I'm sad its coming to an end but also not surprised. At least 4 seasons is a nice, quick amount of episodes to rewatch in the future when I need a comfy show to enjoy and relax to. James Gunn's new DC reboot includes new shows I believe, so maybe once they begin we could give those a try and discuss? If not well I'm sure we'll find something. It is. If the CW didn't go through new management and James Gunn's new DC reboot wasn't set-up, I'm sure S&L would've easily gotten 6-7 seasons. I'm just glad we'll get an ending.
That's the most frustrating part I think. If this were 5 years ago, CW would just keep renewing it year after year because that's what they always did. The only reason Arrow ended was because Stephen Amell didn't want to continue, they would have happily renewed it for more years. But with how expensive S&L costs to make - I wonder if the dwindling budget year after year would have really impacted the quality of the show.
So maybe its a good thing its coming to an end after 4 seasons, before the budget is completely nuked to the point the show is unrecognizable.

The Cheap Wankers have made it clear that they want to spend as little money as possible. A show like S&L, which requires lots of special F/X, was doomed the moment the new management came in.

Yeah, that sucks. It would've impacted the show eventually. Too bad S&L didn't start sooner. Tyler was playing Superman on Supergirl for a good number of years before the show started. If S&L already got off the ground sooner than 2021. It might've already had more seasons by this point. Sucks the timing for when S&L started right when the Arrowverse was coming to an end.

As much as it pains me, maybe it was for the best. It seemed to all go downhill once Stephen quit Arrow, as it for sure would've lasted longer.

Tyler started playing Superman/Clark on Supegirl in 2016, and S&L didn't start for another 4 and a half years. Had they got the show off the ground much sooner, we'd have had at least 7 seasons of S&L at this point. Oh well! It does suck the timing. But what can you do. CW is cheap.

Writing was on the wall once the CW became Cheap Wankers.

Shouldn't be long. As I said, we're talking only ten episodes.

I kinda hope they just wait until its all filmed and ready to go, might mean we have to wait until late Summer-early Autumn but it would be worth it to see it all air in one go.

I have to agree no breaks. Production on S4 starts in January and ends in April. Maybe they can start it in April and run it through for 10 weeks.

It does. Every network has announced return dates in February and March but The CW has been silent.

Still no news of a start date. Every Network is on the ball but typical CW, always useless. LOL
