Looks interesting. Can't wait.
Also wonder if we'll get another cliffhanger for S3.

So it's confirmed its own earth (writers confirmed this in an interview). When Sam Lane said I’ve been working for the DOD for a long time and seem glimpses of other worlds, and the leagues of superheroes they have on them. And even though we only have your father on this planet, thank God that we do, because he’s the finest of any Earth.
So probably The Flash is gonna have last season next year, and there is no much Arrowverse left. Maybe this is an Earth where Oliver Queen was the Green Arrow and died, but there is no Flash or other heroes. Before they may been more like Oliver but he died so right now Clark is the only hero.
They rebooted Lucy with the same actress, so Melissa could technically appear as a rebooted Kara. Personally, I'm fine with this change. Arrowverse is pretty much dead.
I liked Sarah apologizing to Jordan.
Tal giving the boys the truck was nice. Tal was a highlight of the season.
So we got a Bruno Mannheim tease. Intergang could work. But I was kinda hoping we'd get someone like Braniac.

Now everyone online over social media can stop complaining asking where Kara and the other Arrowverse heroes are. It's on another earth. It fits since Clark, Lois, Lucy and Sam are all different than the ones we saw on Supergirl and the other Arrowverse shows pre-crisis. What's the point in connecting it to the rest of the Arrowverse when its pretty much dead. Flash will likely be over next season. If Melissa wants to come back, they can do a rebooted Kara. But I don't think she will. Makes me wonder what they'll do with Lex when and if he appears.
But I'm confused as to what earth this is on if Superman is the only hero on this world but Diggle and ARGUS are around. But Oliver was mentioned.
I wonder if COVID really changed their plans. Since they feared they'd never be able to do the big crossovers for a number of years. That and the Arrowverse is pretty much dead played a part in it.
So Tal's on Bizarro Earth. He might come back.
Clark saying his mum wants to meet Jon and talking about the Technology was nice.
Loved that Clark and Lois dance!!!
Loved the setup for Season 3 with Intergang and that new fortress on the water.
So Lois told Chrissy that Clark is Superman. Guess we're just telling everyone now. I was kinda hoping we'd have one character never knowing. The entire cast doesn't all need to find out. Lana made sense.

Yeah it makes sense. Besides SG's over and Melissa might not want to reprise her role same with the other DC shows on CW. So even just mentioning her, comes with they'd have to explain Kara revealing herself to the world. Maybe it was too difficult. So they just decided she doesn't exist at least not yet. I'm fine with this. At least now we know. So we don't have to keep asking those questions.

Well, they've just confirmed that S&L is no longer part of the Arrowverse (even though John Diggle showed up again and ARGUS was mentioned). Sam Lane says that Clark is the only super hero on Earth. Ah well, the Arrowverse is all but dead anyway, so it really doesn't matter anymore.
I liked how they gave the last part of the episode to the characters. The crisis was defused with half-an-hour left to go.
Lois has let Chrissy in on the secret about Clark. Nice that Lois trusts her enough to share the secret.
Loved Tal's gift to the boys. Seems he has reformed from the man he was a year ago. Clark has his brother back. And Tal has taken up residence on Bizarro World, it seems. I get the feeling we'll be seeing more of him.
The Cushing family is in better shape, although Lana is not ready to forgive Kyle.
Jordan and Sarah had a nice scene. Since she knows the secret, things will be better now.
Both Ally's, now powerless, are in custody. Lois actually goes to visit them.
And Lucy has reconnected with her family. She is moving to Metropolis, but I'm sure we'll be seeing more of her next year.
And, NO CLIFFHANGER! At least nothing will be keeping us hanging until 2023. We end with Clark, Lois, and the boys watching the new Fortress being built.

I like ending on a happier note. Lucy's going to Metropolis. At least the door is open for her to come back next year. If they ever revisit their mother who turns out to be alive, I'm sure she'd come back for that. Who knows, she might pop again.

Good finale. Superman gets his powers back, saved the world and the family is happy back to normal (including Lucy). It's how I like m finales, not ending on a dire cliffhanger with someone in peril. But still setting up next season.
So it's revealed Superman & Lois takes place outside of Earth-Prime, and that Superman was the only superhero on this earth (until John Henry's arrival). I'm just relieved people won't have to keep asking about Kara every episode now (Melissa wrapped SG she might never want to revisit the role). But, I suppose James and Cat Grant are still in this universe just not the SG versions like Lucy changed since they still have to have worked at the Daily Planet. But I very much doubt, Calista Flockhart will ever come on and play Cat, they'd likely bring in the younger version one.
Defeating Ally felt a little too quick I might add. But it had great special effects.
Lana and Kyle's resolution was handled well I feel.
So Tal's going to the Bizarro World. I'm sure he'll come back eventually.
I enjoyed Tal's redemption from the flowers to the monster truck gifts.
So S3 is setting up Intergang and that new fortress. Nice!

Amen to that, since we're not getting this show back until next year.
Yeah, that should lay that question to rest.

So S3 is setting up Intergang and that new fortress. Nice! Well if they ever want to use Kara (assuming Melissa wants to reprise the role). Just have Clark discover Argo City's existence. So Kara's been living there all these years with her parents. That's a way IF Melissa wants to come on. They can use that as a version of Kara. Otherwise, best to stick with what we have. I'm fine with it. Since it isn't like Melissa is keen to reprise the role anytime soon.

I'm so glad. I don't think I could handle another cliffhanger. I'm getting bored of them in shows these days. I miss a good old fashioned happy note. Besides like the old days you promote your new season to hype up the new seasons. Doesn't have to be in a cliffhanger ending to hype up the next one. It sure should. I'm glad, as they had to address that eventually.

But for now, she doesn't exist or at least Clark hasn't ran into her yet. That puts those questions of where she is to rest. If Melissa wants to reprise her role, they'll deal with it then.
