SO EXCITED. We get to see Lucy in this episode. Watched the sneak peek. That's a flashback, as they appear to be living in Metropolis. Already love them on-screen together.

I feel all the drama in this episode was made just because were on break for 3 weeks. The first scene with Lois and Lucy was sad. But the scene with Lois and Lucy was just OMG crazy. I really forgot what happened to Sarah and the pills! It's a small moment but I like that Kyle immediately went for water, not alcohol when he and Lana were talking about Sarah. Ugh, Jon really took the X-K. What a horrible storyline he's been given. I HATE IT! Lucy's completely gone. I can't believe what I just saw her do to her own SISTER!! ALLSTON NEEDS TO BE TORN APART!! SAVE LUCY! Bizarro killed those two kids, but thank goodness Tag's okay. But John Henry!! He better be okay!! Jordan wants to train to help his dad, here we go. Kyle was cheating on Lana?!! NOOOOOO!! I finally love him and then you do this?!! Chrissy got sucked into that b*tch's cult! NO!! Might be my least favorite so far, all because I did find so much of the drama unnecessary. But I see why they did it, just to build anticipation for the break. Grade: B

I will say this about tonight's episode they know how to write a Lois Lane that is complex. A John Henry Irons who is a hero, and a Clark Kent who is trying his best while having the weight of the world on his shoulders.
Lucy's transformation is fascinating. Yes, Lucy is different (as we know pre-crisis. Like Lois and Clark getting married and having kid way earlier.), but it gives Jenna such great material and writing. I loved her on SG, but there's way more depth when you add her relationships with her family. I hope she can heal and get past this, and we can see her discover herself again.
Wtf Chrissy?! And people said the Jordan and Sarah drama was forced! Honestly, this Chrissy drama is just bad.
No wonder that episode served so much. Had to tide us over till the 22nd. Momentum is going to be at an all-time high when it returns so all good.
Grade: B+

Another really great episode! But it sucks that we have to wait until February 22nd for the next episode.
Got to say battling a cult leader is not an enemy I expected to fight in a Superman show.
We saw Lucy. Of course we know she's different. Hopefully the “other self” Ally keeps talking about is everyone’s Pre-Crisis selves. That would be interesting twist
Chrissy is that girl!! She puts people on pedestals and runs to the cult when she learns others actually aren’t perfect. Grade: B+

Well, here is the post-Crisis Lucy Lane. Gone is the military lawyer we saw, back in S1 of Supergirl. This is a Lucy who was lost and drifting, and thus was easily swayed by that cult leader.
Aly is cut from the same cloth as Jim Jones and David Koresh. Someone with the ability to sway others to their cause, someone who could lead them to disaster, like Jones and Koresh did to their followers.
Needless to say, the encounter between the Lane sisters did not go well. Lois fears that she has pushed Lucy even farther away. Can't wait to see more of this.
And Chrissy looks like she's taken the Kool-Aid.
Meanwhile,Clark has that Bizarro problem to deal with. And the latest confrontation ends with John Henry being severely injured.
And two of Anderson's team of super powered kids get themselves killed. Clark did warn Anderson that they were not ready, too bad Anderson didn't listen.
Man, that Mayor is not above using dirty tricks to get to Lana. Dragging Sarah's past into it is hitting below the belt.
And what is Kyle doing in that bar? Seems that he had an affair with that lady there. Hope the old Mayor doesn't find out about that, because I can see him using this against Lana.
Loved Jordan's attempt at being a hero. However, he didn't realize that there were security cameras, that recorded it. Luckily, his grandfather was able to bail him out. And he asked Sam to train him. Sam agreed, on the condition that Jordan not tell Lois or Clark about this.
Agggh, sucks we have to wait three weeks for the next episode.

