The CW continues to go back on their promise of no breaks for their shows. The only new episodes we're gonna get this week are those of Supergirl and Kung-Fu. Everything else is either in reruns or preempted.
And it continues into next week. There will be no Batwoman or Charmed next Sunday, no Flash on the following Tuesday (but a new Supergirl will air that night). Nancy Drew is back on the following Wednesday (the 28th) and Batwoman and Charmed return the following Sunday (May 2nd).
The CW promised that there would be no breaks, in return for a shortened season. Why they're welshing, I have no idea.

Obviously, COVID'S a big reason in that they can't film as much even with safety precautions in place so they're spacing out the episodes then.
The reason for the breaks is so the programmes fill the CW'S yearly television roster of starting and ending 7 months apart so they get the most out of them. Of course, having break after break can be annoying for fans which could as been said here already make people not bother watching anything losing viewership for highly watched shows like Walker or Superman And Lois.

Yep, the chances with this are high. Hopefully, they could shorten the break and not always three weeks!

It's not the breaks in of themselves I'm complaining about. Rather the CW promised us no such breaks, and then went back on said promise.
Don't talk the talk, if you're not gonna walk the walk.

If they knew this, why didn't they just delay starting the show from January and start it a month later. I mean, I'm sure we could all have waited an extra month if it meant more back-to-back episodes.
But, I get COVID delays stuff. But, the CW never should have promised this to viewers.

That's true. Never make a promise which you can't keep!

Well if the network loses viewership then they've only got themselves to blame obviously.

I agree. If ratings drop. It's the CW's fault for killing and losing viewers to there big hits.

Well the CW is back to normal this coming week, albeit with some shows (Charmed for example), getting new time slots.

I need to watch two Supergirl episodes and the previous Batwoman and Walker episodes till I'm all caught up which perhaps with me not working tomorrow being a bank holiday I can do perhaps then.

Guess what, Walker fans, we're getting another three week break
Once again the CW welshes on its promise of no long breaks.
