What's great about Julia's character is that she could easily fall on either side of friend or foe. She's written and played well, with just enough held back.

I loved the Trey reveal. Some great foreshadowing right there!
Glad Cordel was honest with Cass.
Glad to see everyone once again on the same page.

Now that we know the truth, I stopped hating James.
Was that Walker's old Marine buddy who got off the bus at the end. The one he though had been KIA in Afghanistan?

I thought the same thing. I really do think it is him whose back. Time will tell.

If it is him, why did he fake his death? How is this connected to what's currently going on?

Caught now up as well. So much going on and everywhere is teamwork needed, or maybe? It seems that Liam, Stella, Bonham and Abeline are now into the horses and humans business. And they received their first donation, though they don't know what part August played. Well, it seems he also makes some future plans. On the Trey front, well, the teamwork complicates things and in the end it seems best to let him work alone. There was a price to pay and I'm glad that the truth is out open, and my dear Cordell, what on earth were you thinking? Sleeping with Julia? It's going to be interesting. If that was Cooper, he's got some explaining to do! Hopefully next week.

Of course, this is not the first time I've seen this plot, an old buddy of our hero, thought killed in a war, reappears years later. Back in the 80's a few shows did this, of course, the war back then was the Vietnam War. In modern shows, Afghanistan and/or Iraq has replaced Vietnam in the role as the war our hero fought in, before returning to civilian life.
And, in most of those stories, the old buddy has gone rogue and become an arms, or drug dealer, or a mercenary, or something like that.
I wonder if this is the case here.

Kevin did a nice thing for Auggie. Although the more I think I'm getting suspicious of him. Like he's too good to be true.
I too wonder if Cordells old war Buddy is back. I think it is him.

We'll no doubt find out more next week. We sure will. I wonder how long it'll take until they come face to face. We shall see.
I'm enjoying the new business Liam and Stella are doing.
