To Tim: I knew I could surprise you with my "arrangements". 9. A Leo In Time— Dedicated to Amanda WHISPERS, VOICESStill in the Manor, Leo was getting frustrated, because the Book of Shadows didn't provide the usual information he needed. Hence, not even the spell Chris used was in it and maybe wouldn't for a few years. Damn it! Walking around, Leo stopped in the attic as the triquetra was seen on the wall all of a sudden. "Huh," he wondered confused. "Now where did it come from? And who had drawn it, for God's sake?" 'Dad' came a whisper out of nowhere and Leo looked around confused. Who was calling him? But it could only be one of his boys, yet where from? Wyatt was with Coop, Henry and Victor, and Chris still in the hands of the Triad. 'Dad!' There was it again and the father was going crazy, so he thought. He shook his head. "Okay, who's calling me?" he asked in the silent room but of course, there was no answer. Leo sighed. "Coop!" he called out. "What is it, Leo? How can I help you?" the cupido asked as he appeared in front of the man again. "I'm hearing voices and it must be one of my boys, because the voice says clearly 'Dad'," Leo explained and watched the Cupido carefully. "Seems so," Coop confirmed, holding his chin. "Does one of your boys have a special ability which includes time travel? I mean, Chris did go back in time." "You mean he could have this ability?" Leo was shocked, though it might explain some things. "Mmh, could be. What do you think I should do now?" "Listen to the voices and let them guide you," Coop said and started to beam away. "Henry's calling. Obviously, your son needs more.......more fun." He hearted out. "Great," Leo scowled smiling. "My son needs fun and I need some serious help—with my problem. Guys!" A letter fell from Heaven, right into Leo's hands. In it just stood, "Trust Coop and your instincts. Let the voices guide you." Nothing else. Leo sighed. Typical Elders! 'Dad!' The now familiar voice called out again. Why had he ignored it? Alright, trust your instincts, it said. Leo closed his eyes and called into his mind. 'Chris, that you?' It took some time before the answer came. 'Yeah. What took you so long? I mean, to accept it.' 'Sorry,' he apologized slightly grinning. 'Must be a habit I took from your Mom. Anyway, what do you want me to do?' 'Just follow the open triquetra and I'll explain everything when you're there. Go Dad!' Leo opened his eyes and did as told. He followed the given order and wondered in which time he'd land in. And, more important, what his sons would do for living? MEANWHILE—THE TRIAD"Do you guys feel that?" Baliel asked stunned and the other two nodded. He looked at the child in the cage. "It has his signature but how can this be?" "Must be his special ability," Asmodeus concluded thinking. "Maybe he's calling Daddy for something important to him. Like reversing the deaths of the Charmed Ones." "Oh." Candor looked around nervously. "Does that mean we'd be back to square one? Great, and what about the Jenkins sisters?" "If they fail again, Dumain will kill them for us. And we then take care of the Charmed Ones ourselves since we have leverage." The Triad looked at each other and then nodded. Time would be on their side—like always. Though Cole had killed them once but they, like the Elders, had always the bigger picture in view. And also they plan in long terms. Just like now. ATTIC, FUTUREAs Leo stepped out, he was confronted with the normal attic......and scribbling noises. Looking around, he only saw a blond head, so he asked carefully, "Wyatt, that you? Where am I, or more when? Son?" The blond head popped up. "Hey Dad, you're already here. And yes, that's me. Chris will be back soon and where we are, no idea. Chris is the brain." Leo smiled knowingly. "That wouldn't change still," he whispered under his breath. "Anyway, what's going on here?" "Oh Dad, you're here," came Chris' voice out of nowhere. "Finally, you listened to me." He appeared finally and......looked different. He noticed this and asked confused, "What is it, Dad?" Leo came to his senses. "Uh, it's nothing. Anyway, where are we? It looks like home but also not. So where?" "In a in-between since the timelines are changing so fast. In it I still have an overview and before you ask further, it is one of my abilities and it'd take too long to explain this now." Wyatt added grinning, "He's right, Dad. It all happens so fast here and with Chris being the only one in control here, yeah, that's how we are." "So why did you call me?" Leo asked confused and pointed to the attic. "The Charmed Ones are dead and so are Billie and her sister. What happened there?" "The Ultimate Battle happened," Chris explained, pacing around. "Mom, the aunts and the Jenkins sisters called onto the Hollow, and that's why there was a massive crater. They heard voices and called it." "Oh, that explains a lot, I think," Leo said and scratched his head. "Why am I here again?" "You would have landed in a different time, long before the Charmed Ones would even exist. I prevented it by calling you here." "I see......I think." Leo scratched his head and accepted the explanation. "But the Triad had also started their plan long before the sisters were charmed. So why not?" "Not really," Wyatt said sighing. "This is an unique situation, Dad. Believe us since we do know our family history. Yeah, it was hard to live with that." Leo grinned good naturally. "I can imagine. Still, how and when do we get Chris back? I mean we all fear for him and Wyatt, well, he misses his baby brother." "We can't tell you," Chris said and looked at his Dad. "You know future........" "Stop," Leo cut in smiling. "Yes, I know. You must have called me for a reason, so please tell me, what do you want me to do?" "It may sound easy but you need to stop the Jenkins and Mom and the aunts from calling the Hollow. If need be, with Dumain, the Jenkins' mentor. Though they need to fight this battle but you need to get me back first," Chris explained while working on a way home for his Dad. "We do understand your situation, Dad but it's the only solution we've found," Wyatt added smiling. "Everything will be fine in the end if you do it right this time. Follow Chris' plan and it'll work." "Right," Leo agreed nodding. "But if I remember, Piper came to me before they went. I can stop them this way." Chris nodded. "Do whatever you need to. Just stick to the plan, okay? Anyway, I'm going to send you back home now. Remember what we told you, also regarding the Ultimate Battle." "Got it." Leo took a deep breath and looked at his boys smiling. "All right, I'm ready whenever you are. Send me back in time." Before his sons could speak, Leo quickly hugged them. "Ready." His sons only nodded before Chris opened the portal with a wave of his hand. "Good luck, Dad. You're going to need it," the youngest one said and Wyatt agreed nodding. Leo thumbed up and walked through the portal, leaving an unsure future behind and also these versions of his boys. BACK IN THE PASTAs the man came home, he heard the voices of his wife and her sisters. Wonderful voices in his ears and they were just talking about this letter—and him. "He sees more behind this?" came Phoebe's voice stunned. "I think he could be right. The Triad is known for that, to have long-term plans for whatever reason. So what stands in the letter?" "That you should listen to me," Leo said and let them know he was here. "We should consider all new." "Wait," Piper cut in confused. "I thought you were with Wyatt at Magic School, or are you? Where do you come from, by the way?" "I still am, or at least my past self is," Leo explained quickly. "And I come from the future where our sons explained everything to me. Of what happened, or will happen to you." "Okay," Paige drolled out, equally confused as her sisters. "And what do you suggest we do now?" "Just follow me to Magic School for once and I'll explain everything to you. The best way I can." "Fine," Piper said determined and silenced her sisters as well. She held the letter up. "And what about this? What shall we answer them?" "Later. Let's just go and then talk, okay!" Leo replied through clenched teeth. The three Charmed Ones looked at each other baffled before following Leo's request. They went after the man who had opened a door to Magic School fast. The sisters were eager to know what Leo was hiding. THE TRIAD'S LAIR"There it was again," Candor exclaimed excitedly. "I bet Chris from the future did that. Wow, that's amazing." Asmodeus rolled his eyes. "Yeah, great. But the ultimate battle has been stopped now. The Charmed Ones will change their tactics now for sure." He looked at the boy in the cage. "We need Dumain again. To train the Jenkins anew." "True." Baliel began to pace around. "Dumain, we need you!" he yelled out loud, startling the others. "It's important." The wanted demon shimmered in bowing. "Yes, Masters. How can I be of help?" Candor cleared his throat. "The past has been changed, by Leo and so the Ultimate Battle hasn't happened yet. We want you to train the Jenkins again since we fear that the Charmed Ones might come straight after us." "They want the boy back," Dumain concluded nodding. "Will you be killed?" "Probably," Asmodeus said determined. "So can you achieve our goal if we might be gone? You've served us for such a long time already, so we trust you with this." "I'm honored, Mylords. And yes, I can do this for you? What about the boy then?" "You didn't listen very well," Baliel shouted angrily. "The boy stays with us! You'll take care of the Jenkins, the ultimate Power." "I understand." Dumain bowed and shimmered away, catching up with the Jenkins. "Alright then," Baliel continued and clapped his hands. "Let's prepare ourselves for the attack of the Charmed Ones, shall we?" The Triad nodded satisfied and began to work. It was time to end the farce and the evil side should win. For good. MAGIC SCHOOLLeo felt the merge coming closer and so he began to run, startling the sisters who immediately followed him. Opening his office door, he saw himself and his son Wyatt. Instantly he was pulled into his past self and the memories caught up with him. Those were not easy. Piper was the first one to reach the office. She heard his confused groan. "Leo, you okay?" Her sisters came up behind her. "Leo?" "Just one minute, Piper. These new memories are a kind of hard tobac," he offered and sat down on his chair again. "Whoa, this is crazy." "Leo, what happened?" Phoebe wanted to know curiously and smiled at her nephew in the room. "What's going on?" "You wouldn't believe me if I told you," Leo said and shook his head. "So it's better you sit down and I tell you everything." The three sisters shared a look before doing as told. Piper took Wyatt in her lap and waited for her husband to compose himself. Phoebe and Paige would rather be with their boyfriends at the moment but human's curiosity got the best of them. Naturally. "Alright, I think I'm settled with this." Leo took a deep breath and began, "What I gathered from this new memories, you three went to this meeting and were somehow convinced by voices to call onto the Hollow. There was a great explosion and the five of you were dead." "Five?" Paige requested shocked. "What do you mean?" "You three and the Jenkins sisters. You were tricked as the boys explained it to me." "The boys? As in our boys?" Piper wanted to know stunned and pointed to her son in her lap. "What happened after our......deaths?" "Well, I was shocked at first, logically but when I came to the Manor, I started to cry. Coop helped me with taking care of Wyatt, Henry and Victor, yet there was a voice calling me which Coop convinced me to be Chris since he had already come back in time before." "Wait," Phoebe cut in astonished. "Coop helped you and it was really Chris who called you, right?" Leo nodded proudly. "Yeah, though it's better to say he guided me to him. Chris and Wyatt were in between timelines, as they told me, and in the end, both boys convinced me to tell you that we, at first, should free Chris before you fight this 'ultimate' battle." "And what if we meet the Triad? I mean I bet my boy is now in their hands," Piper concluded afraid and wringed her hands. "What shall we do now?" "There are some potions for them, in the Book," Phoebe said and hugged her older sister. "We can take care of them, I'm sure." She looked at Paige who nodded and then offered to Piper, "How about Paige and I work on those while you stay here with Leo and Wyatt?" "Okay," Piper only whispered and sought comfort in Leo's arms. Their son just orbed to his game again. The two younger sisters orbed away as well. They'd prepare all for killing the Triad for good and also for going after the 'ultimate' power. As if—but they'd need and find a way to contain the Hollow for good as well. Piper looked at Leo. "Do you really think the Triad is behind all this? With tricking us and the Jenkins by using the Hollow. Wow, they're very clever." "All to get rid of all witches and evil would fully reign," Leo confirmed nodding and took Wyatt in his lap, again. "I'd say that we also need the power of the whole family since we rescue one of our own." The mother of two nodded. "We should let Paige and Phoebe know and go home. I need to see what and how my sisters are working. You can never know." Leo smiled then. "They're grown up adults and have been witches for a long time. They know what they're doing." "Right. Let's go home now." Piper looked at their son Wyatt. "How about you orb us home, honey? And then we'll rescue your baby brother. Ready?" Wyatt grinned at his parents and did as told. An orb cloud left the school and reformed into the..... MANORPhoebe and Paige were busily working on the potions as their relatives orbed in. The middle sister was the first to speak, "Hey you. What's up? We thought you'd stay at Magic School." Piper shook her head. "Nah, you know how I love to make potions. Besides, Leo suggested that we should call onto the entire family to vanquish the Triad and free Chris for good." "Oh. I take it you want me to write a suitable spell?" The eldest sister nodded and Phoebe walked away to sit down and write on the wanted spell. "Paige and I continue to work on the potions. To make the most potent ones we have." "Already on it, sis," Paige informed her, rolling her eyes. "Anyway, Leo, how do we find Chris then? I mean the Triad must have shielded their lair from witches." "Good argument," Leo agreed sighing. There was silence for some time—until Wyatt spoke. "Kwis. Bond," he announced proudly and grinned widely at his family. Phoebe stopped her writing and looked up confused. "Wait. Are you saying that Wyatt could find his brother anywhere?" "No, no way," Piper quickly cut in. "I'm not taking my son down with us! He doesn't have to see this!" "We might have no other choice, Piper!" Leo said determined. "The spell 'To call a lost witch' doesn't work if he's shielded. And if we call onto the entire family, you can't exclude Wyatt. He's part of the family as well." "He's right," Paige whispered and Phoebe nodded as well. "Wyatt's the Twice-Blessed child and has powers beyond limits. We need him." Piper looked at her sisters, husband and son. She could see their serious faces, even on Wyatt's little face. Briefly she looked down and sighed. "Okay," she whispered and went back to her potions. All continued their work. Piper and Paige worked on the potions, Phoebe on the spell or spells and Leo busied Wyatt meanwhile. The attic went silent again, and only the bubbling and scribbling was heard. TBC....
Hope that satisfies any curiosity from your side and a little time travel was also included. lol COMMENTS ANYONE? Next time: The fight over Chris.....again

Nice little temporal twist here.
Once again the addition of the Chris storyline vastly improves what was a mediocre episode of the series.

