Well so sad that Mel had to erase Niko from her life, but she has consequences with her real life and job. I hope Niko returns because she was the only love interest I liked. The others are pretty dull. So Rex 2.0 has his Hannah but it is a he and his son. Interesting. So Harry lives at the manor now. This episode played where nobody was vanquished, and one of those non-demon episodes the original did, only here we did get demons. So just nobody needing to be vanquished apart from Niko being removed from Mel's life. I actually felt bad for Lucy with Maggie lying. I'm kinda over that whole story. The Maggie/Parker story isn't interesting. Bring Niko back asap. I'm not crazy about Galvin and Parker, and wished they'd have gone away instead.

Did anyone notice this.
So Macy might be celebrating her birthday very soon on the show.

The sisters' love lives all completely unraveled in this episode. I never cared enough about Galvin and Parker to feel upset over that drama, but Mel and Niko's breakup was genuinely heartbreaking. The fact that it unintentionally cost Mel her job only adds salt to the wound. After this episode, I'm only angrier at Charity and the rest of the Elders. They literally set the sisters up for misery with their handling of Trip's death.

Mel was warned that changing history to prevent her and Niko from meeting would have ripple effects, and someone else getting her job was just one of them (Niko wasn't there to wake Mel up, so she missed her job interview and someone else got the job). I wonder how many other ripple effects are out there.
Furthermore, the change in time alerted neo-Rex that something big had happened. So this only helped put the Charmed Ones on his radar.
I can understand why Mel did it, to keep Niko safe, but it's cost her (and, indirectly, her sisters) dearly. Of course, Mel could have told Niko the truth, before telling her to back off. I wonder how Niko would have taken that.
So the shape shifter demon is the son of neo-Rex. More than just another mook then.
If you ask me, Maggie is much better off now that she's out of that group with Lucy and such. She can do better than those bunch of snobs.
Harry, dude, ever heard of knocking?
Interesting twist on white lighters here. When they became such, they lose all their memories of their human lives.
Yeah, nice going, Charity. The Elders are dicks in any reality, it seems.

I wonder how Niko would have taken that. Unlike the old show, magic actually has consequences in this one. The Veras can't just cast spells left and right to fix their problems like the Halliwells used to. Also, Harry saying that magic can never undo death felt like another unintentional Take That to the old show and how the sisters constantly died and got brought back to life by some deus ex machina (unless their name was "Prue," that is).

I must say I do agree in terms of actual consequences here in that they do seem to happen which I'm glad off although am sorry about what happened to Trip and Niko coincidentally.
The Elders here aren't as powerful as the original I think if Charity can be easily manipulated.
I also agree that their dicks here too.

Indeed, their decision here did have consequences. You mess with Father Time and Father Time is gonna mess with you, as Mel found out here. And, as I said, this has put Macy on neo-Rex's radar. Let's hope the sisters will be more careful about casting such powerful spells in the future.
I wonder if that was the reason this was put in. To tell people that, unlike the original series, here death actually counts!

I'm not convinced Niko is gone forever. The Actress is one of the billed series regulars. They wouldn't get rid of her after five episodes unless they thought the actress wasn't working?
Maybe she'll come back eventually, and the fate always supposed to lead her to the town regardless if she was with Mel or not.
I don't know about you guys, but Harry is growing on me. I'm also finding him to be so hilarious, and his scenes with the sisters always provide funny moments.
I thought it was sweet they like him living with them, and want him to feel apart of the family. I get the sense, they'll see Harry as their emotional father/uncle/older brother figure, over any of their real fathers who eventually show up.

I don't think so either. I'm sure Mel will find a way to get back together with her.
Me too. Looks like the girls seem him as a real friend.
