I am sorry to see both shows go, particularly Legends. Now we'll never know what happens to the Legends now
Of the once mighty Arrowverse, only Superman & Lois and The Flash remain.

It's sad to see both shows go but then programs have to end at some point I guess.
I hope they show proper conclusions and do not leave either series unended like some shows have, meaning fans still question them years later then.
I'm sure most actors/actresses will find other work or said characters from either shows could appear on the Flash or S&L sometime of course. And as Matt Ryan's voiced Constantine in 2 animated Justice League Dark films he could continue down that route himself perhaps.

I'm not too surprised at Batwoman. But Legends? I'm shocked it didn't at least get a short, final season to wrap storylines up like Arrow considering how much of a mainstay its been on The CW now for several years in fact, seems unfair.
I especially feel sorry for Caity Lotz who has been one of the longest serving Arrowverse characters since her debut in season 2 of Arrow back in 2013, almost 10 years!

Not surprised by Batwoman at all. Shows been on life support for a while. Sounds like Gotham Knights will be their attempt at redeeming a Gotham series on CW.
But Legends. It's so shocking. It didn't get a short final season order.
Flash is the last hope Legends has to giving it closure.
Crisis really was the beginning of the end. As Flash might be ending with a short season 9 if rumours are true.
Now Superman and Lois being so disconnected from the rest of the Arrowverse apart from Diggle's cameo in S1. At this rate given how it and Flash are it. It may as well just keep it that way.
I wonder if CW being sold had come into play. Network might be overhauled. Maybe they are planning to close shop with the Arrowverse. That Superman and Lois just winds up on streaming.
Now I feel that Charmed the reboot is in true danger of being canceled next. If not even Legends was safe. No show is.

That, or a two hour finale, like NBC did with Timeless, a few years ago. They can't leave us hanging like they did.
At least Batwoman finished with none of the characters in mortal danger or such.

What horrible news to come back to from my Sydney trip. I'm glad I didn't go online at all during my trip.
Batwoman was kinda expected. I dropped the show, so no hard losses. But Legends really hurt me. So sad, after seven seasons. It deserves closure. I'd be happy if streaming saved it like Lucifer for even just a short final season.
Anybody here think now with so many Arrowverse shows ended. Superman and Lois will just end up staying in their own bubble. Now, there's no point bothering to keep up continuity with all the other DC shows. There's only Flash left, and that show is likely ending next year too. May as well just set S&L on its own earth, since crossovers with other shows have officially ended. Crisis really was the beginning of the end.
I wonder if Gotham Knights will start a new world building since its set in Gotham. Maybe that's what also part a part in Batwoman being cancelled too. They can re-create the Gotham world building. Maybe some from Batwoman can shift over rebooted. If it doesn't get picked up. I smell CW and the new owners who bought CW are cleaning house with DC and the Arrowverse. Of course, HBO Max can pick up shows, they already have Titans and Doom Patrol.

Perhaps a special two hour finale, a, la Timeless.
Of course, crossovers were planned, but COVID put an end to that. I agree that S&L should be kept separate now, since most of the other shows are gone now.
Interesting that Batwoman and Legends are the first Arrowverse shows to be cancelled by the network. Arrow, Black Lighting, and Supergirl all ended of their own accords.

That would be perfect, if no streaming services saves the show for one more season.[/quote]I have to agree as well. Especially since most of the other shows are gone. The only exception I'll make is using Kara/Supergirl, if and when Melissa agrees to appear. Same goes with Lex and James. Since they are tied to Superman mythology. But like what happened with Lucy. I won't be surprised if they do appear they are slightly different than on SG. Yeah, the first time they cancelled any. More a shock these two went, when there's plenty of other shows on CW rating worse. Makes me think the chances of Dynasty and Charmed getting another season are even more slim.

Misha Collins will play Harvey Dent Two-Face in Gotham Knights I've read. Supernatural fans if the shows picked up will tune in for him like Jared on Walker no doubt.
I wonder if Misha will play Two-Face the same how he played possessed Lucifer in season 11 perhaps?
I'm also with others here about S&L being in it's own universe using what Jackie said as well with having established Supergirl characters crossover unless the show has their own versions of those characters of course.

I've been thinking the same thing. I keep thinking of how he played possessed Lucifer in season 11. It will give us an idea of how Misha could play Two-Face. Yeah, I'm sure Misha/SPN fans will tune in. A good way to hook in fans, if its picked up of course.

The CW is usually more tolerant of low rated shows than the other networks are. The ratings for both shows must have been terrible.
Batwoman, I can see. At times that show was downright depressing.
But Legends? They were always a run romp, and I can't see why people wouldn't enjoy it.

Sounds like the new heads of CW, or whomever bought it has changed how they operate. I wonder how many more shows will be cancelled in a few weeks.