See I feel the opposite to all of you it seems. I don't think Chrissy is getting sucked in at all. I think she's just APPEARING to be suckered in to gain Aly's trust and get some good dirt on her. Remember, Lois Lane is her hero, you don't just give up on someone you've idolised for years because of one weird cult meeting. Chrissy is smart, she saw the underhand tactics, she also knew Aly knew who she was before she even got to that meeting. I'm convinced she's just playing along to get some more info. Gain her trust, then stab her in the back. Remember, she can't involve Lois in this because of the video, but if she conducts her own investigation separately without her involvement then no-one can claim professional or emotional bias. This Lucy is just.....such a contrast, not even slightly similar to her pre-crisis version, completely different in every way, its fascinating but sad, she clearly needs help. Just shows that the changes from Crisis didn't necessarily effect everyone positively.
I have a wild theory that when Aly's cult members are "ascending" they're getting their pre-crisis memories back, or seeing flashes of them, it would explain why the writers picked Lucy specifically for this, because the audience knows how much better her life was pre-crisis.
Jordan training with Sam will backfire because he wants to keep it secret, Clark and Lois will not be pleased. Please tell me Kyle didn't cheat on Lana, they finally make me like him and then drop this bomb, so annoying. Having said that he does seem to be a better person now, not that that excuses it but at least he's changed and probably wouldn't dream of doing that to Lana ever again, but of course she will find out, it always comes out. He might be better off telling her behind closed doors before mayor mcdouche finds out.

That must be it. And the reason she's not letting Lois in is because she wants to convince Aly that she's on her side now.
Poor Lucy got the short end of the Crisis stick, didn't she. Pre-Crisis she was a Harvard educated military lawyer. However, that Lucy would never have been swayed by the likes of Aly.
However, this Lucy is none of that. She was never in the Army (at least she made no mention of it), and it's highly unlikely she got into Harvard. This Lucy was lost, looking for direction. Easy pickings for Aly.

A bit later but I caught up too. Well, way too dramatic, I think. Okay, at first that glimpse into the past and why is Lois always the bad woman? Never mind, the visions continue for Clark and the boys are also going into trouble. Jonathan with that drug and his hallucinations, and Jordan with his powers and being trained by Grandpa. Whoo, there are some discussions coming. Definitely! Lois and Lucy are really hard to each other. It seems that both are lost and Ally is not helping here. Chrissy seems to fall for her but I hope there's another motive behind. This Ally gains people's trust easily but she doesn't trust anyone, especially with the scene in the bar. And the Cushings? Kyle has still secrets, yet I thought the family was doing better by now. There is a chance, I hope so. Three weeks waiting?

I'm a bit late but caught up. Lucy Lane is back in the form of Jenna Dewan again but definitely seems to be a lot different from the one that first appeared on Supergirl. Certainly looks like Ally did a number on her, but it also does seem like there are just a lot of issues between her and Lois, over their mom abandoning them and how Lucy feels like Lois has handled it by basically acting like their mom doesn't exist anymore. I'm sure it will eventually work out, but it's going to be a tough one, I suspect. Especially after Lucy helped Ally make a massive dent in Lois' journalistic integrity. That said, for now, I'm thinking that Chrissy is actually trying to be a double agent against the cult. Even if she is truly that mad at Lois, I just don't see her completely being willing to throw in with Ally. Or at least I don't think she would. Colton and adzpower might both be onto something, with the the “other self” Ally keeps talking about is everyone’s Pre-Crisis selves and memories. Dammit, Jonathan! The kid really is just taking that drug just so he can be better at football. Frustrating as hell, but I guess it makes sense because he probably still feels like he is lesser than the rest of the family due to not having any powers (or Lois' success). At least Natalie already sees where this might be heading and will hopefully be able to help out when it all comes crashing down. Jordan almost gets busted taking out some shoplifters, so he's now asking Sam for help. This isn't a bad idea by itself, but keeping it a secret from Clark and everyone else is. Grade: B+

Why do I feel like Jordan might become the Conner Kent of the Arrowverse i.e. Superboy in the future if he takes after his dad in the hero department then? I wonder if the creators of Superman and Lois have already been thinking about what costume the youngest Kent might wear perhaps?

So poor Lucy might start to remember what she was before the Crisis, a military lawyer. I can see why she'd be bitter.
