Nice new beard, Sam.
Sam has a whole group he can call on now.
Poor Jack really isn't dealing with being human well, isn't he. Well, he had all these powers, and now he has none. I can see why the guy feels frustrated. Well, Cas is there to help him through this.
Quite a fake out with the Lucifer thing. At first you think he's alive, somehow. However, it was just his human host body. Michael's blade didn't kill it. We need more of these blades that can kill an Angel or demon, without killing a human being as well.
Hey, Danneel Ackles is back as Jo. I was wondering what had happened to her.
Wow, Sam really asserts himself. He declares that there will be no new King Of Hell, and all the surviving demons just up and run away.
So, Michael has decided to start recruiting monsters to his cause, whatever that is. And he is showing no signs of letting Dean go.
Nice to have the Winchesters and Co. back again.

I actually like Sam's beard. It suits him.
Loved Mary, and I liked AU Bobby and Jack.
It is funny, if someone who hasn't seen Supernatural in years, and started to join in again now, would just assume Bobby is still around if they didn't see the original die. I'd be the same, they need to try and tell them apart, this isn't our Bobby, but the AU one. I hope he does have signs of being different.

I would love to see the two Bobby's meet. We could see them compare their histories.

That would be very fun to see. I'd love that!
Anyone think Mary and Bobby could be a couple. I've seen online that people want this. But I'm not so sure, Jody liked Bobby before he died. So her seeing Bobby again will be hard.
Yes, Katie, I do like Sam's beard. I'm sure it will be gone once Dean is back though.

They did seem to be hinting that, it seemed.
Of course, this isn't the Bobby that Jody knew.

That's true, it isn't her Bobby.

No doubt this will be explained to Jody when they meet.
Surely that is in the pipeline.

That's right, and Jody is back in episode 3. So we'll hopefully see it then.

Not this week, but the one after. Can't wait to see it.

I look forward to it. And I believe this year we have a Halloween episode. About time. For a 14 season series now, I'm surprised we haven't had at least seven Halloween specials now.

We're getting a SPN Halloween episode this year.
Of course, one could argue that every day was Halloween for the Winchester clan.

Saw the premiere episode yesterday morning and thought it was okay.
Didn't mind Sam's beard although am not used it of course.
Felt sorry for Jack not having powers but nice to see him do something productive with Bobby training him.
Longtime seeing Castiel in episode one. Past couple of seasons he's normally not come back till episode 3.
Was expecting a phone call from Jody and co perhaps giving their input as to whether they'd managed to locate Dean but that could come later if Jody's in episode 3.
Do agree about the Lucifer cop out thing and have wondered why this angel exorcism wasn't seen or at least alluded to before if archangel blades were only introduced last season finale. Perhaps they might explain it this year or something.
Liked Mary and Bobby's interactions and the speech Cass gave Jack.
Hopefully, he'll stick around to help him.
Other than that a solid opener none the less.

That might happen. We need to see Jody and the Wayward Sisters before long.

I was the same expecting a call. We'll see that in episode 3. We're also expected to see all the ladies back in one episode later this season, no way they'll consider killing one of them off. That would upset.

I'm glad we'll get to see the WS in action. They missed out on their own show, so they get their shot here.
