So it's a different earth. Unfortunately makes sense. With the Arrowverse not really being the Arrowverse anymore. Crisis really was the death of the Arrowverse, all that hype to merge earths, lead to nothing. Oh, well. Looks like we're gunna end up seeing this Earths version of Lex Luthor eventually. Are Jordan and Sarah back together. Seems like they might. We'll have to see.
The scenes with Nat and John Henry were great.
Lucy's back in the good graces of her family. Off to Metropolis. I'm sure she can pop in S3 at some point.
Tal is making his new home the Bizarro world.
Some good family stuff. Love all the hugs, and I was thrilled the Ally stuff wrapped up early in the episode. I liked having 15 minutes devoted to the aftermath at the end.
“Jordan’s sea sick!” “No I’m not“
Loved the ending to S2. No cliffhanger. And we ended with the family together with the creation of the new Fortress.

At least the question about whether S&L was on Earth-Prime has been answered as even I was questioning if Kara and co or other heroes would show up and help out with the Ally situation.
It's a shame Covid put an end to the Arrowverse but then things don't last forever and have to move on at some point of course.

Well, according to my website the link was online at 3:30 am. I'm sleeping then. Never mind that. I'd just call this finale the hugging episode. Everyone was in a hugging mood but when the end comes closer. Nice that Natalie and the boys feel like brothers and sister. Cool to see Tal back and his humor - and his gifts for his nephews. Poor Clark then! Clark has strange ideas but at least everyone follows them with some explanation. Glad that Ally is defeated and arrested at the DOD. The fight between her and Superman was cool. Jordan and Sarah talked and decided to start anew. Lana and Kyle are working but it takes time still. Chrissy's reaction to Clark's secret was cool. And she still stared at him at the dance. And Tal is now the boss of the Bizarro World. Even better. Lucy is also in good terms with everyone and so the Kents will build a new fortress on the water. This time for the whole family. No cliffhanger and this is good, though this Intergang and Mannheimer. We shall see. It's going to be a loooooooooooong wait!

They made the right call here. The Arrowverse is all but dead, there is no point in being connected to it now.

They made the right call. It made total sense. The Arrowverse is dead. There's no more crossovers. Sad that Crisis was a huge event bringing the worlds together, and it went nowhere. Then COVID put a stop to planned crossovers, and also the reason the Arrow spin-off didn't happen. What can you do.
It's nice this season ended on a happy note. Not every season finale has to end on a cliffhanger.

I really liked this finale. I liked that the main arc ended half-way in. While we got treated to a lengthy ending with the characters celebrating.
I'm fine with it being on another Earth. Quite a few online are qutting the show because its not part of the Arrowverse. But like, thats a bit extreme. What difference would it make, when there's no more crossovers. The Arrowverse will end next year when the Flash ends after nine seasons. Besides, Superman and Lois has so much more creative freedom, since Supergirl used a lot of Supermans villains already. So at least the slate is clean. We might see this earth's Lex Luthor show up. I hope they don't recast him, then again we got Jenna back as Lucy. So its not all lost, that Jon can reprise this new rebooted version of Lex someday.
So Chrissy knows Clark is Superman. I suppose that will be easier to explain why a small town reporter like Clark suddenly disappears so often to be Superman.
Lucy's back in the good graces of her family. Off to Metroplis. I'm sure she could reappear in S3, even if it's just an episode to check in on her character.
I loved the ending with the New Fortress. I was expecting yet another cliffhanger, and me screaming. At least now, they set-up their plotline with Intergang as a tease. But we got a nice happy ending.

The clips I saw on YouTube suggest the episode was good.
Jordan really seems to have come on in his powers when a few episodes ago he couldn't fly well and even when he started doing that it wasn't into space it was only a few feet and then into the outer atmosphere where his anxiety kicked in. He couldn't also land himself either. Clark had to step in so for Jordan to overcome those quickly was a foot in itself obviously.
I know he's being tagged as Jon-El from the comics who developed his abilities quickly with Batman stating he might even be stronger than Superman and I could tell that when the red sun didn't affect Jordan right away because he's half-human naturally.
A lot of people wondered why Diggle showed up if he's not going to become Green Lantern having thrown the cube away in the Flash episode which they thought was a waste why the producers would do that type of storyline if they're not gonna follow through that I understood what they were saying of course.
Most comments which did appear were when is Jonathan getting powers because it's about time he deserved them himself? Certain people answered why should he get them and if so why quickly and not further down the line when you already have superpowered Jordan which I agreed with and asserted back stating, "I wouldn't mind if Jonathan never developed any because it would make a nice contrast between the boys being yin and yang." "Jonathan with the brains if he gets to learn and understand things like Kryptonian technology for e.g. and get a suit of his own perhaps and Jordan the Braun both complementing one other well overall."
The actor who plays Jonathan responded to a fan's comment about that himself at a convention and thought if his character gets powers that should be later on because it was Jordan's storyline at the moment.
Someone replied to what I'd mentioned proclaiming it was also interesting having him be the one developing powers and not Jonathan which you wouldn't think would normally happen to someone who's a social butterfly with anxiety disorder but in getting powers Jordan's actually become more confident and come out of his shell signifying good character growth from the writers themselves.

That's just stupid.
The Arrowverse is over. What does it matter if S&L is connected to it or not. S&L has done quite fine on its own anyway.

LOVE this show for not doing a cliffhanger. About time, CW!
Sam Lane saying Superman is this world’s only hero threw me off a bit. But it being on its own earth is a blessing, since the Arrowverse is dead. No point keeping it attacked.
I really liked the visuals.
Including the whole family in the new fortress. Was fantastic!
We might see Lucy again in S3, for a catch up. I doubt that's the end of her.
There's more to Emo Lois and that she’ll be back. She did kinda just stand around doing nothing. But she was observing them all closely.
Grade: A+

Glad that there is no cliff hanger.
So we won't be waiting for ages to see the resolution.
