Nice read Kyle. I liked it, you had the Roadhouse Crew here and helping, and I liked Bobby, since it felt so much like his character, remembering in Weekend at Bobby's he used the local library to research, and the comedy of him seeing its closed and trying to get into the window.
We could change the episode Weekend at Bobby's and call Weekend at the Roadhouse, with one focused on the Roadhouse Crew, with Sam and Dean being the side characters for one episode.
I also really like what you did with Sam still dealing with Jessica's death, we'll give him that time to heal.

This one introduced demons on the show and the first one to show Sam and Dean using an EMF meter to search for evidence. Following Kyle's episode Hook Man. I made sure to correct a few things. Mostly how demons take possession of people and a different way of Demon smoke is seen in this episode which is more insect swarm-like particle effect which felt like they got inspired from Charmed, rather than the more cloud-like appearance introduced in later seasons. Demons possess people by flying into their eyes not flying into only the mouth. Also corrected the Latin word for God which is "Deus", not "Christo", Christo is Christ. So I decided to stick to the lore we always got, and correct it here. Also many thanks to Melinda Halliwell for a suggestion she gave which I added in this one, that Pastor Jim couldn't taught John how to make holy water using a rosary blessing that via latin which he done during 'Salvation' then.

It's nice how you put in my idea of Jim having taught John to bless holy water using a rosary and correcting the latin word Christo to Deus of course.

Nicely done. And you did correct the Latin term for God. Show made a little blooper there!

I fought they were trying to inflict the word Christ but then did a double when reading the script and it was god then.

It threw me off as well. Now, it's been fixed.

I'm glad I could find a place for your idea, it fitted here well. Nicely done. And you did correct the Latin term for God. Show made a little blooper there! This show was great, but mistakes did slip through from time to time.

This show was great, but mistakes did slip through from time to time. I agree, as do many shows from time to time, but for me as long as the characters are likeable and not out of character or unlikeable, I kinda let these things side, even if it really annoys me, but when my favourite characters are unlikable than I get furious.

I changed the names Donna and Charlie in this one (of course this was made years and before they got Donna and Charlie on the show to reuse the names again), just to avoid confusion, with the Charlie and Donna we know all too well.
I remembered in an interview, creator Eric Kripke claimed Dean began to bleed from his eyes when confronted by Mary Worthington, denoting he had a dark secret would be addressed at a later date. However, the plotline would quickly be dropped and never mentioned again. Something we certainly can do and bring up later.
The Roadhouse crew is in this one, and a bit more on Ellen and Jo's relationship, including having Bloody Mary revealing Ellen's deep dark secret, which plays into some stories from S2 with Ellen and Jo regarding Bill Harvelle.
I've been reading the hunters blog/Jo's blog, and hoping to use that for inspiration into backstories of John and Jo/Caleb/Bobby/Ellen in future episodes.

Another excellent episode, Kyle. Having the Roadhouse crew there added to the Bloody Mary episode and I liked the bit about Ellen's secret.

I'm glad you replaced Donna and Charlie's name's as so not to confuse the actual characters we have already.
It's different seeing Jo and Ellen with Sam and Dean on this case helping them but good also of course.
Funny seeing Dean slightly scared of Ellen then. Of course whatever secret he's keeping will come out eventually and Sam knowing about Jessica's death too.
Good continuing theme of Bobby being annoyed with Ash using a computer and Ellen telling him to try that out with Bobby saying that's what Ash's for. Would be funny seeing Ash trying to teach Bobby how to use a computer which he doesn't get the hang of like Hawkman from Smallville who lived in the past a bit knowing how to use a typewriter but not a computer otherwise.
Hopefully the boys help Jo accept what she's learnt with nothing bad occurring and that she comes back then but Ellen and Bobby will be worried about her in the meantime obviously.
