Nice to hear the backstory on how Shannen and Holly became friends. I liked hearing how the friendship grew over the years.

The biggest shock to hear was that Kernus wrote Shannen a letter of apology to her some years after her firing likely regretting his decision. Shannen may read it on her podcast. I hope she does.

The podcast was giving lots of tea on Alyssa Milano that will have to continue into Part 2 of Shannen's podcast with Holly.

I enjoyed the episode, all sorts of interesting tidbits such as season 2 being difficult to film because Alyssa started to get more competitive and even blocking Shannen from seeing Holly at the hospital.

Seems like the next episode is going be a lot "juicier" in terms of what really went down. She talks about the letter she got from Kernus and says she will be reading it. Sounds like he had a lot of regret in how he handled the situation so I'll be interested to hear more about that.

WOW! I'm blown away he did that. Even with his big ego, I guess that once Shannen was long gone, he saw what an asset she was and how horrible the show went on without her talent.

I wonder when he sent her the letter. It likely was whenever he was trying to get her to come back to the show. I know Shannen said at a past con she was asked back and declined due to the script.

It's too bad Kern didn't do this much sooner, maybe if he did, things could've been better.

I'd love for her to talk more about the script she saw about how she'd have returned, it would be cool to see where exactly during seasons 4-8 it was, and how they were planning on bringing Prue back.

I'm dying to know that too. I've always wondered if Prue could've been one of the zombies in S7 that came to haunt them. I wonder if she was asked back as early as S5 for the 100th episode where Paige could've gone back in time and got to meet Prue.

Hopefully we find out.

I always wondered if they wanted her back for season 8. Bought back to life and used as an enemy against her sisters, whilst also disrupting the power of three because now there are four of them, something similar happened in the comic books I think. But Shannen likely didn't want to come back as a "villain" and with season 8, the pay would have been much lower since everyone had to take pay cuts - then when Shannen declined they created Billie and Christy. Which could be why they just gave Prue's powers to Billie.
