Very good set-up Kyle with the first two episodes. I liked that you added a bit more to set up the story. But, I did like that you let Sam and Dean have their original first Woman in White case, I think it made sense to let them have their own bonding and then let them go to the roadhouse in the second episode/second part.
I loved that Missouri knew Mary before. In the show, I always wondered how Mary being a hunter or Missouri living in Lawrence how she never knew her. I was hoping when Mary used John's journal to retrace his steps, she'd have run into her in season 12.
I liked that John learns that Mary was a hunter too. I wonder if this is something John had hidden from his sons, wanting to keep the image of her being the perfect mother they knew growing up. Then Dean would obviously learn this when he goes back in time to see Mary make the deal.
I liked the introduction's of how John met Missouri and Jim, and then ending the backstory part with him on his way to his first hunt and then cutting to the present to show John leaving, and most likely the demons coming after him. I also liked that you showed Dean on his case in New Orleans, and showing John not returning his calls.
I loved Charlie being a friend of Sam and Jessica. I liked that you had her retrieve Ellen's message so we can know she has computer skills as Ash did, and that set up the story so they can go to the Roadhouse. I wrote Skin and included Charlie, but I didn't give too much backstory on her computer skills. So I like this set-up as it gives her a bit more to do. It shouldn't be too hard to adapt some of those Charlie episodes now into the earlier seasons, and have Sam and Dean run into her like they did with the ones before she went to Oz.
I liked the Roadhouse as a base with people coming and going from there with Ellen or Bobby giving them cases, and being mentors than the bunker which doesn't exist at this time.
I liked Bobby and Ellen being paired, I did think they were pretty funny as a married couple in the My Heart Will Go On alternate universe. So it is nice that they are here as the mentors/guides to the younger hunters.
And since the Roadhouse is in Sioux Falls, that means Jody is the sheriff here too. So she can be introduced whenever a case occurs in Sioux Falls. Unless the S5 episode which introduced her, is adapted earlier, so the zombie's story happens with Karen and Jody's son coming back, or maybe even Ellen's husband too. Which could cause some problems between Ellen and Bobby, maybe the zombie versions of their first wife/husband plot to take out the other's new love, so they can have them all to themselves. They make up in the end, and the zombies are gone.
I liked that you explained John and Bobby's fight, and why they hadn't seen each other in some time.
Jo fitted in the Wendigo episode, and it was nice to see her as a hunter on her own cases for a few months. I wonder if Dean and Jo will get together and hints at their attraction like the original show, or they remain friends, either way, it won't really bother me too much which way we go.

I like your set up, Kyle. By bringing in Ellen and Jo now, the boys have a support system that they didn't have on the show. Also, they have back up in their search for John.

I loved how you set up John's backstory more Kyle in the opening first episode with Missouri knowing Mary before and using my idea of John visiting Pastor Jim after Mary's death who Missouri directs John to and seeing them both again at the church trying to contact Mary. Using Charlie as Sam and Jessica's friend was a good way of introducing her with her retrieving Ellen's message to John showcasing her computer skills like Ash then. I think using the Roadhouse as a base with people coming there and Ellen or Bobby handing cases is a good set up instead of the bunker which didn't exist at the time. Great you included John and Bobby's fight and introduced Jo who fitted into the Wendigo episode. I wonder if Dean and Jo will get together some point future time like it was hinted of their attraction in the original series or just stay friends then? Don't matter either way what happens obviously. Thanks, glad you liked it. And expanding the backstory with John meeting Missouri and Jim.
A good way to use Charlie, so she can reappear later on, and her slowly building up to be an ally who gets into the hunting business.
Me too, it is a good way to set up Roadhouse as a base for them to come and go as Bobby or Ellen and cases, since the Bunker doesn't exist yer, this fitted.
Glad you liked it. I remembered the way John and Bobby's fight happened, and brought it up here.
It can go either way with Dean and Jo, depending what we do in the future. I'm all for any suggestions that we do.

Thanks Dark Avenger, glad you liked it. Yup, I remembered you had Charlie in Skin, I just expanded her role here, so we see her computer skills in action, and now that she knows about monsters and the supernatural in Skin, when she comes back the next episode, she can grow more. That's interesting you say that about Jody. I think that would make a cool episode to do that where their Zombie dead partners are back, and Jody too with her son.

Good Halloween episode.
And Jody is not yet the ally she will later become, I see. Ironic that we both used her in our latest entries.

Thanks.
Not yet an ally. I know we brainstormed ideas for her finding out either same time as Donna or separate. So left the door open for her to become an ally and learn about the supernatural world in the next one she appears.
Yes, we both had Jody on the mind writing these.

Good episode Tim which gave me slight hints of the original Poltergeist film with the tearing down the church plus the Fog with Father O'Toole going after the towns children.
Nice way to incorporate the Hell House episode into your story Dark Avenger. I was expecting Ghostfacers Harry and Ed to be here but they can be so in another story then already having created the Ghostfacers with the other members and the web series they're trying to create.
Even with Jody being at the Haunted House as the town sheriff and the fact she recognised Bobby's voice will get her questioning things soon which'll lead her to the path of hunting whether with Donna or separately as we've said.

Thanks, It felt fitting for a Halloween episode. I was thinking of using the Ghostfaces, but thought they could be in another story. Yes, I was thinking of your ideas with saving them learning in another episode perhaps, with how they could find out and that leads Jody on her path to learning things soon, and get her to question things. Using the Benders episode with Donna or both her and Jody, could be at that sheriff retreat where they meet like in season 10 and that is where they learn.
My inspiration came from the reports of what some priests have been up to in recent years.
I liked that, good job. Because it's very true in recent years.

I liked this one, taking the Hell House and making it a Haunted House works for a Halloween episode. Good job, and introducing Jody, who here doesn't know about the supernatural, but she is suspicious of Bobby, works well for when she learns in her next episode. Speaking of Halloween, I hope we do more than one Halloween episode. It's shocking that 15 seasons, and they only did one or that I remember. I get Christmas not being done much. But Halloween should be like a tradition. At least every season, or every second season at the very least.
That's another excellent idea.
I really like that idea. Perfect way to do it.

Like what Charmed did with 'All Halliwell's Eve' making halloween the day when magic was at its strongest and also the day the vial between the living and dead was thin that could possibly be a good halloween episode for SDOW taking inspiration also from 'Witch Trail' of bringing back past evils the brothers or other people have fought which someone physically does to break one of 66 the seals to free Lucifer that we could use the rising of the witnesses episode as the template for or an original story entirely whatever we do of course.

This one works like the Hook Man episode, with some differences more on Sam missing Jessica and of course, including the Roadhouse crew to help them and such.

I second about the Roadhouse crew being here which was nice reading.
Of course Sam wouldn't go with anyone so soon after Jessica's death and understandable Bobby hates technology and prefers books considering his age then.