To Tim: Thanks, and you slowly turn me into a tomato with your lovely comments. 10. The Battle For Chris—Renewed THE TRIAD'S LAIR"So how do we approach the Charmed Ones?" Baliel asked in the round and startled with this innocent question his two colleagues. "Each of us takes one of them?" He smiled a bit. "Which could be interesting though." Asmodeus rolled his eyes. "You have ideas, man. This would be useless and we have a rule that we don't fight against women! We have other ways." "Yeah, and that worked well with Cole last time," Candor put in knowingly. "We shouldn't forget this. And besides, we hold all trumps, especially with Piper's youngest son in our hands." "Indeed. They wouldn't want to hurt him," Asmodeus agreed nodding but stopped a moment later. "Still. What if they bring Wyatt with? This could be our end." "Oh, it will be," said a familiar voice, coming out of nowhere and the Triad spun around nervously. "Ah, it seems you recognize my voice and you could be right. Maybe." "But how is that possible? You are dead and are banned to a cosmic void as far as I remember," Baliel said and looked into the dark. He stood in front of Chris' cage. "Why are you here, Mr Turner?" "Just out of interest," Cole continued and appeared right next to Baliel. He grinned like a chesire cat. "You know since I've heard you were back, I wanted to see how and what you were doing to get rid of the Charmed Ones. Nice one, by the way." Asmodeus stepped forward, a bit irritated. "How do you know all this? You're dead or were you sent here by the sisters? You still love Phoebe, don't you, though she's in love with a cupido." "I'm aware of that fact and I'm happy for her," Cole offered pacing around. Stopping then, he looked directly at the three men, "I know you well enough, so I think you've planned this for a long time. Like you did with me. So how long ago did you start your plan?" "Like we'd tell you!" Candor bellowed furiously and grabbed the ghostly Cole what didn't happen. "Oh. And I bet you'd immediately run to them and tell them our plans, right?" "Enough bets for the moment," Cole said and looked at the young boy in the cage who watched him fascinated. He smiled at the boy. "Well, I think you started this long before the sisters knew they were charmed. And what about this 'ultimate' power crap? What is your real goal here?" Asmodeus crossed his arms over the chest. "I thought you knew us well enough? Anyway, I think it's better you'll leave now. We can take care of ourselves!" Cole looked at them once again. "Whatever. It's your choice, or better death." He gestured to the boy in his cage. "A mother will do anything to get her child back, and I remember that Piper can be very angry!" "We know that," Baliel offered smirking. "We've observed long enough! We expect them to react on certain ways. So, back off!" Cole Turner only shrugged before slowly vanishing from view. He'd gathered all information he needed. After all, he'd been a demon for a long time and could read their body language well. AT THE MANORThe three sisters were busily working on potions to vanquish their enemies while Leo busied Wyatt with games and toys as a ghost made his presence known. All looked baffled and a bit irritated of who this could be. No one had an answer—except one. "Cole," Wyatt said grinning but shocked with it his whole family. Phoebe was the first one to react. "What?" she asked confused but got no answer from anyone. "Great. Why is he back, anyway?" Leo stood up now. "Well, we should ask him if we wanna know. I'm sure he has his reasons to appear here—after all what had happened before, especially with you, Phoebe." "He's right," Piper quickly cut in and looked around. "It's okay, Cole. You can appear now. We want to know what you found out, please." "About time," Cole said and smiled at the three women, Leo and the boy. "Well, since I'm stuck in eternity, I had time to stay in contact, so I'm totally up to date. And yes, I've found the Triad's lair and your son Chris." "Wait," Piper cut in again. "You saw my baby? Is he okay? What have they done to him?" "Stop! One question after the other," Cole stopped her with raised hands. "Since you killed me, twice I should mention, I've been watching over you, not literally but helped you as well on several occasions. Remember Drake?" Paige held a hand up. "Stop. That was you?" Cole nodded. "Let me sum it up: You watched us since you're dead and I take it you also know about big Chris, Wyatt, Zankou and the Triad's return. Then there's one question left: Have you ever heard of the 'ultimate' power then?" "Rumors. But that was years before we met. Also sisters, as far as I know but only two. One was raised by the Triad, the other normal. Why if you don't mind?" Cole watched the family interested, though he'd been part of it once. Oh, how he missed this. Phoebe couldn't speak. She was rather disturbed to have her first big love back, yet her heart now belonged to Coop. Sure, Cole was helping them but what was his real aim? "Alright, I think we've met the normal sister, going by the name of Billie Jenkins," Piper explained, full pacing around. "Chris was suspicious of her from the beginning but where's the lair?" "I could guide you if you want me to." Cole looked at the toddler who looked up at him curiously. "You should hide Wyatt at first, though they expect him but when he may appear out of nowhere, the surprise would be better." "Okay, and what about me?" Leo wanted to know, a bit angry. "I'm not going to stay behind! It would tip the balance to us if I appear with Wyatt." "Good argument. Still, for the moment you stay here until I appear again." Cole looked at the three sisters. "Are you ready?" The Charmed Ones took a deep breath and then nodded. "Alright. Let's go!" Cole Turner vanished in sparkles from view and the three sisters followed in blue and white lights, down to the underworld, hoping their all made potions would work and that Chris was still safe. And in one piece. Leo and Wyatt looked after them and hoped that their youngest member was still healthy. UNDERWORLDAsmodeus, Baliel and Candor stood in front of Chris' cage and waited patiently for the Charmed Ones to arrive. After all, patience was one of their virtues, hence just look at Christy Jenkins. The 'wanted object' sat afraid in the cage, slightly shaking "Oh, he's afraid," Asmodeus said and crossed his arms over the chest. "Don't worry, little boy, your family will come and will lose too, I promise you." Chris shook his head. "No, they win! Strong and all." "We will see, boy. We will see," Baliel replied and turned back to the empty space in their cave. "Where are they? They should be here by now!" "Oh. We already are," said a female voice. "Though I'd be very interested in finding out how Chris ended up with you when Billie was the one who took him. Care to explain this?" The Triad looked confused around. Candor spoke up, "We don't have to answer you!" But then the laughter suddenly came. "Interesting to see how far you'd go to get one of your own back." "Well, at least we have such emotions," said another female voice into the cave. "You, on the other hand, don't. Unless you have something to do with the 'ultimate' power, raising the other half, Billie's sister. "How do you know about the sister?" Asmodeus asked around but then again. "Let me guess: Leo has helped you at Magic School but you don't know her name. Thank God!" "It's only a matter of time," the third female voice let them know. "We have a saying in our family: Desperate times call for desperate measures. And you will tell us, I'm sure." "Pah, I don't believe this," Candor shouted furiously. "And now it's time you show yourself! We're tired of not facing ourselves! Face-to-face is always better." There was laughter coming from all corners. "As if," the first female voice replied smiling. "You tricked us the first time with Cole Turner and now with the 'ultimate' power. You were always in the back, and so it's our right to show you your own medicine." "Very well then," Baliel said and rubbed his hands. He went closer to Chris' cage and conjured a fireball. "If you don't show yourself, Piper, I'm going to kill your little boy. I have no problem with a witch less." Unseen, Piper shook her head at her sisters before she slowly revealed herself to the Triad but only her. Turning to Baliel, the mother just offered livid, "You do that, you'll be dust soon!" "You can't kill us alone, Piper," Asmodeus said knowingly. "You need your sisters to do that!" He walked around her. "We could fight with each other, one of us against one of you but this is not our style. We prefer a fair fight." Piper snorted in disbelief. "That's hard to believe as we see the length you go to kill us for good. Or is it more—all witches?!" The Triad gasped in shock and the three men looked at each other baffled. "How do you know this?" Candor asked irritated. "Let me guess: research. Or better yet, Leo's research at Magic School. By the way, where's Leo? And your son Wyatt?" "Still secure but it shouldn't interest you," Piper replied annoyed. "But we're not here to talk. Give me my son and I might forget what you've done to him meanwhile." All laughed. "We all know that won't happen," Baliel said and waved his hand all of a sudden. Phoebe and Paige were revealed shocked. "Much better now that we all are here. Vanquish us and you can get your son, Piper." Now the three sisters looked baffled at each other. "You make it us so easy. Somehow I don't believe this," Paige said and crossed her arms over her chest. "You're the Triad after all." Several fireballs were thrown out of nowhere which separated the sisters even more. "Indeed," Asmodeus said happily and fired more fireballs. "It's time to end this once and for all!" "Great," Phoebe just said and hid behind a rock. "Piper, Paige, any ideas yet?" "We need to get them away from the cage," Piper yelled to her younger sisters. "But we could use some extra help here!" Cole heard his key word and immediately took action. Just like talked over before and he was glad he was a ghost and could operate unseen. While the Triad was busy, he should be able to free Chris unnoticed. Well, he just hoped for the best. Paige orbed on place as well as away from time to time while her two older sisters either kicked some ass or blew the Triad up. Let's just say, it was not easy and definitely quickly boring—for both sides. "Piper, when?" Phoebe then whispered as she was closer to her. The eldest sister watched the Triad and the situation they were in. Their plan seemed to be working—too good. "Alright," she began determined. "Let's end this! Potions!" Like robots, all three Charmed Ones threw their potions at the hopefully unexpected Triad who ended up in flames and screaming. Well, it was normal or so the sisters thought. "Cole?" Piper asked into the dark. "Show yourself, please! We need to know for sure that the Triad is gone for good. Would you check, please?" Freeing Chris at first and taking the boy with him, Cole appeared in front of the Charmed Ones who smiled at him. "I did the same years ago," he explained while giving Chris to his mother. "Here, but I'd suggest you let the ashes burn, so there's no chance for them to come back again." "And how do we do that?" Phoebe asked annoyed. It was clear that she was not happy, having her ex back. Cole pointed to Chris in Piper's arms. "You could use your sons. They're both very powerful and if we combine their powers, the Triad would have no chance of ever coming back again." The three sisters looked unsure. "It's the only way." Piper was convinced. "Wyatt, it's Mommy. Come to me and bring Daddy with!" There was a long pause and silence before orbs finally appeared. "About time." It was her son and husband. "Hi guys. My men are complete again." Leo and Wyatt looked only at Chris who was sitting in his mother's arms happily. "Kiss?" "Chris?" both asked at the same time before hugging the boy smiling. "Ahem," Cole said, clearing his throat and turning all attention back to him. "Thank you. We need the boys to burn the Triad's ashes, so they won't never come back again. Really never ever again." "Okay, I got it, Cole," he said and guided Wyatt to Cole. "What shall he do now?" Piper came up behind him. "Actually, honey, it has to be both of them. Wyatt and Chris with being Twice-Blessed and all. They can do it, believe me." "Oh." With their Mom putting Chris down, Wyatt took his little brother's hand and guided him to the place. Talking in their heads again, both boys held out their hands and fire came out, burning the ashes until there was nothing left. Still, the boys were instantly drawn and fell almost if Cole hadn't acted right on time. "Whoa. Careful," he said and got the boys. "Leo? Piper? Help, please." The parents chuckled slightly before taking their boys in their arms. Leo kissed both boys on their heads and then explained, "I guess the underworld has taken a lot of energy and since Chris had been here longer." He only saw saw confused looks. "Okay, okay. Cliff note version: Wyatt and Chris are linked, and that's why they're now exhausted." "Ah okay," Cole said and scratched his head still confused. "Never mind. We should go back to the Manor. The Triad is gone for good." The complete family linked hands and orbed away while Cole vanished into thin air. Only seconds later, the air was rippled again and this time it was shimmer. Dumain looked sadly at the burnt ashes who was once the Triad but inside, he was furious. The Halliwells would pay for this, and Dumain would clearly teach the Jenkins all to kill them, especially the young boy! Dumain created an energy ball and smashed it at the wall. Then he shimmered away and would tell the Jenkins later what had happened. AT THE MANORThe moment they reformed, Piper quickly offered, "Leo and I are bringing the boys to bed. You three are going to talk meanwhile. And behave!" Instantly she and Leo were gone to the boys' nursery and it took them a long time to return. Paige, Phoebe and Cole looked at each other strangely before the ghost decided to break the silence. "So how have you been meanwhile? Any changes recently?" Cole asked curiously and a bit like a teen. The youngest Charmed One smiled at him. "Yeah, we're in love. I think I've found the man of life and he's already accepted my magic and also by family. Strangely enough, we've met by accident by going after the same man. You know what I mean, don't you?" "Of course, and I'm happy for you," he said smiling. "Really?" Paige asked in disbelief, and Cole nodded. "Thanks, I think. Which reminds me, I should call my darling. Bye guys!" And she was gone as well. Cole looked at Phoebe who still had his heart. He sighed and then spoke, "As I could see, you've also found one man which brought you into some trouble. Are you at least happy with him?" Phoebe's face lit up. "Yeah, indeed I am. Coop makes me happy and since he's magical as well, some things are easier for me. In opposite to Paige. Her Henry's a mortal." She smirked a bit. "Yeah, I'm happy and so is the whole family. For once." "Good." Then footsteps could be heard and the eldest sister with her husband appeared again. Cole saw them first and immediately wanted to know, "Did the boys fall asleep fast?" "Yeah," Leo offered and sighed before sitting down on a chair. "It seems as if Wyatt wouldn't let Chris go as we could hardly separate them. In the end, we decided to let them sleep together. Wyatt's bed is big enough for both of them." "It's only natural," Cole cut in and startled the others with that comment. "What? It's true. Wyatt felt lonely without Chris and so it's only natural for Wyatt to react this way." "Mmh," Phoebe said, slightly impressed. "Since when are you an expert on siblings?" "I've seen you three and can guess that it'd be the same with the boys." There was a call coming out of nowhere. "This is my sign, or call. I need to go now." "Thanks for your help, Cole. It's been nice seeing you again," Piper said and shook his hand gratefully. "You're welcome. I think." Cole Turner bowed slightly before his figure slowly vanished into nothing. His job was done. "Oh. Already gone again," came Paige's voice from the kitchen. "I was fond of him that way. I bet he was happy to kill the Triad again." Phoebe hit her sister slightly. "Wow, you're fond of Cole. A new side of yours, Paige." She was hit as well. "Ouch. Okay, okay. Anyway, I should head back to Coop. We had a date planned as you called me." "My, my," Paige said smirking. "You both have a lot of dates. Should we be worried?" "Very funny," Phoebe replied and shoved her baby sister away. She noticed how her other sister and Leo hid their laughter. "Yeah, I know. You found us like children. Still, Paige, we should go now!" Paige looked at Piper and Leo as well and saw their smiles. "You're right," she only said and took Phoebe's hand, orbing finally away. "About time," Piper then announced and sat down, next to Leo. She took his hand. "I just can't believe that the Triad is gone for good. And also with the boys' help. How come?" "Well," Leo began a bit tired. "They're both Twice-Blessed and powerful. We've already seen how powerful Wyatt is but we don't know yet the amount of powers Chris will have. Though he's developed some early." "Yeah, you were an Elder this time and it had changed a lot." Piper sighed. "What do we do about our babysitter Billie? We can't let her in again or she'll take Chris away once more." She looked at her spouse smiling. "Should we ask the elf nanny for help? We know now it was a set up." Leo laughed a bit. "I don't think she'll return. We might have scared her away. Besides, if Derek and Junior come to us again, there would be trouble in the house." "Indeed. That reminds me, I should call him again." She yawned now. "We should go to bed now. I'm tired and the underworld always drains some of my energy." "Agreed." Leo stood up and drew his wife up with him. Together they walked up the stairs and checked on the boys once again before going, or better, falling into their beds. THE NEXT MORNINGThe parents were still in dreamland as soft knocks could be heard. Having no answer, the sons of Piper and Leo tried then to open the door with all their might. Didn't work since both were too little, still. "And now?" the younger boy asked quietly annoyed. The older one shrugged before saying, "Orbing in?! Need to wake them since hungry." His brother nodded. Both Wyatt and Chris orbed to their parents' bed and woke them instantly up. The four of them played together. TBC.....
