That's just stupid.
The Arrowverse is over. What does it matter if S&L is connected to it or not. S&L has done quite fine on its own anyway.
Yeah so stupid. But the social media crowd just likes to bitch. S&L is doing fine. Besides Melissa has a new gig as a lead in a show. She ain't coming back anytime soon as SG. She's moved on.

The Arrowverse is dead, people. Dead, dead, dead. Only The Flash is left, and that is probably calling it a day after next season (because Grant is tiring of the role and wants out).
You Social Media crybabies need to deal with this.

Exactly. I don't get what's the purpose in complaining. Yes, I get how we all felt wondering. Now, we have an answer. I've moved on and accepted it. S&L is a great show. Why take it out on the show. It's not their fault all the shows from the Arrowverse ended or got cancelled. Grant's tired of the role and wants out, and Melissa quit SG and didn't want to do S7. She's moved onto a new series regular role now (news came out the other day). I've accepted it. This way, S&L has a chance to stand on its own with no restrictions due to Arrowverse canon.

Yeah, there is no point in connecting S&L to the Arrowverse anymore. What is there left to connect S&L to!?

There's no point connecting it. Crossovers are over, they ain't ever going to be able to do it. All the actors have moved onto other shows. No way, they'll ever be able to do that again. If Melissa ever wants to reprise her role as Supergirl. She can do what Jenna did with Lucy, play a different version of the character. Same with Jon Cryer reprising his role as a different version of Lex. They could recast both Lex and Kara later down the line, though.

With the ending of The Flash, the Arrowverse is now officially dead.

That's too bad. Blame the Cheap Wankers. I have a hunch that we'd see Superman and Lois lasting many more seasons, and possibly Legends of Tomorrow would've last another season or two.

No doubt we would have.
Or at least Legends would have had a chance to properly wrap things up.

CW were prone to renewing virtually everything. I imagine had they not sold out we'd still have most of the shows on-air right now. Supermand and Lois especially would still go for at least another few seasons.
They did tend to decline in quality as they went on though, so maybe its a blessing in disguise that S&L gets to end whilst its still on a high.

Yup.
That is why, when the Cheap Wankers took over, all the show runners were informed that the days of getting a free pass were over. They were advised NOT to end the 2021-22 season on a cliffhanger, as renewal was no longer a sure thing. Sadly, the show runner of Legends ignored that advice and it ended on a cliffhanger that will most likely never be resolved.

Yeah I wish they did. It's sad because I loved that show for 7 seasons, and it ended like that. It also sucks they didn't have a one-off wrap-up on Flash to at least bring closure, instead of bringing back Oliver Queen for an episode.

The Legends sow runners should have heeded the warning.
