Good job with these, about to head to our last re-watch of the year for the Charmed S3 rewatches before we take a break for Christmas.
So I'll likely spend that time reading over the press releases more closely.
I'm happy to hear that The Roadhouse crew has a big part.

Yeah, Ellen and Jo are alive and well. As is Charlie, whom we've decided has stayed in Oz with Dorothy.
We agreed that there would be no stuffing females in fridges here.

Another excellent episode, Kyle. Having the Roadhouse crew there added to the Bloody Mary episode and I liked the bit about Ellen's secret. Thanks Tim. Had fun with this one, and adding in Ellen's secret, fit perfectly for it. I'm glad you replaced Donna and Charlie's name's as so not to confuse the actual characters we have already. It's different seeing Jo and Ellen with Sam and Dean on this case helping them but good also of course. Funny seeing Dean slightly scared of Ellen then. Of course whatever secret he's keeping will come out eventually and Sam knowing about Jessica's death too. Good continuing theme of Bobby being annoyed with Ash using a computer and Ellen telling him to try that out with Bobby saying that's what Ash's for. Would be funny seeing Ash trying to teach Bobby how to use a computer which he doesn't get the hang of like Hawkman from Smallville who lived in the past a bit knowing how to use a typewriter but not a computer otherwise. Hopefully the boys help Jo accept what she's learnt with nothing bad occurring and that she comes back then but Ellen and Bobby will be worried about her in the meantime obviously. Thanks. Glad you liked it. Yup, it will come out eventually. I had fun continuing the theme with Bobby and technology, and that would be so funny to do that with Ash trying to reach him. I'll keep that in mind for another episode. Yes, Bobby and Ellen will be worried in the meantime, but I'm hoping to write the one where the boys help her accept, and Jo coming back home. But that might not be the exact next one, but soon.
Yeah, that would be good to see.
That would be so cool to do in another episode. I remember Giles on Buffy had problems too, in the episode Gingerbread, when all his books got taken from the Library, for a bit, he had to use a computer, and had problems with it.

Not too many changes, didn't include the Roadhouse crew in this one, (but I touch on continuity from the last one with Ellen/Jo/Bobby) I figured let this work like canon with Sam and Dean going back to Kanas, and a big one for them so it fitted to just focus on them, and Missouri's first appearance with cameos by Pastor Jim (who we made have his church in Lawrence) and of course John.
A few changes, including the boys remembering Missouri or Dean does, since Sam was too young to remember her.
A few additions to Missouri and John's conversations at the end.

I remember this episode.
Like the additions about Mary's past as, at that point in the actual show, the boys didn't know about her hunter past.

Being friends it would make sense John, Jim and Missouri would be in a scene together present day in this story then.

This one resolves the story from Bloody Mary when Jo took off, and also explores more of what happened to Bill and John's last case together.
I also used bits and pieces of the hunters blog for how Bill died, and also Jo's blog which I found online, and a bit more that inspired this one.
Also Caleb makes an appearance in this one, who was previously mentioned before. As we said, we'd want them to appear once or twice before they may be killed by Meg at the end of the season. Caleb has history with the boys and Roadhouse, and the hunters blog helped to get some insights.

Great episode and we got our answers with where Jo was.
I'm glad she's okay and liked the addition with what happened to Bill.
I also liked seeing Caleb and Jo looking up to him. I remember those Hunter blogs.
Also the John/Missouri/Jim trio knowing the truth and showing more with them from last episode.
Fun episode.

I like how all the supporting characters were included in this story and the parts they played in it then.
Understandable John killed Bill and not his fault considering he was possessed and everything the same as when Piper from my own version of Charmed's 'Something In A Blue Moon' had to kill her daughter Mel who was a werewolf at the time.
We finally get to see Caleb instead of just being mentioned which I enjoyed as well as Jo looking up to him.
Missouri was right about John needing to grow a pair and I have no doubt she would tell Sam about his abilities if he doesn't obviously.
Jo, hunting is her way of coping with what she learnt about her father that will need to be addressed.
Like the original episode things turned out okay and Ellen and Jo reconciled at the end which settled stuff naturally.
Good episode there.

My first press release. Going off the continuity with SDOW, but mine is set before Skin and Scarecrow, and before Sam and Dean get a call from John and made the first contact. Since this is standalone, would it ruin it, if we pushed back Skin and Scarecrow to episode 10 & 11, and slot this one as episode 9? Bugs established so much content for how Sam and Dean were raised by John and their differences. That it felt like it was important to be shown. I changed stuff around with the story and added a bit more with John and Sam's issues, including the flashback to when Sam left them for Stanford, inspired by a SPN comic which did it. I also took something Melinda Halliwell brought up about Jo hunting is her way of coping with what she learned about her father, and wanted to add it here. It ended up fitting well with the differences between how John raised Sam and Dean and Ellen and then Bobby with Jo. I changed the title from Bugs to Invasion. I found Bugs too basic and boring.

Pia, I really love it, good effort for writing your first episode. I liked that you did a bit more with Sam and John's issues, and also touched on how different Jo was raised. The flashback to when Sam left for Stamford in 2003 was very cool. I loved that you took some of Melinda Halliwell's ideas and added them into this episode. Not at all Pia, I can easily edit the Press Release Announcement Page and rename the episode numbers, so this one fits before Skin/Scarecrow.