Hope that suits you well with ending the Triad for good. Still, I'm far from over and so please, stay tuned!! COMMENTS ANYONE?Next time: A Nanny and three half-breeds

The addition of the Charmed Sons and Cole really makes this story better.
It's nice that you had time to plot it out, not just throw it all together at the last moment like the show did.

Since my holidays are nearly over, I've decided to give you a new chapter as well. It could be long before the next update comes. To Tim: It took me a long time too. I just wanted to correct some things in this season!! 11. Three Half-Breeds & A Nanny (An episode for fun!) LATER THAT DAYAfter the breakfast was eaten, Piper decided to call Derek and his son while Leo tried to reach their former elf nanny again. Not easy since she seemed to be in hiding and Leo sighed not happy. "Yeah, Derek, it's okay," Piper said into the receiver. "You can come over with Junior. We're just trying to call onto our nanny. Again. Our last babysitter was a total failure. Yeah, don't worry about it. Just come! Okay, bye." Leo passed by a bit annoyed. "No luck on my side. I take it Derek and Junior will come over. When exactly?" "Right after noon," the woman offered smiling. She kissed her husband lovingly. "Where are our boys, by the way? It's so quiet. Too quiet for my liking." "Piper, you worry too much," the man said now smiling. "The boys are in the garden, playing in the grass. They were eager to go outside. Besides, let them have fun for once." "Right. You had no luck with the elf nanny?" He shook his head. "Aw man. And here I thought she liked us and the boys." "Ahem," came suddenly a familiar voice to their ears. Piper and Leo turned around in shock. It was the elf nanny—to their surprise. "I've heard you were looking for me and here I am. What's the matter?" Piper began to babble. "Oh, it's you. You're back and thank you for coming. We could need you as our babysitter again. So would you, please?" The elf nanny crossed her arms over her chest. "I didn't stutter last time, did I? I mean, there was a reason why I wouldn't come anymore. This still goes." "We know," Leo cut in and knelt down to her level. "You were blackmailed by a demon who convinced you to quit us. To be honest, our latest babysitter was a.......catastrophe and we want you back if you agree." The elf nanny nodded. "Alright. But as I heard your boys are little devils. So okay, what do you want me to do?" Leo and Piper looked at each other briefly before the woman spoke up, "You see, a friend of ours comes to us with his son, who's half demon, by the way, and we three parents want to go out for a while. In this time we want you to take care of the three boys." "Wait. A half demon is a friend of your sons?" The Charmed One and former Elder nodded. "That's hard tobac if you ask me. But still, I will give it a shot—with these three. The names, please." Leo said proudly, "Well, you already know our son Wyatt and now he has a younger brother named Chris. Their friend D.J. or just Junior came into our family over a year ago as we rescued him and his Dad from their demonic relatives. We've become closer friends over time." "I see," the elf nanny only announced smiling. "When does your friend come and where are the boys?" "Derek and his son come after noon, directly and the boys are in the garden, playing hopefully," Piper explained grinning at the elf. "Right," the little woman said annoyed. She began to walk away. "I'm going to watch your boys while you do whatever you want." She headed to the garden. When the elf was out of ear range, Leo took Piper's arm quickly. "You go to the kitchen, I'm staying behind—just in case. She could be shocked because of the new Chris here." His wife nodded and went to the kitchen while Leo watched from afar. GARDENAs the elf walked toward the children, she stopped all of a sudden. The younger boy reminded her strongly of the young whitelighter who had been here two years ago. How was that possible? She turned to Leo in question since she couldn't believe that. "Yes, you're seeing right," the father spoke up from behind. "The young man from before is the same young boy you see at the moment here." "But how and why?" the elf stuttered confused and gestured to the still playing boys. "I don't understand." "I know." Leo watched his boys as well smiling. "Chris came back to save Wyatt from turning evil and paid for it with the ultimate sacrifice: his life. Since then Wyatt sees his little brother as his hero." "Oh. But how?" The elf nanny began to be fascinated from this story but it seemed to be normal for the Halliwells. Leo laughed a bit. "That's simple: Time travel. Yeah, we know it's forbidden but there was no other choice." "Ah, okay." The elf nanny accepted this and began to walk away again. "Well then, I should get to know my new charge—before the other one arrives as well." The man stayed behind and just watched. Wyatt recognized the elf nanny fast and run to her. "Nana," he said happily and hugged her. "Kwis, come to us." The elf nanny looked at him in disbelief but her jaw dropped as she saw the younger boy standing up and slowly walking toward them. "Wow," she only said astonished. "I'm impressed, I think." Wyatt grinned and so his Dad. "See, see," the boy continued babbling. He turned to the elf, "You pway wif us, right?" He simply took her hand and walked with her to his baby brother where the three of them started to play. Leo watched them amused and started to walk to the kitchen but the ringing doorbell stopped his path. Sighing, he went to open it and was shocked. "Derek, Junior, you're early," he only offered confused. Derek grinned. "Yeah, well, knowing Piper's cooking skills, I couldn't resist. And Junior wanted to see Wyatt and Chris again. So, can we?" "Sure, step in." Leo stepped aside and father with son walked in. "The boys are playing with their nanny who is an elf, by the way. Piper's still cooking, I think." "An elf? What happened to this young student?" Derek asked confused. "That's a long story. Let Junior go to the boys while we join Piper in the kitchen." Derek sat his son down who immediately walked to his friends. The two fathers, however, went to the kitchen. Finally. KITCHEN"Look, Piper, who's already come to us," Leo said as he and Derek entered the kitchen. "It's Derek and Junior who's playing with the boys and the nanny. So are you ready?" "Almost," she replied and then realized what her spouse had said. "Derek?! What's going on? Did anything happen?" "Whoa, Piper, calm down," Derek cut in and stopped with that Piper's rant. "Nothing happened. It's just......we love your cooking and decided to come over earlier. It's okay with you, isn't it?" She nodded. "Sure." She looked back to her cooking. "Alright, I'm done. Call the boys and the nanny and prepare the table!" "I'll do the table," Derek quickly announced and grabbed the dishes. Leo just shook his head amused and went back to the garden, again. As he came back, he had to hide his laughter, because the elf nanny was spun in a net. "Boys, what have you done now?" the father scolded amused. "By the way, time for lunch! Wash your hands!" The three boys looked up at him innocently. Completely innocent before running to the bath. Leo sighed and freed the nanny. "I'm sorry," he apologized. "Come and eat with us! I promise that the boys will behave at the table." "Fine," the elf only said and walked straight to the table. The man simply followed her. Unnoticed, someone invisible waited for his chance. To get his revenge—on the boy who had hurt his group badly two years ago. LUNCHPiper watched a bit confused how the boys ate their lunch in silence and tried, without success, by the way, to avoid the nanny with their looks. The nanny herself was not amused what wondered Piper. What had happened earlier? She looked at Leo for help. Leo shook his head but told her with his eyes that he'd tell her later—when they were alone. But the boys' behavior amused him as well, like the nanny's. Derek could only grin at his friends and at the boys. He knew he could be told later on. One thing he was sure of: the afternoon would be interesting—for all of them. Several minutes later, the dishes were done and the adults were ready to go. The boys stood in front of them like little angels but the nanny had a suspicious look. "Alright, you three," Piper said in a stern and final voice at the three boys. "You behave nicely and don't annoy the nanny too much. We're happy she's back, you know." All nodded very eagerly. "Okay then. Be nice!" Leo, Derek and Piper walked out of the house what pleased the invisible demon. The nanny now went in front of the boys and gave them an amused look which they interpreted right. They were running through the house, straight to the garden. LATER IN THE AFTERNOONThree kids were playing and behaved like little angels whenever the nanny was looking. Though Wyatt, D.J. and Chris seemed to have an endless energy, it wasn't long until the youngest of the three was falling asleep in a standing position. The elf noticed it immediately. "Okay, you two, go on, I'll take care of him." She quickly conjured a huge pillow and laid the boy on it smiling. "Very well." For another hour it was rather quiet, except for the laughter of the older boys. Wyatt and D.J. had super fun in their games which sometimes included the nanny. Needless to say that the elf, of course, was not amused. "Nana, pway wif us," Wyatt pleaded with his best weapon: puppy dog eyes, and his friend D.J. tried to do the same but failed. Unfortunately. The elf nanny shook her head. "No, kiddo. Your baby brother is sleeping and I can't let him fall out of my radar. No chance!" The two boys shared a suspicious look and then, all of a sudden, attacked the nanny who had no chance since Wyatt used his powers on her. Soon laughter was heard. Behind a wall, the still invisible Scabber demon named Theo who could never forget the traitor in their midst. He was told that the traitor had been killed before but he didn't believe it. Still, it was time to act now! Looking around and seeing the other three busy, Theo took a deep breath and then grabbed the sleeping child. Laughing, he was about to shimmer away when a cat jumped in front of him. "Put the child down if you want to live!" the cat offered in a very calm voice. Wyatt, D.J. and the elf nanny had by now noticed the situation. Wyatt was furious by seeing his little brother in a demon's hand but a bit relieved to see their cat. "Kitty," he whispered only. Theo seemed to be encircled by two powerful beings. "Who are you?" he asked the cat confused. "And you can't threaten me: I have the child who's a traitor, by the way." The cat just looked at the demon and took care of her paws. "You mistake the young boy for the older one. You are wrong since they are two different people. As for who I am: Just the protector of the child." "Protector? You're kidding me!" Theo protested out loud and tightened his hold on the boy. Chris woke up and began to cry. "See. He's awake now and I know for sure that he is the one who was in our midst." Wyatt shushed his friend and nanny as he seemed to remember what the demon spoke about. Chris was his hero—after all. What could he do? Thinking long, his eyes suddenly lit up as they had just discovered a new way of talking: telepathy! 'Kwis?' he began and opened their link. 'Don't look at me. Just tell me how feel.'''Fraid. Man scawy,' Chris said and looked nervously around. 'What do?' 'Trust Kitty and me. We free you.' Wyatt nodded more to himself and also to the cat who just continued with her cleaning and nodded. The cat itself, however, was not impressed. "Could be true but as I said, the two of them are different and you should accept this. Simple but easy, right?" Theo shook his head. "No way, the boy's my leverage against you. And I must insist that he comes with me! He took too many out of us!" "It's your death warrant," the cat just said and nodded briefly to Wyatt who immediately orbed his brother to him. Theo was in shock but even more as the cat changed into a shadowy figure. "As I said, you're dead." The Scabber demon didn't even notice what killed him. A shadowy arm hit the demon who was reduced to ash. Happy with the result, the Shadow turned to Wyatt. "It's okay, Wyatt. You all are safe again and I go back to my place. Your kitty is herself again. So, shsh." The Shadow turned to the elf nanny. "Oh, I haven't introduced myself to you. I'm the Shadow, of the Nexus here and I welcome you back, elf nanny." "Oh. Okay, and thanks, I think," the elf nanny said and shook his hand. She looked at the now three playing children. "I can't believe it." "It's okay," the Shadow said. "And now excuse me, I have to watch over the Halliwells." "So do I. Over these three half-breeds." She laughed all of a sudden and all kids turned to her confused. "With you three it's never boring, is it?" The three kids grinned at her and attacked her which caused all four of them to laugh and have fun for the rest of the day. IN THE EVENINGAs the three parents returned back to the Manor laughing, they heard laughter coming from inside as well which wondered Piper, Leo and Derek. Though they were curious what had happened over the day. Entering the house, the three stood behind a wall and just watched. The elf nanny was tied to a thick broom and dressed like a cowboy while the three boys danced around her like little indians. And they even made the same sounds, though the youngest of the group had some trouble catching up. The mother then decided to make their presence known. "Hey boys, we're back," Piper announced smiling and held her arms out. Wyatt and Chris heard her voice and immediately ran into her arms. Snuggling into her embrace, the boys were happy. Derek did the same with his Junior while Leo freed the nanny from her situation. Still, the man could not contain his curiosity, "What has happened today? Anything we should know about?" The elf nanny looked briefly at the boys and then at the man saying, "Well, nothing unusual if you ask me. The three boys acted like little angels. We had a lot of fun." Leo raised a skeptical eyebrow. "Really? That's hard to believe in this house." The elf nanny crossed her arms over her chest. "It is," she insisted a bit angrily. Then she heard a call. "Right. I need to go now. Call me if you need me, again." And she was gone just as quickly. "Weird," Leo only commented and scratched his head confused. Smiling then, he grabbed his youngest son out of Piper's arms and spun him around above his head. Chris squealed in delight. Piper saw the happiness and now turned to her eldest son who tried to avoid her gaze. That told her something must have happened here. "Alright, baby, come with me to the kitchen. We're going to have a little talk." She took his hand and led him to the place. Leo, on the other hand, stayed in the garden and played with his baby boy. He knew he shouldn't make the same mistake again but he couldn't help it. Chris held a special place in his heart, though the father loved both his sons equally. Leo realized that this trait ran in the whole family. KITCHENPiper placed her baby on the kitchen table and prepared them something to eat. She could feel how her son's eyes followed her every move and also how nervous he seemed to be. That only confirmed her own suspicions. When she was ready, she placed the sandwiches in front of him. "Thanks Mommy," Wyatt said and grabbed a piece quickly. He knew he couldn't avoid the questions. "You're welcome, honey," his mother replied and pretended to be busy when she, all of a sudden, turned to him and placed her arms around him. "So honey, care to tell Mommy what happened today? I know something did." Wyatt was caught off guard and began to stutter nervously, "I......I don't know what......what you mean, Mommy. And nothing did, I swear." "You're as bad at lying as your aunt Phoebe," Piper offered smiling and then softened her voice. "I could barely see it but there was a scorch mark on the carpet." Wyatt began to whistle, or at least tried to, and did not look at his mother. He knew she was right but if he told her the truth, he'd be given a long lecture and never get to play with Chris again. No way! He loved his little brother. "All right, you don't want to," Piper said after some time. "But I promise you I'll find out, no matter what. Unless you tell me now. Otherwise, I won't have to punish you. Clear?" Wyatt looked at his Mom in fear and knew she'd carry out this threat. He thought about it—long. "Well, if I tell you, no punish?" He showed her his best weapon, hoping it'd work. The mother hid her laughter, full knowing that her baby boy could do it even better. "I promise. Scout's honor. And now tell me." Wyatt sighed deeply and then told his mother all of what happened this afternoon. From their fun at the beginning and then the sudden break as a demon took Chris. What the elder boy saw was that the demon wanted revenge on his younger brother—for the older version, of course. But luckily, their kitty or the Shadow came to the rescue. Piper said nothing at first but whatever she wanted to do was stopped as Leo walked in, with Chris in his arms, concerned and confused. She shook her head to him, telling her spouse she'd tell him later. GARDEN, A BIT EARLIERLeo was playing with his baby son who laughed happily but every time he stopped, Chris clung to him afraid. The father wondered what had made his son afraid. "Shsh, Chris, it's okay," he soothed his son and kissed him lovingly on his head. "Dema," Chris said slowly and held onto his Daddy as if his life depended on it. He tried not to shake but he couldn't help it. Leo's concern grew and he comforted his son the best way he knew. Holding him tightly, the Dad slowly walked back into the house, hoping his wife had an explanation. BACK IN THE KITCHENMother and son saw father and son walk in. Piper knew she could tell Leo later but for the moment, they'd enjoy their time with their boys. She smiled at them and offered, "How about we play a bit? Together?" Wyatt and Chris squealed in delight and urged their parents to do so. Though the boys may have been tired already but they also enjoyed their time together with their Mom and Dad. "Alright," Leo said and sat down on the carpet, still with Chris in his arms. "Let's play until one of you sleeps. No words here! That's settled." However, the play hadn't lasted long. Soon both boys had fallen asleep and were brought to bed. Only then Piper told Leo everything she knew. They feel asleep in troubled thoughts. TBC......

