Over the last couple of months, Tim and I have noticed that this site has started to succumb to "poll spam" -- People have been creating poll threads about "Favorite ______," often about something as minor as a hairstyle or outfit, in lieu of new discussion threads.
The Staff feel that these threads have become repetitive and are taking away from meaningful discussion, so polls have now been disabled for non-Staff Members across the site.
