Great profile Kyle!
Guess my turn. I'm tossing up between Meg and Yellow Eyes. I might do Yellow Eyed Demon since he's dead so it can be a more complete profile other than flashbacks we might add.

Later finishing the case, Dean and Sam encounter the woman again at a drive through. As they drove off, the woman warns them of an impending storm, much to their confusion. In "Darkness Falls" Azazel encounters John and Jim working a case to save Lily, a special child that he is after to manipulate. She confronts Lily and reveals herself to be the Yellow-Eyed Demon. Lily's horrified, and tries to escape the demon. The effort proves useless as the Yellow-Eyed Demon tells Lily that she does not have to be afraid, because they share "the same blood". Lily disagrees, claiming she is not a demon. The Yellow-Eyed Demon questions her statement, pointing out that she had killed her roommate using her powers. The Yellow-Eyed Demon tries to manipulate a distraught Lily into acknowledging her abilities, but before the demon can say more, Edgar arrives and shoots at the demon using the bow gun. John and Jim appear from the glass windows above, smashing it, and bursts in with two handguns. Johns shots clearly injure the demon. In retaliation, Yellow-Eyed Demon uses telekinesis to pin John and Jim to the ceiling, and comments that John "wasn't very nice" for filling his vessel's body with bullets. Yellow-Eyes proceeds to approach Lily, still intent on taking her away, but Edgar tries to intervene, only to be thrown aside similar to John and Jim.
When Edgar demands the demon to leave his daughter alone, Yellow-Eyed Demon approaches him and begins to suffocate him. Lily, touched by her father's concerns, attacks the demon using her right hand, but this has no effect. John, meanwhile, regains movement in his hands. The Yellow-Eyed Demon praises Lily for her anger, only for the distraction to give John a chance to attack the demon and attempts to cut off the demon's arm, the one being used to harm Edgar. Lily takes hold of the demon, preparing to harm it again. Left with no other option, Yellow-Eyed Demon smokes out of its vessel.
In "Salvation" Months later they trace the omens caused by the demon's presence to Salvation, Iowa. Like he has done with Sam and countless others, Azazel plans to visit a six-month old and feed it his blood so the child will later develop demonic abilities. Although Sam interrupts the demon's plans and saves the family, Azazel teleports away to avoid being shot. Meanwhile, the demonic Professor, Meg Masters and her "brother" Tom kidnap John, and then set their sights on Sam and Dean.
In "Devil's Trap Part 1 and 2" Shortly after that an angry Azazel, possessing John, chastises them for exorcising Meg and killing Tom, as he deems them his children, and begins to torture the brothers. John temporarily retakes control, giving Sam the opportunity to grab the Colt. Unable to kill his father, Sam shoots John in the leg, allowing John to regain full control and he briefly is able to hold Azazel inside of him and begs Sam to shoot him in the heart and kill them both. Sam hesitates and the demon flees from his host.