Time for a new chapter. You've waited too long already!! To Tim: Yup, that's what I missed after S6 especially! I mean it was said that Chris had demonic contacts. So why not use it then? To Tess: Hehe but you should read this whole sequence from the start! There's a whole re-write, starting with Just Pure Knowledge; Little Brother, Big Brother; Upcoming Shadows and this one! Yet only if you have enough time for all. Mainly FYI!! 12. Demonic SwitchesBUSINESS AS USUAL?Christy walked back to her sister with a paper at the local university. She'd found an interesting article about a company which had an inner familial feud, it seemed. Yet something in this economic home story had caught her attention and she wanted to ask Dumain about this. "Hey Christy, welcome back," Billie greeted her sister smiling. "Where have you been and what have you got in your hand?" "Oh, I was just outside and bought a paper. The economic part has an interesting story which I want to ask Dumain about," Christy explained and held the paper up. "Where is he?" "Already here," replied a deep voice and revealed their mentor. "Okay, Christy, what do you want to ask me? If it's not important, don't bother me." Christy cleared her throat and sat down next to Billie. "Well, I've found an interesting story about a Pelham company. Their manager Dalvos had also been kidnapped as a child, yet something feels off. I can tell you." "How do you know?" Billie asked confused and her sister just shrugged. Dumain, meanwhile, read the story Christy had mentioned. Mmh, that sounded familiar but he wished he could remember. "Aha," he suddenly exclaimed and startled with it the Jenkins sisters. "I think I remember now. There's an evil nanny called Nanta who wants to have a feet in above, mainly in the business world." "Of course," Billie exclaimed in delight and jumped up. "The Pelham family is one of the richest one here in San Francisco. They have a huge company and as I've heard, Dalvos fights with his cousin Grant about the leading in the company as well as family." Dumain listened to the story as an idea came to his mind. He just hoped that the Charmed Ones wouldn't interfere but with their luck? "Sounds definitely like her. Anyway, I think I've got a plan. This story provided it—another way to get Chris separated from his family. That means we're going to pay a visit to this company." Christy and Billie shared a confused look but then nodded. They grinned at their mentor, full knowing that this was their last resort to get the child. With the Triad gone, the Jenkins sisters had at least to fulfill their goal. "Alright," Dumain concluded smiling. "Then let's go!" And so the demon walked with his two pupils straight to the city, right into the economic world. SOME TIME LATERThe three of them entered the Pelham building and asked for the boss. It wasn't easy but Dumain could be very convincingly and now they sat on chairs, waiting for the entrance. At least, they were in. "Jenkins and Dumain," came a voice over the speakers. "You can go to Mr Pelham." Billie, Christy and Dumain stood up, walked over and entered the office where Dalvos Pelham was waiting for them. "Uh, hello. We'd like to speak with someone in your nearness," Dumain spoke up and looked at the man. "Well, Dumain," Dalvos Pelham began amused. "You have to be a bit more exact if I could help you. So what brings you three to me and my company?" Dumain told the Jenkins sisters with a look to be quiet. "You see, Mr Pelham, we might know your back story and would like to get to know your nanny if it's allowed. I don't know how far you're involved in this 'kind' of business, but these two are the 'ultimate power' if you ever heard of them." "Oh." Dalvos immediately stood up. "You're welcome here, Dumain. And of course, the ultimate power. Nanta!" he called out happily. An elderly woman shimmered in. "What do you want, Dalvos? You should focus yourself more in our plan," she scolded not amused but he only pointed to their three guests. "Dumain! What are you doing here?" Dumain rolled his eyes. "Nanta, thanks. These two are Christy and Billie Jenkins, the 'ultimate power' who have to battle with the Charmed Ones. The Triad is gone as you may already know. It's my turn now to prepare them." "I see," Nanta replied smiling. "What do you expect me to do now? I can see that you've got a lot to do with these two, or at least one of them. Anyway, what shall I do?" "I'd like you to switch the younger son of the eldest Charmed One with a demonic baby. Unseen and unnoticed, hopefully but he's heavy protected." "Yeah, the Charmed Ones, the Twice-Blessed child and an unknown force under the house." He looked shocked at her. "Yeah, I keep me up to date," Nanta informed him still smiling. "I'll see what I can do." And with that she shimmered away. "Well, that was surely interesting," Dalvos Pelham said after a long pause. "We should keep in touch, don't you think?" He twinkled his eye. "Anyway, I should return to my original task here. A rich company is waiting for me. So, good bye!" "Yeah, bye," answered the Jenkins sisters at once and waved their hands while starting to walk out. Dumain rolled his eyes. "Yeah, good bye. Just let us know if you or Nanta have any success. Here's the number of Billie's mobile. We're available at any time." "Got it." Dalvos saluted amused and in the end shoved the man out. "And now go! I've got work to do!" Dumain nodded and walked out as well. Their plan was set in motion. All they had to do now was wait. He returned with the Jenkins sisters back to Billie's university. AT THE MANORPiper was working on the breakfast for her family but her gut tells her something big might happen soon. She just couldn't figure it out what it was, yet her husband was reading the paper meanwhile. Her boys were the only ones missing. "Hey Leo," she asked all of a sudden. "Where are the boys?" She was concerned. "Well, last I saw them Wyatt was helping Chris to get dressed," Leo replied smiling and went back reading. There was an interesting article about the Pelhams. Piper laughed a bit. "I just hope it doesn't end like last time." Let's just say, Chris was dressed upside down. "You know I have a bad feeling in my gut." "What about?" "Something big is going to happen, I swear but I can't place it." Then she looked up. "Boys, breakfast!" Two set of orbs appeared, already in their seats and looking at their Mom with typical childish innocence. Instantly Wyatt grabbed some pieces of the huge breakfast and put those on his and Chris's plate. Leo rolled his eyes. "You may be right but I think it's going to happen in the business world. What else could happen in this family?" The phone rang and Piper answered it. "Halliwell. Oh hi Phoebe, what's up? Wait, what? You and Paige will come over for this news. Okay, when? In the afternoon. Okay." She hung up confused. "Weird," she only commented. "What is?" Leo wanted to know curiously and started to play with his sons meanwhile. "Phoebe and Paige will come over this afternoon," Piper offered still confused. "And what did you mean with the business comment?" Leo looked up at her. "The Pelham company wants to go to the stock exchange but there's a huge dispute going on in the family, mainly between Dalvos and his cousin Grant. I'd say there's more behind it." Piper rolled her eyes. Typical Leo! "Anyway," she said after some silence. "My or your turn with the boys? I've lost overview already." "I think yours. Got a lot of work at Magic School." He laughed suddenly. "Since I played with them a lot, many piles were left off. You know what I mean." Leo batted his eyes in a way like his sons before standing up and walking through a door to Magic School. The mother looked at her boys who watched her like little angels. She rolled her eyes again before taking Wyatt and Chris by her hands and going with them to her club. Unnoticed by all, they were observed by someone. The person had found out a lot and would use this to her advantage. The only problem was if she could find a suitable demonic baby for the switch. MAGIC SCHOOLLeo was working on his papers but it was getting hard to concentrate. Piper's anxiety had finally caught up with him and the man sighed. Still, this Pelham article was still in his mind, because something disturbed him there. "Sir, Mr Wyatt," Ben called out as he stood in the door. "Leo!" "What? Oh Ben, hi, what's up?" the man asked quickly and covered with it his dreaming state. The student rolled his eyes. "You were far away and don't deny it! Just tell me what's bothering you and maybe I could help. How are Wyatt and Chris, by the way?" Leo smiled a bit. "They're fine and their powers are growing well." He sighed. "Never mind. Ever heard of the Pelhams? My wife thinks there's something big going on—in whatever way." "Oh, I see." Ben thought about it, because there was something important he should remember about them. "If I remember correctly, a baby was kidnapped years ago but he returned fast. He could have been switched. I'm sure the baby was a he." "Wait. Are you saying that Dalvos Pelham could be switched as a baby?" His opposite nodded. "Well, if demons are suddenly interested in business, things will get interesting. What on Earth is going on?" "Well, I'm sure Gideon had filed all cases somewhere in the library. Oh, I'm sorry," Ben quickly apologized. "Shall I look for those and give them to you if possible?" Leo looked hurt and furious for a second but then accepted Ben's offer. He nodded at him before standing up and walking away. Only hearing the name of his old mentor brought back the fury and anger of the day he lost adult Chris. Still, maybe Ben could find some answers. MEANWHILE.......P3Piper was watching her boys smiling while she watched the preparations for the band and the acoustics. It worked well since she had good helpers. Sighing, she continued to work on her papers and numbers. Wyatt and Chris had meanwhile decided to play with the band and the members let it happen, so strange sounds were heard now from time to time what made their mother look at the stage. The boys only grinned at her like little angels. The mother shook her head amused but then a faint whisper came to her ears, 'Danger' and she looked confused around. What was going on? Still, the hair on her neck was rising as the door opened and a woman appeared. "Sorry, we're still closed," she said without looking up. The woman smirked. "I know, Piper," she only offered and immediately Piper looked up in shock. The eldest Charmed One froze anyone, except her boys. "I'm just here to talk. By the way, I'm Nanta." "I don't understand," Piper said confused. "Why are you here and what do you want?" She saw, out of her eyes, that her sons hid behind the drums quickly. And Wyatt covered Chris's mouth, just in case. Nanta sat down at the bar, close to Piper. "I'm here because of an order I received and you can take a wild guess whom I am after. And I swear I just talk now." "Oh, okay," Piper answered stunned. "An order? Wait, you might only know of us because of Billie. Damn her! And let me guess, you're after Chris. How do you know my name, by the way?" "You're a Charmed One, you're well known in the magical world. And twice you're right—with Billie and Chris. It seems to me you are a smart woman." She looked at the woman smiling. "You know I nearly achieved my goal by now." Piper was all ears instantly. "Wait, you don't mean the Pelham company, do you?" Nanta smirked amused. "Good. Excuse me, please. I need to check on my pupil again in this company." She shimmered away promptly—and returned again. "Oops, I walked in and so I should walk out as well." She went back to her home. Piper unfroze the band and her sons came out from behind the drums. She was totally confused, because she didn't really know what to think about this woman. It was clear that something big was really going on and Chris would be under protection, again. "Mommy, you okay?" Wyatt asked and held his baby brother tightly to him. "Mommy?" "I'm fine," she replied, still like in trance. Looking at her boys, she saw that they were not convinced. "Really, I'm good." Piper turned to the band. "Could you look after my boys for a while? I need to speak with someone." "Sure, can do," the band leader said and ruffled one of the boys' hairs. "Anything to keep them busy, yet still, not too long, please." He twinkled his eye at her. Piper waved her arms at him before quickly hurrying to the backroom. There she called for her baby sister who came immediately. As fast as the mother could, she explained the situation and both sisters orbed away. Little did she know that she was playing right into the demon's hands. MANOR, AGAINWhen Piper entered her home, she was surprised to see Leo here when he was supposed to be at Magic School. Earlier, she had sent Paige to the Bay Mirror where Phoebe worked. They'd need all three of them here. "Leo? Why are you here?" she then asked her spouse. "Oh. Hi Piper," he replied startled. Then he smiled a bit. "I could ask you the same question, by the way. So, what's going on?" "I got a visit from a demon named Nanta at the club. We only talked but I called Paige for help and now she's collecting Phoebe. We need to talk and take measures," Piper explained fast. "I see. But wait, who's looking after the boys?" His fear for losing his boys grew again, especially Chris. "And I also have news. It seems that Dalvos Pelham could have been switched as a baby and as Ben told me a Nanta demon raised him, or so he thinks." Piper was quiet but another voice asked, "How did Ben find this out?" It was Paige who brought Phoebe with her. Leo became nervous suddenly. "Well, it looks like Gi.......Gideon collected data from kidnapped babies, especially from rich families. You get my meaning. What if this Nanta you met was hired to switch Chris?" "My God!" Piper shrieked. "Paige, quick back to the club! We should go all." She grabbed Leo's hand while Paige took Phoebe's. "Let's go!" Paige initiated the orb and the four of them were gone. BACK AT THE CLUBIt was quiet. Too quiet for Piper's liking as they reformed. The parents immediately ran to the stage where they assumed Wyatt was. After all, the band was in charge and the other two sisters checked the other rooms meanwhile. Piper and Leo had finally found their son and tried to wake him up. It slowly worked and the son immediately hugged his parents. "Wyatt, son," Leo began quietly. "What's happened here?" Wyatt couldn't speak but to his luck, the band started to wake up as well. The band leader spoke up, "Piper? What's going on? When did you come back?" "Just now," Piper said a bit afraid and looked at the man. I was hoping you could explain us what has happened here and where Chris is?" "Well," the man began, scratching his head nervously. "After you were gone, this woman came back and talked very sweetly to us and the kids. Too sweetly if you ask me but let me explain..... FLASHBACK
We were playing with the boys, or more, they with us. Still, we had a lot of fun and were laughing all the time as the door opened once again. We thought it were you and the boys wanted to run but we stopped them. Instinct, I guess.
