Nope, but with the same intention. Obviously. Episode 34 "Bikini Patrol" Well, Joey opens the shop for a show with an old flame of his, Heather Landis but without telling Mick about it. He clearly doesn't like it but ends up being Heather's bodyguard upon saving her from danger several times. Slowly a rift grows between the brothers, with being jealous of each other, yet still Mick and Joey work together well. Heather has several enemies on set: one guy from the outside who just wants her but is mentally not so well, a guy within who wanted to be her bodyguard but was too slow and he's in love with her and last but not least the author of the show. She's not happy that Heather gets all the attention whereas she wrote it. Joey manages to save Heather and so all is good in the end - after a bad fiasco at the end of school. Oh, Joey also gets a minor role in the show but is dubbed again, making Mick laugh. *hihi* Tomorrow then Cursed for all eternity. German title again. Sorry!

It was. Episode 35 "The Curse of the High Tide" A man arrives on a boat and places a disc under a waiting delivery bicycle. The two girls do their job whereas Mick and Joey have more customers thanks to some gypsies who also steal wallets from their visiting guests. Mick observes this and he and Joey disturb it, and getting cursed for it. Mick doesn't believe in it but Joey does and immediately, all goes wrong for him. The delivery girls then get arrested and the Barretts bail them out. After chasing evidence, helping the gypsies, they find the guy responsible (at Pier 56) and get uncursed. It works for Joey but Mick seems to be the one now. lol Episode 36 is missing and so tomorrow I'll go straight to the following one: Island romance and no end.

Obviously. Episode 37 "A Three Hour Tour" Mick and Joey are invited by their friend Bob-O to a sailing tour, along with a friend. Unfortunately, the boat isn't the one they thought it'd be and well, then they strand on an island where some military guys are after a treasure. The four of them get caught but can free themselves. After some hunting on the island, Mick gets shot in the upper arm and his friend Patty helps him. The hunting goes on when, by accident, the guys find the treasure and the bad guys them. Mick and Joey get buried in the sand and Patty is with the bad guys. Bob-O saves the Barretts, after some convincing, and then the three hurry after the bad guys which they manage to take out in the end. Back at home, Patty wants to write a novel about their adventure and Mick is not happy but Joey distracts him with surfing. lol Tomorrow then a Funeral reception in Palm Beach.

Episode 38 "Old Friends"
Mick and Joey get invited to Palm Beach because of an old friend, Jesse. However, upon arriving, they land in an funeral reception - in normal clothes. Claire, their mutual friend, tells Mick that Jesse died because of a diving accident when the guy hates water. This makes Mick suspicious but he has the police and a partner of Jesse on his tail. Mick and Joey investigate and soon find out that Jesse is still alive but in hiding. The real problem is Dr. Wilkinson who's sending illegal pills to Cuba via Jesse and his boat and he kills everyone in his path. After a final confronting where the doctor gets arrested but Jesse flees and ends up in the water where Mick rescues him. Back at home, Mick and Joey only await their post.
Tomorrow then Phoenix from the Ashes.

New day, new episode. Episode 39 "Out of the Ashes" Mick and Joey remember their parents on the graveyard where they buried after getting killed back in 1979. Close to their shop, another sibling pair loses their shop and parents and a brother. The sister, Rowena, is faced with losing all but Mick and Joey help her. A gang is out for money and more and soon enough, the Barrett shop is also about to fire up but a ghost with martial arts can stop it. In all this, Mick and Chris's, the cop, gets more intensive. So, the Barretts chase the ghost but as Joey could have gotten him, he saw it in his eyes - the family loss, feeling reminded of how Mick told him about their parents' death. The case gets personal and as it turns out, Rowena's brother, Peter, has survived but simply wants revenge. Mick and Joey have a hard time to convince otherwise but they manage with Rowena's help. And Mick and Chris's 'dating' gets interrupted at any time. lol Mainly by the little brother. Tomorrow then Icecold Angel.

Yeah, well, we in Germany write it together as one word. Episode 40 "Sunspirit" Mick and Joey are on a case where a husband, Mr. Carmichael, cheats on his wife - with several women but one special red haired lady. Never mind, in front of their shop, Mick's car, a 66 Mustang is checked out by two women and Joey is Joey whereas Mick is suspicious a bit. Borrowing Mick's car later on, Joey meets a lovely woman who seems more interested in the car than in him and it happens. Joey gets Mick's car stolen but with Patty, he hides this fact from his brother who rents a car for the case. Patty and Joey start their searching and find a bike with two ladies, Caitlyn and Dana, who could be responsible for the car stealing. When Joey follows a guy who he's seen earlier, he gets kidnapped and so it's up to Patty to tell Mick the truth. They follow the same lead and get in the end all they wanted. The picture with Mr. Carmichael and the red haired lady, the cars back and Mick has set his priorities anew. Tomorrow then Dead live longer.

Yeah. Episode 41 "Code Name: Scorpion" Mick and Joey are kinda not happy to take care of Tina, Mick's goddaughter but more Joey, yet when he sees her again, well, it's like a turnaround. He falls in love with her but Tina is being watched over by some guys from Mexico. They try to kidnap her but fail at the first time. In Mexico, her Dad, John Chepman, an ex-colleague of Mick, gets a picture with his daughter and so he knows his enemy, Sanchez, knows about her. Tina tells the Barretts that in Mexico she was observed and given a ring which turns out to be her mother's - and it was given by her Dad. At the Barretts' house, the guys do a second attempt and win this time. Mick and Joey go to Mexico where they make sure to help John, getting his daughter back - with some cool 'James Bond' equipment. They manage to free her and Tina can return to her volleyball championship. She looks for her father but has to be careful as the Barretts remind her. And of course, John was there. Tomorrow then a Threatening letter from the Hereafter. Had to look for that word. lol
