Since no one can really travel because of the virus, I was wondering where we'd like to visit if there were no travel restrictions and if money was no object. If I could visit anywhere, I would love to visit Scandinavia, especially Finland, Sweden or Iceland. I've been fascinated by that part of the world ever since I was in fifth grade and had to do a report on Sweden for social studies. I like the culture and they're gorgeous countries, plus they have great rock music. Plus people have told me that tempermentally I'm more Scandinavian than Latin since I'm a reserved sort who doesn't like noise, big crowds or being around many people, and I love winter. What about everyone else?

Wouldn't mind going to Britain, where my ancestors came from.
Of course, I'll have to win the lottery first!

Britain is another place I'd love to visit, we were London last year but I want to see more of the country. In general I prefer cold weather places to anywhere hot, I hate the heat. I look at pictures of Scandinavia or northern Canada during wintertime and I want to go, that's how much I hate the heat.

Come up here in the middle of winter. No heat to be found.

Come up here in the middle of winter. No heat to be found. Awesome, hopefully the border will be open 😁 Montreal was the coldest place I've ever been, but I liked it. Plus people actually were out and about in the snow, we saw little kids in the parks playing in the snow and skating. Around here no kids play in the snow and parents are terrified to let them go and play in the snow.

There are many places in Britain which I haven't visited yet. So many stately homes and Tudor or Georgian houses dotted around the country. I would like to visit Glasgow and Edinburgh in Scotland because Glasgow is a good shopping area and Edinburgh has the castle plus museums which I like also. Scotland has a world-famous steam train ride going over a viaduct used in Harry Potter and one of the trains The Jacobite was The Hogwarts Express from afar which mum and I would do been enthusiasts. And of course, the Scottish Highlands look quite lovely which any trekker would do. I wouldn't mind visiting Dublin in Ireland liking Irish music plus Cardiff again in Wales also. Obviously, I was due to visit Paris for my birthday this year which I didn't due to COVID 19 but hopefully, that will happen next year then. Shopping wise if my mum and I won the lottery we would take my dad's aunts and us on a New York spree taking in a Broadway show too perhaps. Canada seems like an alright place also which I wouldn't mind visiting if having the opportunity. Watching Charmed introduced me to San Francisco so seeing all the Victorian houses and the Golden Gate bridge from the after credit aerial shots made me want to go there and ride the trams and visit Fisherman's Wharf to like my mum but been 73 and 12 hours long on the plane plus the steep hills in the streets that would stop her of course. Here's a YouTube channel I discovered yesterday evening that I watched a lot of their documentaries detailing the many architectures in different countries speaking about them which I found fascinating. I've linked that here if anyone wants to look which is good helping decide what places to see if they visit any countries then. www.youtube.com/watch?v=skwl9axYSIE&list=PLXD21_OtYuSuegKb4nom4Y-Zcg9x7ZdXQ

Huh, good question. I'd like to visit San Francisco, Australia (hello "Flying Doctors") , hence the whole America and also more different cultures like in Arabia.

Been a fan of Studio Ghibli which is a Japenese animation company who made films like Spirited Away and My Neighbour Totoro I would love to visit their museum in Shimorenjaku, Mitaka Tokyo and see how they brought their films to life.
Australia or New Zeland would be too far for me as I couldn't do a 23-hour plane flight unless Concorde had survived and that was halved then.
I'd love to revisit Disney World Orlando which was my favourite holiday ever when I was 11. And there's other parts of America I'd visit also.
There are train road trips I know you can do in the US so I'd might do one of those perhaps.

My older brother was stationed in Japan for five years while in the Navy, he rented a house with two shipmates in Yokosuka. He went all over the Pacific Rim with his ship, the USS Cowpens. They went to Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines and Darwin and Brisbane in Australia, he has loads of pics. Japan is another place I’d like to visit, it looks gorgeous and has a fascinating history and culture. I’d go with him since he’s seen more of the country and speaks Japanese, knowing the language makes it easier since few Japanese people outside of Tokyo speak English.

Hopefully, Orange Hitler will be out of office when I visit next.

One day I'd love to visit Japan, I'm a huge anime and video game fan, so would love to experience their stores, museums, galleries, not to mention their culture is something I've always admired.

My brother was thrilled to be stationed in Japan as he’s also a big anime and video game fan, he shared a house in Yokosuka with two good ol’ boys from Texas who were also on the Cowpens. He’s been all over Japan and I’d go with him since he knows Japanese, outside of Tokyo few Japanese people speak English. And this is the Cowpens: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Cowpens_(CG-63)

Had my father not passed when he did my mum and him had planned on visiting Nashville being country music fans.
Like Orlando dad had researched the place what it cost to stay there, flight prices etc.
I expect whatever hotel they stayed at would've been booked directly being cheaper than going through a travel agent obviously.

Been to both Disney World (1980) and Disneyland (1982). Went with my dad both times.
Love to make a return visit, but there's that money issue in the way again.