A woman appeared and smirked at us. "You can't protect them, you know," she only offered and waved her arm at them but nothing happened. "I don't understand," she stated confused.
To be honest: Neither did I but it seemed like the boys were protecting us now. Invisible, I think. However, the attacks continued and their strength increased with each—until the shield broke.
"What the.......?" I started but then I heard something like a spell and we all fell asleep, Wyatt included.
END OF FLASHBACK…......and what happened in between, I can't say," he finished his story. "And so I have no idea where your other son is." "Eh, Piper," Phoebe cut in very nervously. "Paige and I found an interesting figure in the backroom. You better take a look at it, I think." "What if we need Wyatt?" Piper asked confused. "We can call him," the middle sister just stated and took her sister's hand, guiding her away and directly to the room. "I'll take care of them," Leo shouted after them and watched over his son and the band. After all, they were the ones who were caught in the middle. He sighed. BACKROOMWhen they entered, Piper gasped in shock. In Paige's lap, a boy was sitting who looked a lot like Chris, yet something wasn't quite right. That told her her gut feeling, but well, for the moment, she could inspect the boy. "Oh, hi Piper," Paige greeted her eldest sister smiling. "You already see why we called you here. I know he looks and might be familiar but I don't think he is." Piper nodded. "I know. I think we should call for Wyatt, to be sure. He knows his baby brother well enough." "And Leo," Phoebe added. "He'd researched all this and might know what's going on and what we should do now. If Chris is really in their hands." "Wyatt! Leo!" Piper yelled out loud and her two men came promptly. She only gestured to the boy in Paige's lap. "See and feel if he's ours." Both father and son did as told but then quickly shook their heads. So it was clear that it wasn't Chris. The son held onto his Daddy for life and he cried himself out, because he was lost without his baby brother. The father felt the same but hoped not to show it. The middle sister sighed and just said, "So, it's now official that Chris has been switched. What should we do to find him and where do we start?" "The Pelham company," Leo whispered still in shock. "We've found out that Dalvos Pelham had been switched as a child. We should go there and ask Dalvos' Nanta. Piper, you said she came to you." "Alright," the mother said, now determined. "Paige and Wyatt, could you two orb us to a close alley near the company?" They nodded. "Fine, then let's go!" PELHAM COMPANYAs the whole Halliwell family entered the building, they were quickly seen as a force to be reckoned with and their way was made free just as fast. Though they didn't know where to, but they were guided. "Ehm, Mr Pelham," the secretary started nervously. "You have some more guests and they seem to be very upset and angry." "Oh," came his voice over the speaker. "Just let them through and I'll deal with them personally." The door was opened and the office was huge, so to speak. The Halliwells were briefly impressed but then focused on the man at the desk. He seemed normal but he smirked at them—knowingly. "Well," he began confidently. "You must be the Charmed Ones, along with the eldest one's family, though there's one member missing, right?" He got furious looks which made him smirk even more. "Right. Oh, my manners lacked again: My name's Dalvos Pelham and I'm the CEO of this company. How can I help you?" Leo took a step forward. "I think you know full well why we're here. My wife had a visit from your demonic babysitter named Nanta, so we'd like to speak with her if you don't mind." "I don't," Dalvos replied and stood up. "Nanta! You're needed here. It's the Charmed Ones and urgent!" Nanta shimmered in. "Don't you know that I'm busy right now?" she scolded him before he gestured behind them. "Oh. Hello dears, Piper, nice to see you again. What's up?" she asked innocently. Piper stepped next to Leo, holding Wyatt's hand tightly. "You fully know. We are very sure you've kidnapped Chris and switched him with another innocent baby. We want to know whom you're working for and where our son is? With Billie, maybe?" Nanta was baffled but only for a second. "You're quite well informed, I guess. Still, I won't tell you where he is and you have a subsitute to live with, for example. You don't need him anymore!" "How dare you!" the mother cried out and grabbed her son tighter. "You know nothing about us and for your information, destiny is on our side." "We will see. And besides, I was just following an order." Nanta crossed her arms over the chest smirking. "You're on your own to free him. And now excuse me, I'm being called." She shimmered away. Dalvos sat down again. "I think you should leave now. All is said and done from this side. As Nanta said, you're on your own. If you return to this company, there will be blood, I promise." The Halliwells were in shock and quickly left the building while Dalvos Pelham laughed in the back. All went like planned. The ultimate battle would come soon. LATER AT THE MANORThe younger sisters had gone to their lovers fast while Leo, Piper and Wyatt went home. Silence ruled the whole walk since all didn't know how to live without their youngest member. Reaching their house, Wyatt walked straight into their shared room and cried. He was lost without his baby brother but he wondered now why it was always Chris. Piper and Leo followed him with concerned looks before going into their own room. They felt the same like their son. Crying they fell asleep soon. TBC.....
Hope this goes well with you too. My changes might not be that much but they're making an impact. Obviously!! COMMENTS ANYONE?Next time: Lost Innocents

Hi guys, time to update here. I'll try to bring in the interlude ASAP!! Maybe in around 4 weeks, when we have another longer weekend here. To Tim: Hehe, I know. I had time whereas the show didn't, and you saw the results!! 13. Lost InnocentsA FATHER'S LOVEIn the city, a young man stumbled upon some stairs and looked around very confused. For anyone outside, it looked like he was out of his place and time and so it was no wonder as the young man ran in front of a car and got hurt in the process. He was taken to the hospital quickly. Following the accident, a man appeared out of nowhere and shook his head confused. The young man before had been his charge but this was in the 1950ies! It was Sam Wilder, Paige's father and it was high time he enlisted her help in this case. So he orbed fast to the Manor. Orbing in, Sam was met with a somber silence and looked around confused. All three sisters were there, along with Leo and Wyatt but one member was missing. As far as he knew, Piper had two sons, so where was the boy? He cleared his throat to get their attention. It worked. Leo was the first one to look up. "Oh, hi Sam. What brings you here? We're kind of busy at the moment since Chris has been kidnapped. Again." "Oh. Do you know who took him, maybe?" Leo nodded and so did Sam. "Anyway, I could use your help as well. An old charge of mine suddenly appeared again and got hit by a car. What irritates me though is that he hasn't aged one a bit." Paige turned to him finally. "Hey Dad. I could help you if you like. It'd distract me for the time being. What do you say?" "I'd be glad." Sam turned to the rest of the family. "Can I give you an advice, even if it may sound a bit orthodox." Piper wiped her tears away and looked at Sam finally. "What do you suggest then, Sam? I've lost my baby so many times by now, I'm ready for anything." "Maybe you should build up a base in the underworld. With demonic contacts and so on." All looked at him as if he were crazy and Sam held his hands up in a surrender mode. "Shoot. This was only a thought." He took Paige's hand and quickly orbed away. However, Piper and Leo looked at each other baffled before Leo stood up. "I'm going to ask the Shadow for advice." He walked to the basement whereas his wife just nodded. "Sounds like a plan," she only muttered and turned now to the middle sister. "Phoebe? Speak with me, please." "Huh?" Phoebe replied confused. "What's going on and what, in God's name, did Sam suggest? That's never our style." She ruffled Wyatt's hair distracted. Her nephew just groaned not happily. "Well," Piper began nervously. "He said that we should establish a demonic base in the underworld, just like Chris had, remember? We should look in the Book of Shadows, to find suitable lower level demons. So, shall we go?" Phoebe shook her head a bit amused but not convinced. Fully. Still, she followed her older sister and nephew up to the attic where the Book was. She though wondered if this would ever work. MEANWHILE........BASEMENT"Shadow? Shadow, are you here? We need to talk," Leo inquired, looking around in the dark. "It's important and about Chris." The Shadow appeared in the cat's form again. "Well, about time you came again. What's up?" "Before you may decide to kill me, Chris has been kidnapped, or better switched, and Sam Wilder, Paige's father, suggested we should organize a demonic contact system in the underworld. What'd you say?" The cat growled loudly. "Great. Wait—switched?" Leo nodded. "Damn Nanta!! And as for your second request: Do it!! It could be helpful in the future, especially for the boys!" Leo agreed nodding. "All right. You know this Nanta?" The Shadow looked up furiously. "She's known for long-term goals and baby switches, mainly in important families or companies. Like the Pelhams, I think." "Okay, got it," Leo concluded and scratched his head. "Thanks for the advice. I'll try to keep you up to date this time. Hopefully, we'll get Chris back fast." "Yeah, hopefully. Keep in touch and if need be, I'll speak with you through the cat. So bye." The Shadow left the cat's body quickly and vanished from view. Leo just sighed and took the cat with him. To the attic, where the rest of his family was. S.F. MEMORIAL HOSPITALFather and daughter quietly reformed in a spare room where they stepped out and went into looking for Sam's old charge. The young man hadn't aged a bit but Sam was worried about another thing: Chris, the youngest son of Piper and Leo, was missing. "Paige, can you tell me what's going on at the Manor? And in your life?" he asked her curiously but she only returned an incredulous look. "Yeah, I know, I've been absent from your life for a long time but a father has the right to know, don't you think?" The youngest Charmed One stopped dead in her tracks. "You could have stayed in contact for once. You're a whitelighter! As for the Manor: I might tell you if we solve your problem, and about my life, we'll see." Sam accepted this nodding. "Alright, I can live with that. By the way, I can sense my charge close by. Ready to go in?" Paige slapped him weakly on the chest. "You couldn't have told me sooner." She walked straight to the room and opened it without knocking. "Wow, nice. You know he looks a lot like James Dean, doesn't he?" The young man opened his eyes groggily. "This is a sight I always like to wake up though." He smiled at them. "Sam? You haven't aged one a bit and who is this girl with you?" Father and daughter rolled their eyes. "Yes, it's me and this is my daughter Paige who's part of the Charmed Ones," Sam offered smiling. "Anyway, now that you're awake, can we ask you some questions about your pop up, JD?" "Sure, fire away. If I can answer them well but you'll have to protect me. Vaklav might still come after me now that I fled from him," JD explained grinning. "Right. Is this Vaklav a demon maybe? You may describe him like he is. What's he doing?" Paige required fast, because she wanted to find her nephew again. "Well, he could be, I think. The last thing I remember is a blitz—like from a camera, you know." "I think I should look after him in the Book of Shadows. Or you could provide me with more information, JD?" Paige said and look at him but JD shook his head. "Right. Be right back." She orbed away. "Wow, she's gorgeous and good. Still, what have I missed in the last 50 years or so?" JD requested stunned and looked at his whitelighter. Sam could only sigh and hoped his daughter would be back soon. I mean, Sam may have guided well in earlier years but the last decades have changed him and his views. Sam sighed anew and told his old charge everything he wanted to know. MANOR, ATTICPaige reformed and sighed at first. She loved her Dad, really but sometimes, he was just absent for too long. Upon the Book, there was a note, written clearly by Phoebe. On it just stood, 'Hi Paige, whenever you return, the Shadow gave his permission and so we're now in the underworld, forming our base with low level demons. Wyatt's with us, in case you wonder. You know how he is when it comes to his little brother.
Good luck with your Dad and his charge! We'll call you if need be.
