering dropping out of the Mayoral campaign. However, in the end, she regains her confidence and jumps right back in.
Jordan wants to tell Sarah who he really is. Clark talks him out of it, convinces him to wait at least a year, before making his decision. At least Jordan and Sarah seem to have sorted things out.
Now we have drama with Jonathan and not-Tegan.

So these are my very messy thoughts whilst I have a minute free to post them.
I don't agree with Lois making Sam choose sides, he's their dad, how can you ask him to choose between his two daughters? Seems like Lucy has relapsed anyway and needs some serious intervention. The way Sam spoke of her she is COMPLETELY different to how she was pre-crisis, not strong at all, a complete contrast.
I called that kid being on the X-kryptonite, now Jon will be too, I wonder if this will awaken some latent Kryptonian abilities?
Bizarro instead of Doomsday? Despite all the Doomsday references? Either the writers are trolling us or he's still coming.
The one thing I hated the most about this episode was the Jordan and Sarah stuff. It REALLY rubbed me the wrong way. Lana gave Sarah REALLY bad advice by telling her she had done nothing wrong? Umm.....how about no? Your precious princess cheated on Jordan and you're acting like she was in the right? What kind of motherly advice is that? They spent all episode making Jordan feel bad about being cheated on when he had every right to feel that way. I didn't like the way this went at all. They guilted Jordan into forgiving Sarah when she had done something bad.

Sarah and Jordan stuff was a snooze.
So looks like Lucy relapsed. I sure hope she'll be okay. I think so. No way they'd bring back Jenna back as Lucy for a tragic ending anyway.
I still think Doomsday is coming. The writers wouldn't troll the audience would they and flat out say in interviews he's coming.
Jordan telling Clark "I want to marry her, Dad!" was soooooo funny. Yeah, that'll convince him. LOL
It's good that Lana's getting pushback from the start because she can adjust and respond now. If this were to come up right before the election she'd be screwed.
Clark pretending to fall when Jon accidentally hit him was hilarious. If he gets hit every episode people will start wondering why he doesn't bruise but it was so funny I want it to happen.
"Now's not the time to go all Doomsday on me." Either this is in your face foreshadowing or Lois is setting us up for a twist.
Irons I don't care what your undercover job is you should always wear a helmet in the mines. If only to avoid getting knocked out so easily. LOL
I wonder if Mama Lane never left in the pre-Crisis timeline and that's why Lucy (presumably) never joined that cult.
It's nice that Irons' suit leaves the barn through the door rather than making a hole in the roof. Very considerate. LOL
VERY COOL watching his suit go all Iron Man as it attaches.
Don't take the drugs Jon! Do experiments on them or something to find out what they are. But typical they won't.
Alli has Lucy back in her clutches. Of course, what better way to get Lois to kick some reporter butt.

I'm guessing that Lois will make her sister see reason in the end. And take down that nasty cult lady.
Yeah, Lana just needed to pull back and regroup.

So, my site was quick again.
Some really unexpected twists in that episode but also slowly mending relationships. Clark scared his sons but he apologized and Jordan and Sarah are on a good way, it seems. Jonathan is, hopefully, not into these drugs and well, the kids seem to get along well. Nice.
Lois and Sam are also speaking again and reaching out to Lucy. Well, the cult lady is a beast, it seems. And Lana, yes! Go for mayor. You've got a good backup, your family and background in Smallville.
Though secrets are never good but I hope all parents-kids relations can be solved, in a way.
And Bizarro! Nice, that explains Clark's vision, even from a twisted version of himself. Headache alert!
It's going to be interesting!

I imagine this Bizarro will be different from the one I remember.