Bye, Phoebe & the others'The youngest Charmed One snorted. Typical for her older sister. Well, at least on one front peace and now she could concentrate on her problem. Opening the Book, she noticed the many neon markers and was impressed. Her family was busy down there. Shaking her head, she continued her own research. Quickly she found her entry and gasped in shock. This 'Vaklav' obviously fed from his victims' pain and also from those who mourn them. Wow, hard tobac and Paige gulped hard. It was time to let her father and JD know. And they needed to end this—NOW!
IN THE UNDERWORLDLeo, Piper, Phoebe and Wyatt walked still through the caves and were glad that their plan seemed to be working. The list, which Phoebe had in her hands, was becoming less and less and what was shocking for the Halliwells that the demons seemed to be very......cooperative. Whatever the reason was, the three adults and child were glad. "Now," said Phoebe astonished and looked at the list. "Who would have thought that this could actually work. Why is that so, by the way?" she asked around. "I don't know," Leo replied and went further ahead. "But it's good. Either Chris has had a good reputation from before or having the Twice-Blessed child with us is going to make the demons speak. We just should be happy." "Indeed," Piper agreed nodding and took Wyatt's hand tightly in her own. She didn't want to lose her baby. "Whatever works here, I'm happy. We need to find Chris—like yesterday! Anyway, how many demons are left, Phoebe?" "Err....three, I think," the middle sister said, looking at the list. "Meaning, we're almost done." "Kwis," Wyatt announced all of a sudden and wanted to run but his mother wouldn't let him. "I know, buddy," Leo said and sighed. "We're going to find him, I promise. You help us with these demons, right?" His son nodded eagerly. "See, now let's talk to some more demons." He took Wyatt's hand now. "Leo!" Piper growled out but her husband just shrugged. Sighing, she continued their mission. "And what about Paige?" Phoebe asked curiously. "When this is done," the parents said at once what made Phoebe smile. However, the four of them continued their work. It was time to find their next alley.
S.F. MEMORIAL HOSPITALWhen Paige came back, Sam and JD were still talking. She could understand but he had it worse, she guessed. None of his family was still alive and all looked different. "Hey you two," she greeted them. "I'm back and found the information about Vaklav." "What does the Book offer, Paige?" Sam asked curiously and looked at his daughter. "Well, it seems that Vaklav lives from pain and the mourners—until they die, or the last one of them. Only then, the victim will be freed and dies then. Not nice, by the way. We need to act quickly!" "Right," Sam agreed and turned to his charge. "JD, are you capable of going back to the studio? I mean, you've got hurt by running away. Are you ready?" "Yeah, I think I am. Knowing now that I'm only one left of my family and I want this Vaklav gone, just like you." He tried to sit up but failed. "Whoa, I think I need some healing." His whitelighter nodded and healed him. "Alright, let's go then." The trio made their way back to the crime scene where nothing was seen anymore, yet to their luck, JD knew his way and guided them to the studio. MEANWHILE AT THE MANORA big orb cloud formed and out of it came Leo, Piper, Phoebe and Wyatt. They looked exhausted but were happy. The goal of today, and for the future, was achieved and the Halliwells had now a demonic base. "Wow, finally done," Phoebe said and looked at all smiling. "I hope our network will work. In the close future and the long one." Leo looked at her and offered, "I assure you it will. We should have followed Chris's example earlier, and now the boys will have it." He looked around. "Paige still busy with Sam?" "Seems so," Piper confirmed and yawned. Her son immediately followed, and she took him in her arms. "Anyway, if you don't mind, I'm going to bed now. If Paige calls, wake me!" Phoebe and Leo looked a bit baffled after her before finally sitting down on chairs. The middle sister shot some nervous looks at the former Elder, and she can't imagine what he must go through at the moment. Again. "Leo," she began nervously. "Are you okay? What are you thinking about? It's Chris, isn't it?" The man simply nodded but couldn't look at her. He knew it wasn't fair to her but he couldn't help it. "I can't count the many times we've lost him. And only because of his connection to the Shadow." He then began to sob quietly. "I just can't lose him again! The image of his death is still haunting me, you know." Phoebe patted him briefly on the arm, not really knowing what to say. "I do understand, Leo but what can we do now? What we know for sure is only that Chris must be in the underworld." Then she stopped and realized something. "Oh. I get it now. That's why we created this demonic base recently." She looked at Leo and waited for his reaction. Leo just nodded and buried his face in his hands. He only wanted his baby son back, for God's sake! "Yeah, that's why we did it," he confirmed sighing. Leo quickly decided to change the subject. "Have you heard from Paige meanwhile?" Phoebe shook her head. "No, not yet. And that worries me a bit. I know she's with Sam, yet still they've been busy the whole day by now." "I'm sure they're fine. If they need help, they'll come to us. Whatever their problem is, we can only wait. This goes also for our new demonic network." He sighed. "I just hope they'll find him soon." The middle sister simply nodded but then shrieked a bit as the boys' kitten appeared out of nowhere. "Whoa, where did she come from? What's going on?" she asked confused and looked at Leo. Yet Leo ignored her and locked his gaze with the cat. He could read in them and then startled Phoebe as well by yelling, "Piper! Wyatt! We need to go!" And for sure, his wife and son appeared but he only gestured to the basement. "And what about me?" Phoebe requested curiously as she saw the three of them turn to it. "You'll look for Paige," Leo said determined. "If need be, we'll call for you or let you know where we are, okay?" "Got it," she concluded and accepted the deal. "You three speak with the Shadow while I check on the news or my office to find Paige and Sam." Phoebe walked around to do just that and the family went to the basement. IN THE CITYHaving nearly reached the mysterious studio, all were startled as Paige's cell phone rang. The youngest Charmed One sighed and quickly answered it. The men watched her confused as she whispered furiously into her cell, and then she simply closed it. "It was only Phoebe, and she wanted to know where we are. She wants to help," she only explained and the men accepted this. "Should we wait for her?" Sam asked his daughter but she shook her head. "Okay, it's your choice." "Who's Phoebe?" JD wanted to know curiously. "One of my older sisters. She wants to come and help us." Paige looked at JD. "I think it's up to you if we should wait for her." He nodded. "Okay then. She should be here soon." "Paige? Sam?" came her voice from a close distance. "We're here," Sam replied and quickly took her hand, pulled her to the others. "Hi Phoebe. So nice you decided to join us." "Very funny. So what we're dealing with?" Paige told her the cliff note version of the story and her older sister agreed to the plan. To her surprise, she quickly hugged JD and got a vision which she didn't want to share. "Well, let's go then," she said and opened the door. "Ah, I'm honored, I think," a voice said, greeting the four of them. "Charmed and whitelighter powers. Do you really think you can kill me? I'm known to be quick." JD was the only one to see the fireball in Vaklav's hand. "No!" he yelled and sprang in its direction. He sacrificed himself for the Halliwells and hoped to get a reward. Sam was shocked. "JD!" he whispered in tears and felt immense pain. "Oh no. He's captured more lost innocents. We should free them." "He's right," Phoebe agreed quickly and whispered to her younger sister, "I have an idea: Call for his camera and then take a photo! Quick, quick!" Paige was stunned for a second but did as told. "Camera!" she called and the camera vanished to her hands. Then she used it to take a photo and Vaklav was gone for good. "Finally. I'm so sorry for JD, Dad." "It's okay. I think he wanted to be killed since JD was out of place and time," Sam said and sighed. "And now tell me about Chris and then we part. Again." The two Charmed Ones looked at each other before telling Sam Wilder the whole and complex story. He listened carefully and promised to keep his eyes open as well before orbing away. Phoebe and Paige followed suit and orbed back to the Manor. TBC............
Hope that goes well with you that I postponed the original episode a bit. As well as building up a demonic base in the underworld. lol COMMENTS ANYONE? Next time: Underworld Hunts

My longer weekend has arrived and yet I'm still tired, because we changed our time again. From summer to winter time. This is so annoying, btw. To Tim: Yup, the Shadow I created myself and still proud of it. Though I used a part of the show. lol 14. Underworld HuntsIN A LAIRChris was sitting in a cage, again. He was playing with some toys but observed silently the cave and the demons passing by. Some didn't even bother to look at him but others scanned him directly and vanished then just as fast. That confused him but didn't dare to say a word. However, Dumain noticed this and turned to the boy. "Chris, what have you seen? C'mon, you can tell me. I'm a friend of yours." Chris scoffed at this. "Yeah, right," he said, heavy with sarcasm. "Why am I in a cage? What'd you want from me?" "You're our leverage against your family since the switch didn't work," Dumain explained and knelt down. "You see, Billie and her sister Christy are a threat to your Mom and aunts." Chris simply nodded and looked at the two blonde sisters. "Got it. Why always me?" he asked shyly. "Well," Dumain went on. "You have a special place in your family's heart, because of something you did before. But that would take too long to explain." Someone cleared their throat behind him. It was Christy. "Never mind. I need to speak with the sisters. Just play with your toys, Chris." He turned to the young woman. "What's up?" Christy guided him away from the cage. "As I've heard from some friends of mine, two of the three were here. It looked like they were making contacts." She looked at her mentor. "What do you think they did that for?" Dumain looked back at the boy. "Maybe they want to free him and these demons should find him. I don't know but I'm sure we'll soon find out." Billie came over and looked at the two. "What's going on? What are you talking about?" "Nothing too important. Just train your powers," Dumain said and smiled at her. "You both need to be prepared for this battle." "Should we give them a taste of power?" Christy asked curiously and took her sister's hand quickly. "To let them know what they're dealing with." "Good idea," Dumain agreed fast. "We should find a demon which is hard to vanquish. Like a Noxon, for example. Send one of your friends to find one!" Christy nodded and stormed away. Her sister was just confused but continued her training, anyway. Their mentor, Dumain, however, was pleased with his coaching and continued his 'chat' with the boy, yet Chris wouldn't listen this time. MANOR, BASEMENTLeo guided his family to the Shadow where, as expected, a demon was waiting for them. The cat sat at its side watching. It was one of the demons they had recruited. "Alright, what have you found out?" he just asked glaring. "Well, we may have found a lair with a high activity in it. There was also a cage with a young boy, and it's your son," the demon said and looked at the Halliwells. "Are you really sure?" Piper wanted to know afraid and took hold of her eldest even more. "Do you know this lair?" "Yes, to both. Some of us are still watching the lair, unnoticed hopefully." Leo nodded. "What else have you seen? Every little detail could help us, you know. It could protect us from unknown surprises which Billie & Co. had already shown us. So tell us!" The demon accepted nodding. "I think I understand. Never mind, back to what I saw in that cave. Two blonde witches, the Jenkins sisters, and a demon named Dumain were in training but this Dumain always speaks with your son—for whatever reason. Still, your boy was afraid. And some more demons strolled in and out, like they reported to them." The eldest Charmed One sighed but her son got impatient now. Wyatt took the demon's hand and spoke quickly, "Can you lead us the way? I need my baby brother back!" "Sure, can do. That's why I came here in the first place." The demon looked nervously at the cat who watched him too closely, from time to time. "Anyway, can we go now?" Piper held one finger up. "One second only. I just want to leave a note for my sisters behind." The demon sighed not happily, making her men laugh but she just glared at them. "Never mind. It was only to let them know where we are and besides, I think we'll need their help later on." "Okay. Then we only look onto it now, consider our options and then return here. Everyone agreed?" The family nodded eagerly and the demon took Leo's hand. The other hand grabbed his wife's hand who still held their boy within her grip. Leo gave him another nod and the demon finally shimmered with the Halliwells away. UNDERWORLD, PASSAGESWhen they reformed in the underworld, Wyatt quickly stumbled away and held his mouth what earned him confused looks from his parents. Wyatt turned to them and simply said, "It's his way of moving. Not going well." "Oh," Leo finally realized. "White and dark magic don't go well together. Orbing and shimmering collided here." The explanation seemed to help. "Right," Piper concluded and turned to their friend. "Can you show us the way without being seen by our enemies?" "Sure. Can do. Follow my lead," the demon offered and started to go in the needed direction. The family followed like dogs but Wyatt slowly became excited. His sensing powers could feel his brother's presence coming closer but tried to keep it a secret. He didn't want to alert anyone or any demon. Their ally gestured to be quiet as they approached the bright lit cave. The four of them gathered around the entrance and just watched the 'show'. Little did they know that they were meant to see it. However, they'd also learn. WITHIN THE CAVEChristy smiled as she noticed the observers. Smirking, she went to her mentor and whispered into his ear, "We have some guests. Should we start the show?" Dumain looked around: to the entrance, to the cage and to Christy as well as Billie. "It looks like. Have you found a Noxon for the vanquish?" Christy nodded and took her sister's hand quickly. "Got one, and we're ready to show them our powers. One question still." "What?" "They know Billie but only heard of us. I think we should introduce ourselves. They should know who they're dealing with," Christy explained fast and looked at him. Dumain thought about it and agreed. "So we do it. I'll move with the boy in the back, and now show them what you can do!" He took the boy out of his cage and vanished from view. Billie was a bit confused as to what was going on but let her older sister guide her. "Christy, what are we doing? What show do you mean? I don't get it." "You'll see soon." Christy guided her to the Noxon. "See, that's a demon which is hard to vanquish. Only we can do it. Together." "What has he done?" "Nothing bad yet but he certainly will in the future. That's all that matters right now. So, are you ready?" Her younger sister nodded. "Right, take my hand and let our powers combine!" The powers were immense and the Noxon had no chance. He was killed immediately and there was only a pile of ash left. "Wow, that was cool," Billie said impressed. "The Charmed Ones will have no chance against us, I think." "Indeed." Christy turned to the entrance. "Did you have fun, Piper? We know you're here." The eldest Charmed One revealed herself. "Fine, you got me. What was that?" "Our combined powers. Really great, isn't it? By the way, my name's Christy, Billie's older sister and I was trained by someone," she said and yelled. "Dumain!" Dumain appeared right next to the Jenkins with Chris in his arms. "See, I have your son and he trusts me now. You'll never get him back!" Piper was very close to blow him up but her baby would get hurt as well. "Never say never with the Halliwells! We'll get Chris back, I promise you." She turned around and walked back. Passing by the others, they followed her quickly and shimmered away back home. Dumain and Christy were pleased but Billie smirked only. Their power strike had been impressive, and the Halliwells will now know for sure what the 'ultimate' battle would mean for them—and their offspring. BACK AT THE MANORPhoebe and Paige were waiting for their family to come home wherever they were. As the door from the basement opened and a furious Piper stormed out, the younger sisters immediately stood up and looked at each other confused. Their sister was followed by her husband and son, and at least a demon. "What's going on?" Paige wanted to know curiously and stopped her eldest sister's pacing. "Piper, what have you found out?" Piper glared up at her and stated angrily, "We were noticed watching their lair, and Billie and her sister Christy, by the way, demonstrated their powers for me and killed a Noxon demon who is very hard to vanquish! And while this all happened, Christy's mentor Dumain held Chris in his arms, stating that my baby boy now trusts him! As if." "Oh, okay," Phoebe only said and hugged her older sister briefly. Then she turned to their demonic ally. "What's a Noxon demon? Can you answer this?" The demon sighed and looked down. "As I've heard, but that's just rumors, the Noxon demons were, or are demons which are used for experiments—by demons and other things. That's why they are too hard to vanquish. As you could see, only by the ultimate power." "Just great," Paige said in the end. "Any idea how to get Chris back now? I mean they know about our little demonic base in the underworld. No offense." "None taken." The demon sighed anew and thought about a new strategy, along with the Halliwells. "If we distract them, you could free your boy." "They know about our alliance," Leo put in knowingly but the others were confused. "It was the way they talked before you stepped in, Piper. I bet Christy has enough demonic friends there. I'd say we'd need some extra help, again." "You don't mean Cole, do you?" Phoebe asked and Leo nodded. "Wonderful." "He might be our only chance." "Along with the Twice-Blessed child," the demon suggested, deep in thought and all turned to him in shock. "I mean, didn't you say that your sons have a deep brotherly connection?" Again a nod. "Right, we should build on this." "Wow. Where did you learn this from?" Paige said impressed and got a glare from the demon in return. She ignored it. "Anyway, what do we do if we use their connection for us?" "I still say we could use Cole again," Piper cut in, agreeing with her husband. "I bet he'd love to haunt down the 'ultimate' power, and besides, he'd be a good distraction." "I agree," the demon said nodding. All turned to him again. He sighed and explained, "Well, if the former Source comes, as a ghost or otherwise, Dumain and the Jenkins would want revenge as well. I mean, Cole Turner had also killed the Triad before as you remember." "Wonderful. We killed them and so did Cole," the middle sister summed up and sighed. "Well, how do we approach now our enemies?" "Leo and I are going to talk to Wyatt and then summon Cole while you three speak with each other and figure out how to free Chris from them," Piper demanded determined and shoved her son and husband up the stairs. The demon and the younger Charmed Ones were baffled but did as told. Sitting down, the demon conjured a map of the underworld and showed them the cave. And also explained how well guarded it is at the moment.
ATTICAs soon as they entered, Piper took charge and ordered, "Leo, you talk with Wyatt about Chris and their bond as well as prepare him for the underworld battles." Leo rolled his eyes. "I, meanwhile, call Cole hopefully and ask him if he may help us again." "Mommy," Wyatt cut in quickly. "Me ready. Know about demons. Want to help Chris!" "We know, buddy," his father said and hugged his eldest boy tightly. "We want your brother back just as much as you do, you know. The world isn't the same without him, right?" His son nodded. "Now listen to me and you'll be safe." Piper smiled at the two and wished her baby was back. She wiped one tear away. Sighing, she concentrated on her task and yelled, "Hey Cole, we could use your help again. As a distraction for the 'ultimate' power! Please." There was silence for some time but then the wanted figure appeared, dressed quite formal like always. "Wow, didn't know I was that wanted nowadays," Cole said in greeting and smiled. "So, what's up?" "Well," Piper began a bit nervously. "We know where the lair is but we'd need a good distraction. Since you had killed the Triad once before, well, you could provoke them enough until we'll free Chris." Cole rubbed his hands in glee. "That's great. Finally some good work for me. You mentioned the 'ultimate' power again?" "Yeah, you see we built a demonic base down in the underworld for now and the future. Anyway, one of these demons came to us and reported that they found the lair. We went there and were found out, though only me. I was shown how powerful they are by killing a demon who couldn't be killed before and I was introduced to Billie's sister Christy and her mentor Dumain." "You're pissed, Piper," Cole observed and watched the eldest sister knowingly. "What was said down there?" A vase exploded. "I was told that my baby boy now trusted them instead of us, yet I can't believe it! I know my boy!" "Yeah, so do I," Leo quickly added and took Wyatt in his arms. "We do know that we need to rely on their brotherly bond and their powers—to free Chris. What do you think, Cole?" Again the former Source was pleased. "Anything. When do we start?" he just asked happily. "Our informant is still here, so we could go," Leo suggested and looked at his wife. "I bet they wouldn't expect a second attack so soon. It might be our only chance." Cole agreed immediately. "Let's go then! I'd like to see this 'ultimate power' for real. Let's see if they want to battle a former upper level demon and the former Source! Ha, I'd like to see their faces." Piper was amused. "I see you're very eager to get to know and kill them. What got your interest, by the way?" Cole now looked at the eldest Charmed One openly. "To be honest, your sons. I saw what they did when they were here, back in time. Helping each other, though they had differences. Wyatt and Chris are the future—for all of us." Leo and Piper didn't know what to say. His speech, however, had the wanted effect on the family and the three of them got up and walked back to the living room where the other three were still talking. LIVING ROOM"Alright, we've got him and he's very eager," Piper announced proudly as she returned with husband and son. The other three stood up. "Have you made a good plan to distract them?" The demon held a hand up. "May I speak?" Piper nodded. "We three came to the conclusion that we should use your just created demonic base. I, or we, know the risk but don't worry, we stand loyal by your side." Phoebe raised a skeptical eyebrow. "Really? If we use you now, what about the future help for our kids?" "Trust me, there'll be plenty of us to go on for years." The youngest sister had enough. "Stop! We can discuss this later. Right now, we should concentrate on freeing Chris—for good." "You're right," Piper quickly agreed and grabbed the demon's hand. Her sisters, husband and son took the other one fast. "You shimmer us back to the cave and call the others for help. We'll keep waiting. And now go!" The demon did as told and soon the complete Halliwells and their fellow demon were back where they started. Now it was time to act.
UNDERWORLDWhen they reformed, Wyatt and Paige had some trouble to adjust. You know, good and bad magic—not well together. Anyway, the demon once again shimmered away and called onto the others for help. It took some time but all members of their demonic alliance appeared and bowed slightly. Piper looked at her family and then quietly spoke up, "Thank you for coming and helping us. I know, normally we fight against each other but for the moment, the 'ultimate power' has taken over and they got my son. Please, help us!" All looked at each other briefly before their familiar demon said, "We had agreed on this rescue mission before and we stand to our word, Charmed Ones. We're ready to fight!" "Thanks," the eldest sister said and with a bit of fear shook his hand. Then she took a deep breath and demanded, "Alright then, let's get started!" All demons nodded and took their positions around the cave, waiting for the signal to come from within. INSIDEIt was quiet in the cave; the only noises were coming from Chris's toys. The Jenkins sisters looked at their mentor for help. Dumain, however, was not pleased as he felt that something big was going on but he couldn't name it. "Hey, looking for some trouble?" said a familiar voice for Dumain who looked around in shock. "Oh, interesting, I'm already known." "It's not possible," Dumain said astonished. "You're dead for several years, killed by the Charmed Ones. How are you back?" "Long story, and I know my life well enough. Thank you very much. Ah, I forgot to mention: I killed the Triad as well." "Who is this guy?" Billie asked curiously and pointed to the ghost. Her older sister, for once, had to agree with her. "So, how could you have killed the Triad?" Cole smirked at the blonde sisters, from which one was the living cliché. "You know if I could, I'd show you as it seems to me, you're still a newbie." He began slowly to walk toward the cage and prepared himself for the signal. Dumain, however, at first answered the question, "This is, or was, Belthazor, half demon, half human. In the human world known as Cole Turner, was married to Phoebe Halliwell and killed by the sisters twice. Did I leave anything out, Cole?" There was clapping. "Great," Cole said and slowly moved a crystal away what worked quite well. He smirked and looked at the three people, "Well, we should test out if my powers are still there." A fireball appeared in his hand. "Oh, it seems it still is. Let's play a bit!" The fireball went directly to the three but Dumain let it explode. The signal. As if on cue, all hell broke loose, quite literally. Several potion vials flew in from the entrances and demons were killed. Meanwhile Cole freed toddler Chris who watched him curiously only but let himself be taken. Whistling, the others retreated while the ghost and Chris vanished into thin air. Too late, Dumain realized what was going on and that all had been a distraction. "Damn them!" he yelled out loud furiously. "How could we be so blind? Damn Halliwells!" "Dumain, what's going on?" Christy asked and then looked at the empty cage. "Oh. What now?" "Give me some time to think," her mentor ordered and began to walk away. "You two train your powers and try to become friends within the magical world. You only have demons." And he was gone just as fast. Christy sighed and looked at her younger sister who was obviously confused. "C'mon, let's go and sit down for a while. We need to find a new strategy for our battle." Billie obeyed like a robot. "Okay," she simply said. "What's the magical world and our next step to stop the Charmed Ones?" A book appeared out of nowhere in Christy's lap. "Thanks Dumain," she whispered gratefully. "Anyway, this book helps us. After that, we should meet them face-to-face. What do you say?" Her sister nodded. "Great. Let's study then." The two sisters read the book fascinated but was astonished them was the mass of the magical people. Hopefully, they won't lose the overview. Still, it was a huge world and they would get to know all. AT THE MANORWhen the family reformed, Piper immediately stepped forward and waited impatiently for the ghost. A look around her that all seemed to be relieved, yet all would be really happy when Chris would be in their arms, again. "Hey there. Waiting for us?" asked a familiar voice and giggling was heard. "See, even your little boy is happy." "Chris!" shouted Wyatt's excited voice and wanted to play with his baby brother right now. "Chris, play with me!" Chris watched his family nervously and gnawed on his bottom lip before trusting his big brother and wanted to be let down by Cole what he did. Playing with his brother was definitely more fun than being just watched. Smiling after the fleeing brothers, Cole decided to wake the family up who still were like frozen. He snapped his fingers and all woke up. "Finally," he simply said. "I thought you were statues." Piper took Leo's hand quickly. "Cole, where are the boys? Tell me, please." She was nervous and all they had done recently could have been noughted. "Don't worry. They're only playing outside. Since you were like frozen, Wyatt decided that Chris and he would play meanwhile. They missed each other." "Okay," Leo said and took Cole's hand. "Thanks for helping us again, Cole. We owe you so much." Cole immediately shook his head. "No, you owe me nothing. This is for the future, and I like your boys, by the way. No, it was part of my huge debts, so we're even." "Still," Piper went on. "We thank you." She smirked at him. "And now excuse us, we're going to play with our boys outside." She grabbed Leo's hand and quickly guided him to the garden. An awkward silence followed the exit. The former demon watched the younger Charmed Ones amused, yet his curiosity got the best of him. "So, how's life? Anything anew?" he asked smiling. Paige smiled as well. "It's a bit on hold but that's okay, I think. Chris is too important for this family, you know. Anyway, I should call onto Henry and let him know that everything is okay by now." And she was gone as well. Phoebe watched her former lover in quite awe. "Thank you, Cole. Once again, you helped us with Chris and the Triad. I could see that you were happy with annoying them." "Yeah, I'm always out for fun." He became serious again. "Shall I tell you anything I know about this Dumain? I know him from before." "Tell me anything you know," Phoebe said and stroked over his cheek. "And also your advice for our next steps." The former demon sat down and told his former wife anything he knew which was a lot, given his age and knowledge. And his advice for the family was only to be careful and watch the magical world as well. This got Phoebe's attention and she nodded. This was more Paige's field but all would like to know that. Cole vanished slowly while she stood up and told the new information her sisters. TBC.....

To Tim: Yup, at least I don't have to worry about the payment of the stars I use. 15. Elfs, Fairies & Many More STILL MANORPhoebe walked back to the dining and called onto her family, "Guys, come quick! We need to talk, especially you, Paige." There were orbs coming from two sides. "Whoa. This is a bit too fast." "Well, you're asked for it," came Paige's answer as she reformed. On the other side of the table, Piper, Leo and their sons did. "Hey there. Did you have fun outside?" The boys nodded very eagerly but their parents stopped their force. "We did, Paige," Piper said and turned to the middle sister. "What is it you want to talk about, Pheebs?" "Well," she began nervously. "Cole suggested that we should keep an eye on the magical world since the Jenkins don't know about them, yet. I think, he's right and it's even more Paige's field." She grinned at her younger sister. Paige smacked her older sister not amused. "I was planning a date with Henry, thank you very much. Great, more work for me! And what shall I do, sis?" Leo cut in quickly. "No, it's a good idea and you, Paige, have the best contacts in the magical world." Then he grinned at her as an idea hit him. "And the best way to get in their good grace is to use the boys. We'd even allow you to take them." The youngest sister rolled her eyes. "Okay," she concluded sighing. Taking her nephews from their parents, she stood up and began to walk away slowly. "And what about Henry?" she whined once again. "We'll speak with him, promise," Piper said smiling at her baby sister. "You do have the best contacts. Just be careful, okay?" "Yes Mom!" came three instant replies, making the others laugh. When they were gone, Piper turned back to her other sister knowingly, "I bet you want to talk to Coop as well. You haven't seen him for a while." She twinkled her eye grinning. "Is there anything going on we need to know about?" Phoebe gave her an incredulous look. "This is so you," she said half amused. "You wanna be an aunt as well. Like Leo, an uncle." She sighed. "I'll talk to him. You should invite Henry to the Manor, so the men have their private talk about manly stuff." "Good idea," Piper agreed smiling. "Hey!" Leo yelled not happily. "You should call them, by the way, if you want to get rid of us!" The eldest sister briefly kissed her husband and then stood up, ready to call Paige's friend and to invite him. She decided to call his office with inviting him over and get to know him a little better as well. Phoebe, meanwhile, called for her Cupido, "Coop! Coop! We could need your help!" A heart appeared and revealed the tall man. "What is it, Phoebe? I was kind of busy. Care to share with your lover?" Phoebe rolled her eyes. "Very funny. Henry's coming over and you three men may go to some games if you want to or anything else while Piper and I work on the 'ultimate' power and battle." Coop sighed but then said, "Okay. Where's Paige and the kids, by the way?" "Keeping our contacts to the magical world open, with the kids as our future, you know." "I'll do the same until Henry's here. Until then!" Piper then joined her sister and waited for Henry's ringing which came quick. She let him in and Leo joined them as well and the men were fast deepened in typical men talks. The two sisters grinned at them. It was more of fun when Coop completed the trio. 'THE LITTLE PEOPLE'As Paige and the kids formed in front of all the little people, they were up in arms. What was going on? She whistled loud to get their attention. "Alright guys, what got you so upset?" she asked kneeling down and putting the boys on their feet. Running around, Wyatt and Chris greeted the dwarfs, elfs and all around them. "Funny," they said and were quickly occupied with those just as little as they are. One dwarf sighed and spoke, "Well, we got a visit from two blonde women who are very annoying, by the way. They said they wanted to get to know us and be our friends, you know. It was weird." "How weird?" Paige wanted to know curiously and pressed on. "What did they ask?" A fairy came forward and whispered, "All about us and our connection to you. It seems as if they were about to break it." "I see." The fairy and dwarf looked at the playing boys and then at Paige. "We adore you and help you the best way we can, you know. The boys are the future, especially Chris. He'd done so much." "Yeah," Paige added sadly. "Anyway, so where did they go to next?" "If I remember right," the dwarf said and watched Paige closely. "The gnomes, satyrs, nymphs and ogres—maybe. Does this help?" "It does. Thank you." Paige stood up and called her nephews. "Wyatt! Chris! C'mon boys, we need to go." Two orb clouds formed next to her and she took their hands. Orbing away, the fairy and dwarf looked at each other and their looks said that they hoped all went well. For the future and all. MORE MAGICAL PEOPLEBillie and Christy were astonished that the magical world was so huge! Though the little people, some of them, were not with them, meaning their arguments fell on deaf ears. Yet Christy did all the talking and now they visited the next group. "Who are you and how did you find us?" one gnome said angrily and crossed his arms over the chest. The others of the large group did the same. The Jenkins sisters shared a look before Christy spoke up, "Well, we've known the Halliwells for a short time but we're witches as well. And we want to know other magical beings." "I see." Another orb cloud formed and revealed Paige and the Charmed kids. "Oh, thank God, you're here," the satyr said smiling. "They're very annoying, by the way." "Hey, we haven't even spoken about anything yet," Christy protested furiously and Billie quickly agreed nodding. "You see......" "Stop! Not another word," Paige cut in and held a hand up. "We know that you can twist anything in a way it's not true. So, back off!" Billie's jaw dropped. "How do you know the strategy? I mean, what are you doing here?" The youngest Charmed One just gave her a look. "We can guess well. Besides, we already know them." She turned to her nephews. "Wyatt, protect your baby brother while I speak with these two." Her nephew nodded and raised his bubble. "Right. And now to you. What's going on?" "We don't have to answer you," Christy quickly cut in and guided her sister back. "We are witches too and have every right to get to know all magical beings." Paige crossed her arms over the chest. "True, but why so late? Christy, you were trained and raised by the Triad. Didn't they teach you anything? Or show them to you? Before you ask, I'm only curious." However, Christy had other plans all of a sudden. "I think it's better we leave now since this plot has been useless as it seems. Good bye." And then they were gone. Wyatt dropped his bubble and took his brother's hand. "Auntie Pai, home?" "Soon, Wyatt. At first we have to visit some stinky persons and then we'll go, I promise. I'm sure you'll both love this place," she explained them smiling. "Now are you ready to go?" Her nephews nodded very eagerly. "Okay." Grabbing their hands, she orbed away and landed right into..... A BIG PUDDLEPaige, of course, was not amused but her nephews were and jumped up and down immediately, making her even more dirtier. She glared at them, yet Wyatt and Chris just grinned at her. "Uh, hello Charmed One," said a deep voice and a tall ogre appeared smiling. "Hi boys!" "Hi!" they greeted him like little angels they were. "Uh, hello," Paige replied and orbed the dirt away. "Anyway, I'm here to ask you if you support us when it comes to the 'ultimate' battle. You heard of it?" The tall ogre nodded. "Two set of sisters will fight and whoever wins, will have some freedom of demons for some years." "Really?" the youngest Charmed One asked astonished. "Rumor or fact?" "Both if you ask me. And I can assure you my help in the upcoming battle. And now excuse me, I'm kind of busy." He shimmered away. "What kind of job does he have?" Paige wondered out loud. Wyatt pulled at his aunt's hand. "Auntie, home. Both hungwy." "Alright, let's go. I bet your Mom and Dad are already worried about you." She took their hands again and orbed back home. After all, Henry was waiting for her and they wanted a special dinner.
BACK AT THE MANORAs an orb cloud formed, Phoebe jumped up in relief. "Oh, thank God, you're back and healthy," she said and waited for her sister and nephews to reform. When they did, she went on, "Piper was nearly ready to summon you back. Why are you so dirty, Paige? And the boys too?" "Well, we talked to an ogre and he lives in a swamp. Orbing in, we landed in a big puddle and our little nephews decided to jump up and down. Though I orbed some away but they went on. That's why I'm so dirty. So, where are Piper and Leo?" "Attic." And promptly their nephews orbed away, to their parents, obviously. "Great," Paige stated amused. "And I thought the dirt was gone already. Anyway, any word from our men? I mean Henry must have called." Before Phoebe could answer, there was a yell coming from above. "Paige!" came Piper's angry voice. "Why are my boys covered in dirt? Come up right now!" "You with me?" Paige asked Phoebe and held her hand out. Her older sister took it and both orbed upstairs. "Hi," she grinned at her oldest sister innocently. "I don't know what you're talking about." Leo had to hide his laughter but his wife's glare stopped him. Speaking of, Piper replied, "Very funny. So tell me what's happened since you left?" "Well, we managed to convince all little people and even met the Jenkins sisters briefly. Then we decided to meet an ogre as well and that's why we're so dirty," Paige explained and nodded to herself. "Wait. You met them?" Phoebe requested stunned and her younger sister nodded. "What were they doing?" "Obviously the same we did." Paige shrugged and looked at Piper. "What now?" "Are you crazy to meet an ogre?! They're dirty and live mainly in a swamp. No wonder you got dirty!" This time Leo couldn't hide his laughter anymore. His wife now turned to him. "You find this funny? Then you can bath our boys right now." "Sure. No problem," Leo said and grabbed his sons' hands quickly, leading them to the bathroom. It'd be fun, for sure. "Okay," Piper then said and turned back to her sisters. "Paige, anything else you've found out from the magical world? Could be useful." "Oh, by the way, Henry's called for several times." She got a glare but Phoebe continued, "Sorry, I forgot to mention this. You should call him back as soon as we've finished this talk." She didn't mention his brief visit here and the men's talk. Paige sighed. "Right. And there was nothing else, I'm afraid, yet it seemed that the magical world only helps us because of the boys, mainly Chris." Another deep sigh. "That means we owe him more than we could offer." She looked up in the end. "And now excuse me, I need to phone Henry." The youngest sister walked away. Phoebe nodded, wanting to do the same. "I should let Coop know about our progress. Maybe he could help us as well." She looked at her older sister in thoughts. "Do you think we should let our men know about the adult boys?" "When it's time, I think," Piper replied, also deep in thoughts. "Anyway, I should see what my men are doing. The bathroom could be under water right now." Phoebe chuckled and walked to the living room, calling her Cupido and hoping he'd help them in the upcoming battle.
MAKING PLANSPaige was playing with the phone as she spoke with her boyfriend, "Yeah, I'm fine and you'll get to know all of my work soon. But we should make other plans as well, you know. Like our wedding, for example, because I love you really and forever, Henry." "Oh wow," came Henry's voice to her ear. He also didn't mention his visit at the Manor which would be his secret for a while. "Did you just suggest what I think you did? And I love you too, naturally." He grinned. "When should we do it then? I mean, your family is not easy." "I know," she replied but then again. "Maybe we should conspire with Phoebe and Coop. It'd thrill Piper but please the boys, I'm sure. They're sweet little devils." "I can imagine." Henry laughed now. "Alright, but include me when it'll be concrete. So, bye." "Will do, baby and bye." Paige laid the phone back and sighed anew. She walked a bit around and then sat down on a chair, waiting for anyone to come to her. Meanwhile, in the living room, Phoebe had reached Coop again who came immediately. She wanted to kiss him but they had other problems at hand. "Phoebe, why did you call me again? What's going on?" Coop asked concerned and guided her to the couch. He sat down beside her. "Phoebe!" "What? Oh sorry, I was dreaming," she quickly apologized and looked up at him. "We'd like to keep in touch with the magical world—through you and our own contacts, of course. So you going to help us?" He gave her a rather quizzical look. "What do you think? Of course, I'll help you." He smiled then, because he could sense Paige's plan. "What do you think about marriage, Phoebe?" "Ma....marriage?" Phoebe was in shock. "Where did you get this crazy idea from? And why all of a sudden? Not that I mind, at all." Coop smiled even brighter. "From your sister Paige, and I think it's high time by now. And besides, we've known each other for so long now." He kissed her forehead lovingly. "You can never know how this 'ultimate battle' will go out in the end. I just don't want to lose you and my new extended family." "Oh Coop. That's..... ." She stopped but then smiled. "You're not suggesting that we should make a double wedding, are you? Piper will kill us—this time for real, I promise you." "I can imagine." Coop shuddered a bit at this image. "Anyway, think about Wyatt and Chris! They'd be happy to attend to two weddings as 'ring boys', don't you think?" Phoebe smiled at him. "That's a great idea. Plus, we shouldn't forget about Daddy. He'll be thrilled as well, because he now even sees Paige as his daughter." She began to walk and dragged Coop with her. "Let's join Paige. She's all alone." Coop nodded and both soon found Paige, sat beside her and began to make plans. It won't be easy but they could make it work, Henry included. And it'd be secret for as long as they could offer. BATHROOMFor 20 minutes, Leo had some trouble to put his sons into the bathtub but they were finally in. Now Wyatt and Chris discovered the fun in splashing the water, making their father slowly wet. "Boys, please," Leo begged and tried to wash his eldest son. "I'm all for fun too but this is enough!" Chris, however, gnawed on his bottom lip and looked at his Daddy with puppy dog eyes. "Dada, pway wif us." "No buddy, I'm sorry. You're dirty and I can see that you're tired as well. So, no offense, play time is over!" The young boy was ready to cry what his big brother saw. Looking at his Daddy, Wyatt had an idea and immediately tried it out. Holding his hands in the water, he produced some orbing lights and combined with the water, well, let's just say: his baby brother was fascinated. Even Leo was but quickly used this as a distraction to clean his baby son. "See, all already done," he declared proudly and pulled Chris out of the water where he was taken out of his arms. "Wha'? Piper?" "Yeah, it's me. Surprise, surprise. Anyway," she started only. "I finish Chris while you work on Wyatt. You're already half there with cleaning them!" She turned to the small table they had in the room. Leo sighed not happily but then whispered in Wyatt's ear, "She's your mother, so don't complain!" His son giggled but he received a slap. "Ouch. Sorry." "Mmh, no wonder which son takes after whom," the mother simply stated and had finished her baby boy in double quick time. "See, Daddy and Wyatt are still busy. How about we play meanwhile?" "Piper!" Leo protested amused. "That's not fair! I did the whole work, and now you earn the result." Abruptly he stood up and gave his wife the wet sponge. "Here, have fun!" And he took Chris now. "Fine." She smirked at him and began to wash her son while her husband smiled behind her amused and played with his baby son. Chris giggled even more and opened the brothers' special way of talking. 'Mommy and Daddy funny. Like us.' 'Yeah,' his brother agreed. 'No wonder we're neurotic, or something else Mommy called big you!' Out loud he said, "Mommy, I'm clean. Can I go out?" Piper quickly spun around. "Of course. Come here," she said and took him out. Dressing him, she asked, "What do you want to do next, boys?" Wyatt put his forefinger on his chin, thinking. "Well, I'm reading Chris a story while you two play a bit. Like Ludo or Scrabble." The parents looked baffled at each other before curiously watching how Wyatt took Chris's hand and led him to their shared room. There they sat down on Wyatt's bed where the older boy began to read Chris's favorite bedtime story. LATER, WITH PIPER & LEOMother and father were indeed playing, like their son had suggested. Yet one of the two was still a bit angry and so she asked bluntly, "Did Wyatt just put us off of our parental duties, Leo? What'd you think?" The man shook his head. "No, I think it's a normal progress. Wyatt's taking his role as a big brother a bit too seriously at the moment." He smiled at her and looked at his watch. "By the time now, I think the boys are sleeping on Wyatt's bed. Like little angels they are." "However, it's time to end the game and check on them. It's late, anyway." Leo agreed and Piper stood up as well. Both parents walked to their boys' room and, in fact, Wyatt and Chris had fallen asleep on Wyatt's bed. Together. Piper and Leo decided to do the same. TBC.....

I'm glad to see Leo involved in this storyline. No need to worry about budget cuts.
Good luck with your exam, Jana.
